My Beautiful Harborside Condo is located just 1/2 west of Downtown Port Clinton. Restaurants near by. Three beaches: 5 min walk across the street, two beaches 1/4 mile east, parking available.

Its a short walk to the Resort town Port Clinton and to the Jet Express transports you to Put-In-Bay, Kelly's Island or both.

My Condo is on the second floor and is VERY CLEAN AND SERENE. It has 2 Bedrooms (sleeps 6+), one doubles as a Harbor room during the day overlooking a Beautiful Harbor, 1 Bath, fully furnished with all amenities; Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, stackable Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposer, Cable and Wi-Fi, Air Condition and Heat consider your Home- away-from-Home, Plus more; new Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, Gas Grill Area with 2 Grills, Picnic Pavilion with drop down TV, Playground with Sandbox and Picnic Tables. The Condo overlooks a Beautiful Harbor on the Portage River, Bedroom window has a lake view and a 30' Boat Slip free to my renters.

Labor Day Getaway

The property was in a good location. We enjoyed walking downtown and experiencing the live entertainment. The pool was great and very clean. I would recommend this property to friends.

Great Accommodations!

We were in town for the National Matches at Camp Perry and this condo was perfect. After being on the range all day, it was nice to come "home" and be able to relax - take a dip in the pool, grill out, etc. We used to stay in a hotel whenever we came out, but not anymore - we will definitely return!

This is not a 2beddroom apartment.the apartment was not for 2 adult couples. The pull-out bed was in the living room and not comfortable. The apartment was suitable for a family with kids. Yes there is a nice dock but no trailer parking and no fish cleaning. That info is conveyed too late in the process to change reservations.

Beautiful condo with easy walk to historic Port Clinton

Great place for my wife and I along with my daughter her husband and 2 children The 6 of us were very comfortable there and the location is fabulous with just a short Walt over the draw bridge to old Port Clinton The condo itself was immaculate as were the grounds. The grandkids loved the pool which was also professionally maintained Thanks Larain for a great visit

Beautiful high-standard Condo

Loved my stay here, actually I was gob-smacked at the high standard: well equipped, very clean, comfortable and cosy accom, I could live here all year! Well-maintained pool & hot tub and picnic/bbq areas. Strolling distance to Doc's Beach House and Mr. Eds, and ferry to Put in Bay. I would highly recommend this condo, it's a notch above the usual vacation rentals, and I will certainly be returning.

Great Location

We enjoyed staying here for a friend's birthday weekend. The location is great access to Catawba, Put in Bay as well as walking distance to places in Port Clinton. The condo was as described with the second bed being a futon in the solarium room. The pool was very nice and clean. We felt the bathroom could have been cleaner and the toilet would run a lot off and on. Overall would recommend!

Great Location

Location was amazing, the view and the whole condo complex were great! Make sure you have a printer/PDF app for the condo specific check in process. My only complaint was that the messaging around check out was confusing and I was disappointed because the signs said you would save $50 if you did additional steps, but it actually meant you would not be charged an additional fee.

One bathroom, one “real” bedroom

This property is not like other 2 bedrooms we have stayed in at Harborside. It has one typical bedroom with a queen bed, a large living/dining room with dated double fold out couch bed, and a sunroom with sliding glass doors (which can be covered by drapes) containing a “double” futon and a rollaway single foldup bed. Appliances all worked, sheets/towels are thin/worn, no washer/dishwasher soap provided. Due to exterior lights, and type of window treatments, not dark in sleeping rooms at night. Dated but functional, more suited to one couple or a single.

Beautiful Condo at a reasonable price!

Renting this condo for my weekend getaway with my friends. This condo is breathtaking! We had a very good first impression the moment we stepped into the room. Well-thought decorations, cool artistic taste, and a nice harbor-side view from the sun-room. It's a nice view bright in the morning, as well as in the evening. 6 of us sleeps pretty well, COMFORTABLY. Owners provide bed sheets, blanket, etc2. We didn't use the kitchen stuffs, but everything you want is there. Definitely worth the price, will be back for sure if I travel to this area again. Owner is also friendly and easy to communicate with. Thank you!

Beautiful pool and grounds- outdated condo

Great location with an awesome pool. Condo outdated, dishwasher broken, kitchen disposal broken, kitchen sink wouldn’t drain , toilet wouldn’t stop running, AC unit wouldn’t cool below 75. Advertised as a 2 bedroom condo - it was only 1 bedroom with a sunroom that had a very uncomfortable futon and a rollaway bed that had a 1 inch miserable mattress - “ “sunroom”which they stated was the 2nd bedroom. Way overpriced.

Clean condo with nice pool but not a true 2 bedroom & neighbors very unfriendly

Larain was very easy to work with. The condo was very clean with plenty of things included like towels, sheets, paper towels, etc. The pool is also very nice with a nice shaded area with tables. Great location, close to everything. A couple of negatives... one being that it is not a true two bedroom as listed on the property details. There is one bedroom and a very small sun patio with sliding glass doors that has a twin size roll away bed in the corner and a futon that just lays out to lay on. In the details it says 2 bedroom and does show pictures, but it is very deceiving. We would have never stayed here had we known considering we had 4 adults and 2 children in the small condo. We drove 4 hours to discover this (with a 3 year old and a 4 month old). Another downfall (and this is not the owner's fault), but just so everyone is aware when booking...the neighbors that have condos that own on the property were extremely unfriendly. One resident went banging on all of the doors (very intoxicated), at 8:30 at night because someone left a stroller at the bottom of the stairs while she was unpacking her car. They clearly do not like having renters on their properties. If you are looking for a place to just sleep where you aren't there a lot and don't have a lot of adults with you this will be fine. Or if you have older kids that wouldn't mind sleeping in the sun room.

Great Location

Nice condo in an excellent location for easy access to many great restaurants and things to do. Clean place, nice pool area. Only downside is condo doesn't have a patio. I would recommend Larain's place to anyone

Great Stay

Close to Everything

Property is very well maintained and clean. Great to be able to see our boat from the window in the slip and easy access to the the water for fishing. Within walking distance of Jet-Express and other great restaurants and bars.

Nice property in good location. The best part is the owner of the property. The communication was great, and a LOT of time and thought went into emails with instructions and things to see and do around the area.

Not worth the money

We were supposed to stay at harborside but got cancelled so laraine may recommended her fiance's place in Waterfront condo property #3876044ha .the bathtub and wall next to it were mildewy and water damaged,dusty tv stand,fingerprints on fridge ,the air vents were filthy,the sofa beds were broken ,with broken duct tape and ripped mattresses.overall the place was dirty, very outdated and not worth what he charges.Had signs everywhere of what he would.charge u if something broke ,like on a/c there was a sign not to put below 70 cuz if u broke it u would be buying a new unit so we didnt realize it wasn't even on until day 2 and he called us acting like we were stupid cuz we didnt know we had to turn on,plus were afraid to touch it due to his signs ..every place I've stayed the air has been on just turned up ..he could have put a sign saying to turn it on..very bad experience with him ,would never rent one of his places again. We were all very disappointed. So many other beautiful,updated,clean places out there for way less money ,at least the pool was great.

I have personally decorated all of our condos, not as rentals but as I would my own home. I spare no expense to give you the best and most luxurious settings you will ever experience.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

I already own a condo directly on Lake Erie and I loved the beautiful Laid Back Harbor setting of this condo while still having a view of Lake Erie. The complex is smaller with only 95 condos and much more relaxing than most with many more condos. The other owners are very friendly and accommodating. This is the only complex I know in Port Clinton that has 3 Community Gas Grills that anyone can use. It also has Charcoal grills if you BYO charcoal. The pool is only 2 years old and is Award Winning with a relaxing Hot Tub. There is a Beautiful Cabana at pool side with picnic tables or you can picnic in the grass with many tables and grills.

You can bring your own boat and park it in your own dock just outside your condo for an optional fee, or you can fish off the dock.
