Enjoy this clean and comfortable FIRST FLOOR unit with parking right out front (One of the few in Port Clinton). No hassle of climbing stairs. Pool and Hot Tub across from Condo. This condo sleeps 5 and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. One queen bed in master bedroom which has its own bathroom and a bunk bed that is a full on bottom and twin on top in second bedroom. Mattresses were replaced in 2022. There is also a queen size pull out sofa bed. The condo overlooks the Portage River and is walking distance to Jet Express, fishing charters, beach, jet ski rentals, downtown Port Clinton and several restaurants and night life. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage on the back deck watching the boats pass in the harbor. The complex has a beautiful pool and hot tub with plenty of pool chairs, playground, picnic tables and gas grills. This condo is a great place to stay for your couples getaway, weekend with friends and family vacations!

Perfect location for day trips to the islands. 5 minute walk to Jet Express and 15 minute drive to Millers Ferry. Bike trails 15 minutes away at East Harbor State Park

Port Clinton is known as the walleye capital of the world, with great fishing during the spring, summer and fall. Plenty of walk on charter boats are within walking distance from Condo.

No dockage available onsite. Docks strictly for owners. Dock rental available next to Harborside at Brands Marina. Contact the Marina direct for rates
Discounted rates available for contractors with extended stays, inquire for rates.
No trailer storage on grounds of any kind which includes boat and wave runner trailers. No vehicle with trailer attached allowed to be parked on grounds.

Nice little condo , very clean in a great location with marina right in the back with great views. It was nice being able to fish off the dock , it would’ve been more convenient if we could’ve docked our boat right there , but public marinas are very close by . Loved the pool and hot tub also . Overall great stay !

The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi everyday - the pool was incredibly warm. The property grounds are well maintained. Was not very busy during the week. Enjoyed watching the gulls, heron, ducks and rabbits from the back patio. Port Clinton is probably not a return destination for us but really enjoyed nearby Marblehead Island, the Safari Park (you will get scratches on your vehicle in the drive through portion but still worth the trip), and the Orchard restaurant. Owner was very responsive when we had a question for him. Local neighbors that live in the condos were all very friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was our first time in Ohio and it was beautiful! Loved the property on the lake. All the neighbors were friendly! Very clean property and stocked with everything we could have needed. Port Clinton is such a cute area And only a short drive from Sandusky.

Very nice place!! Had everything we wanted/ needed. The mattress on the bottom bunk was a little rough. Could use another tv but wasn't a big deal. We were very pleased overall. The views were amazing and convenient to everything!! I would difenitely recommend!!

Peace and relaxation at every angle!

Being right on the water the weather is breezy and very nice! Pool is right out front door. This host is the most responsive I’ve met!! Five stars just for him. The condo was really great with everything anyone could need on a 3-day getaway.

Ohio 70.3

This was a perfect location for us to stay for the Ohio 70.3 Ironman Triathlon. Just a short 20 ish minute drive into Sandusky on race morning and away from all the chaos of the race venue. Would recommend for this event, or any other time visiting the greater Sandusky area.

Perfect Location

Matt was really easy to communicate with. He even notified us the June midges might be there and left a blower for the deck area. The bugs were gone before our visit but such a nice gesture from him. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the marina every morning while drinking our coffee and in the evening while sipping a glass of wine. Very nice quiet community. The pool area looked inviting but we didn’t have time to enjoy it. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed.

We had a great time. This property has a great view of the water and pool/hot tub area is nice. Matt was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. Only about a 10 minute walk to the Jet Express. Would recommend.

Lovely property

Overall we all enjoyed are stay there. The location was good. Property is well kept, and the view from the living room and the deck is fantastic. We would definitely go back.

Nice place to stay on Lake Erie!

This condo was in a very nice setting on first floor, lovely pool area out front across the parking lot, and nice view of small harbor from back deck. We enjoyed our stay and proximity to restaurants and grocery store. Kitchen could have used some plastic food storage with lids.

Beautiful Condo

Our family enjoyed this beautiful condo. We really enjoyed the Portage River out back and the heated pool and hot tub out front. The condo location is close to the Jet Express and downtown Port Clinton. The condo was well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, and anything else you might need for the week. This is our first condo trip where these items were included. We loved the convenience and money it saved us. We will definitely be back.

Condo needs update on vrbo

I was disappointed in the condo itself. There were so many missing blinds that when closed them for the evening we didnt feel private. The cabinets were loose and didnt shut completely, the furniture was uncomfortable and the kitchen faucet was so loose it was hard to get cold or hot water. What we really enjoyed was the radio. But we had a great time despite the condo. The pool was great!

This Condo has been in the family for over 25 years. I have always enjoyed coming up to the lake to fish, boat, swim and trips to the islands so when my parents decided they were moving to Florida, I decided to purchase it from them and give my kids the opportunity to enjoy the lake, like I have had. My kids are 11 and 12 years old and at that age they are involved in anything and everything so we do not get up to the lake as often as we would like so that is why we decided to rent it out when were not able to use it rather than it sit idle.

The unit is very clean, comfortable and recently updated with new furniture and interior completely painted and new flooring in kitchen and bathrooms as of spring 2021. It is a First floor unit with parking right in front of the unit (one of the few in Port Clinton). Minimal steps to access condo. It has 2 Bedrooms and 2 baths. Furnished Kitchen. Great Pool and Hot tub. You can enjoy your morning coffee sitting out back on the deck that overlooks the harbor/ Portage river The complex is maintained very well. Harbor Side is located close to everything, restaurants, beach access, Jet express, Downtown Port Clinton, Cedar point, East Harbor State Part, and Camp Perry. Note there is no parking any type of trailer on property and no dockage for guests within property.
