Our spacious 4000sf estate sits on an acre+ lot and boasts both mountain and city views. With privacy in mind, this 4 KING bedrooms, 4 Full bathrooms home is perfect for multiple families, couples trip and friends getaways to spread out and feel secluded from one another, while still being close enough to gather centrally. Plenty of space and seating in the gourmet kitchen, family room and large backyard resort with all the amenities you will need.


Spend the day enjoying our beautiful weather and views, rejuvenate in the refreshing pool and hot tub, gather by the fire pit, bbq some delicious food, play some games and even hike Sunrise Mountain Preserve that offers 350 acres of hiking right front our front door.

MASTER SUITE -- King bed, private full bathroom with walk-in shower, garden tub, smart TV, printer & access to the backyard.
BEDROOM 4 -- King bed, smart TV. Full bathroom located in hallway (bike theme)

*Located on the West side of home:
BEDROOM 2 -- Jr En-Suite: King bed, private full bathroom, TV & door to back patio (elephant theme)
BEDROOM 3 -- Jr En-Suite: King bed, private full bathroom, TV (travel theme)

***QUEEN AIR MATTRESS provided for the 2 extra people when home is reserved for 10 guests. ***We have a pac-n-play, Regalo My Cot Toddler portable bed & 1 stroller, high chair, booster seat, sheets & blankets ***For our FURRY guests we have 2 kennels (large & X-Large) & a grass potty area outside. Do not leave pets unattended unless crated.

__INSIDE ___ Enjoy cooking together in this spacious & FULLY stocked kitchen with 2 FULL SIZE OVENS all while overlooking the large backyard and city lights thru the picturesque 12' panoramic window. We are stocked with plenty of cookware for all your cooking needs including: coffee pot, keurig, kettle, blender, crock pots, spices, oils and so much more. For those that need to do a bit of work on vacation we have a printer as well.

___GAME ROOM & ENTERTAINMENT___ Full size Arcade with Pac-man, Ms. Pac-man and Galaga, Jurassic Park Pinball game, Air hockey, Foosball, Ping Pong, corn hole. Giant Size games of; Connect Four, Dominoes, Sorry and Cards. An assortment of movies, books, board games, toys and more.

___OUTSIDE___ In your private oasis yard; relax in the hot tub, gather at the swim up seats in the pool (*both can be heated for additional fee), create a feast on the Viking BBQ grill meant for serious grillers & choose between 4 different dining/seating areas for plenty of options to spread out. Soak up the sun relaxing on the lounge chairs or play one of many game choices. Top off the day and settle down with a glass of wine while gathered around our wood burning fire pit and enjoy the most amazing sunsets.


We are conveniently located near major attractions, restaurants, shopping and hiking. Arizona is one of the most popular golf destinations in the world with close to 200 courses and the famous PGA Waste Management Phoenix Open as well as 15 MLB teams call us home at 10 Spring Training stadiums. The 101, 303, I-17 and I-10 freeways are close by to quickly get to Peoria Sports Complex, State Farm Stadium, Desert Diamond Arena, Westgate, Top Golf, Arrowhead Mall, Lake Pleasant, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Water Park, Scottsdale, Tempe and more. Day trips to Sedona, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon and more are just a couple hours away. Regardless of what your plans are, AzFunVacation will be the perfect getaway for your stay.

**Heated Hot Tub and Heated Pool Package: $250 for your stay up to one week, then prorated.
**Base Rate is for up to the first 6 guests. Additional guests are $50/person/night of entire booking; regardless of age.
**Some pets allowed (dogs only) max 2 - with pre-approval. $150/pet plus additional $500 refundable deposit/pet - please call prior to booking. We provide 2 crates.
**Please read Contract/House Rules - signed agreement and DL required and will email it to you.
**Monthly pest control and yard maintenance is performed & may occur during your stay; you will be notified while here.
