Welcome to AzFunVacation Your ultimate vacation experience!

Our spacious 4000sf estate sits on an acre+ lot and boasts both mountain and city views. With privacy in mind, this 4 KING bedrooms, 4 Full bathrooms home is perfect for multiple families, couples trip and friends getaways to spread out and feel secluded from one another, while still being close enough to gather centrally. Plenty of space and seating in the gourmet kitchen, family room and large backyard resort with all the amenities you will need.


Spend the day enjoying our beautiful weather and views, rejuvenate in the refreshing pool and hot tub, gather by the fire pit, bbq some delicious food, play some games and even hike Sunrise Mountain Preserve that offers 350 acres of hiking right front our front door.


BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS - Split floor plan:
*Located on the East side of the home:
MASTER SUITE -- King bed, private full bathroom with walk-in shower, garden tub, smart TV, printer & access to the backyard.
BEDROOM 4 -- King bed, smart TV. Full bathroom located in hallway (bike theme)

*Located on the West side of home:
BEDROOM 2 -- Jr En-Suite: King bed, private full bathroom, TV & door to back patio (elephant theme)
BEDROOM 3 -- Jr En-Suite: King bed, private full bathroom, TV (travel theme)

***QUEEN AIR MATTRESS provided for the 2 extra people when home is reserved for 10 guests. ***We have a pac-n-play, Regalo My Cot Toddler portable bed & 1 stroller, high chair, booster seat, sheets & blankets ***For our FURRY guests we have 2 kennels (large & X-Large) & a grass potty area outside. Do not leave pets unattended unless crated.

__INSIDE ___ Enjoy cooking together in this spacious & FULLY stocked kitchen with 2 FULL SIZE OVENS all while overlooking the large backyard and city lights thru the picturesque 12' panoramic window. We are stocked with plenty of cookware for all your cooking needs including: coffee pot, keurig, kettle, blender, crock pots, spices, oils and so much more. For those that need to do a bit of work on vacation we have a printer as well.

___GAME ROOM & ENTERTAINMENT___ Full size Arcade with Pac-man, Ms. Pac-man and Galaga, Jurassic Park Pinball game, Air hockey, Foosball, Ping Pong, corn hole. Giant Size games of; Connect Four, Dominoes, Sorry and Cards. An assortment of movies, books, board games, toys and more.

___OUTSIDE___ In your private oasis yard; relax in the hot tub, gather at the swim up seats in the pool (*both can be heated for additional fee), create a feast on the Viking BBQ grill meant for serious grillers & choose between 4 different dining/seating areas for plenty of options to spread out. Soak up the sun relaxing on the lounge chairs or play one of many game choices. Top off the day and settle down with a glass of wine while gathered around our wood burning fire pit and enjoy the most amazing sunsets.


We are conveniently located near major attractions, restaurants, shopping and hiking. Arizona is one of the most popular golf destinations in the world with close to 200 courses and the famous PGA Waste Management Phoenix Open as well as 15 MLB teams call us home at 10 Spring Training stadiums. The 101, 303, I-17 and I-10 freeways are close by to quickly get to Peoria Sports Complex, State Farm Stadium, Desert Diamond Arena, Westgate, Top Golf, Arrowhead Mall, Lake Pleasant, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Water Park, Scottsdale, Tempe and more. Day trips to Sedona, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon and more are just a couple hours away. Regardless of what your plans are, AzFunVacation will be the perfect getaway for your stay.

**Base Rate is for up to the first 6 guests. Additional guests are $50/person/night of entire booking; regardless of age.

Wonderful property! Extremely clean, spacious, comfortable, with a FABULOUS outdoor space. Our group enjoyed the wide range of games. The pool and hot tub were heated perfectly during our December stay. Hosts were easily reachable and always responded immediately to any questions. Would not hesitate to recommend this property!

Kassie and David are gracious hosts who provided us a seamless stay of over 3 weeks for a family situation that required us to be in AZ. The pool was fantastic and we used it as much as the weather would allow. House was immaculate with a well appointed kitchen. We were very comfortable in a rather uncomfortable trip so we appreciated the house very much as our home away from home.

Birthday Couples Getaway

This was such an amazing stay words cannot express enough, how perfect this property was. Every single thing from the communication, the location, the cleanliness, the space, the top-notch accommodations and attentiveness to detail, and making sure that guests were taken care of, to all the different options recreationally that are inside and outside the home, all the way down to the beautiful aesthetic of the interior and exterior of this property!! I celebrated my 43rd birthday with friends and when I tell you that the space was absolutely amazing and everything was so perfect. I thank David & Kassandra for being the most accommodating host I’ve ever experienced during my travels. I highly recommend this property for families and groups, this was the epitome of what Rental properties should be. I didn’t want to leave. I will definitely be back!!!

Paradise in Peoria

This VRBO was exquisite in every aspect. Nestled in a stunning location overlooking the mountains, the views were absolutely breathtaking—and the property is just a hop, skip, and a jump away from one of the nearby trailheads, which made exploring nature incredibly convenient.The home itself is filled with a plethora of amenities that made our stay unforgettable—everything from the pool and hot tub to the game room and arcade games kept everyone entertained.We hosted our daughter’s baby shower here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The space is open and airy, with tall ceilings and oversized doorways that were a welcome and thoughtful touch—especially for my 7-foot-tall husband, who finally felt truly comfortable in a rental space.Every detail of this property exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful yet fun-filled getaway.David and Kassandra were responsive, kind, thoughtful, detailed and made everything easy.

Family Gathering

We booked this property for family with age range of 7 months old to 80 years old and there was "something for everyone". Really enjoyed all the amenities such as the pool, hot tub, game room, outdoor grill, fire pit ... Everything looked and was exactly as the photos depict. The hosts provided a pack-n-play, stroller, and a number of toys and things that really helped with a toddler and a baby. Host was very quick to respond when we had a few questions upon arrival. Within 1 mile of this house we were able to do everything from grocery shop to dry cleaners to coffee shops/restaurants. We actually ate most of our evening meals under the covered back patio as we had perfect weather all week (late Feb/early March). Finally, the host had a few extra surprises for us that we were not expecting, so we were very pleased that we chose this house! Thanks Kassandra!

Fantastic!

Our family had such an amazing time at this property. Games, dinners, outdoor barbecue, pool, hot tub, fire…all you could want from a vacation property! Relaxing property with great owners

Our stay was incredible!!! The owners communicated quickly and answered all my "extra" questions. Felt extremely comfortable in the house and on the property. Nice neighborhood with hiking trails super close (walked to them each morning)! The heated pool and hot tub package made our stay very enjoyable (since the weather was a little chilly in the mornings/evenings). The house is stocked with great linens, towels and plenty of cookware. We had plenty of board games and other games to play during down time. Highly recommend this property!!!

Abundance of fun!

The home was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. There are plenty of things at this home too keep everyone busy. We were a party of 6 and plenty of space. There were lots of games to play.

Fun for all ages

A group of 4 ladies stayed in November. The house was very clean and the hosts very responsive. Lots of fun games available for a wide range of interests. The host clearly have taken measure to insure their guest are happy and feel welcome. We hope to stay again.

3 Day Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend. Spent most of it in the pool. The house is close to everything you need. We went to JD Campbell's for breakfast one morning which I recommend. The is a outdoor market called the Blue Rooster where you can get fresh produce. We also picked up ribeyes to grill from Al's Meat Market which did not disappoint. We would definitely book this house again.

This property was clean, plenty of open space to move around, beautiful pool, patio was so comfortable, lots of “games”, we had so much fun! The pictures don’t do it justice 😍 The owners are AMAZING! Prompt with responding to questions and very nice and helpful! The home was fully stocked with everything you need. Close to plenty of food and grocery stores! We Can’t wait to bring our family back to enjoy this desert paradise.

The house & grounds were so beautiful! The beds & furniture were so comfortable, perfect for vacation lounging. The table games were fun for our young adult children & my 18 month old grandson had everything he needed like crib & booster chair. The megablocks were his favorite. Communication with owners was very good, even mid-stay with quick response time.

Waste Management Golf Tournament

This home is lovely! Each couple had their own room and bathroom which everyone loved. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate so we didn't get to use the outside as much but really enjoyed the hot tub and game room!! It's close to grocery store, liquor store and fun stuff to do!

We couldn’t ask for more

We had a wonderful stay for my 70th birthday party with the whole family. There was plenty to do with arcade games, foosball, air hockey, corn hole and our favorite ping pong. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with all and the beds were super comfy. The hosts provided a well stocked kitchen and bar. The only downside was a weak and inconsistent wifi signal in the house. A lovely house!

New Year's Family Trip

We spent a lot of time looking for the perfect house for our family New Year's trip. This property is the perfect place for large families. We had 7 people total, including my 2 year old grandson. The property had many toys for him to be entertained. The property has so many great amenities, awesome pool, hot tub, fire pit, amazing grill that I used to cook New Year's Day dinner, large family room that easily fit everyone. I could go on, but the bottom line is this location is the absolute best for a family getaway. Finally, the hosts (Cassandra and David) were very nice, checking in on us and making sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended.
