This 3 bedroom home with bonus room is the perfect place to call home base while you explore all of the incredible destinations in the Phoenix area! Relax in the large, beautiful outdoor space with heated (and newly remodeled!) pool, covered patio area, lounge chairs, outdoor dining, BBQ grill, and outdoor fireplace! Kitchen is well equipped and bedrooms furnished, with TV's in the king and queen rooms and the bonus room.

We're minutes away from several MLB Spring Training facilities and State Farm Stadium - home of the Arizona Cardinals! We're also near to Lake Pleasant, downtown Phoenix, Hurricane Harbor, Castles and Costers, hiking biking and too much to list!

Other amenities include: Washer & Dryer, A/C, Ceiling Fans, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, pots & pans, dishes. Plus complementary beverages in the fridge, and coffee and tea by the Keurig. Driveway with RV Parking space

Please Note Before Bookingā€¦
-There is an additional cost of $25/night to heat the pool, with 4 days notice to heat. We will message you a few days before check-in to confirm whether you would like us to begin heating and add the fee.

- The individual booking the property must also be a guest at the property during the stay. If you are booking for other travelers, please have one of the guests make the booking instead or reach out for prior permission.

- The occupancy limit for this property is 9

- Makeup/foundation wipes are provided in the bathrooms. Please do not use regular hand/bath towels with skin products. Stained towels will result in additional cleaning fee.

- Please do not rearrange indoor furniture and outdoor dining set - Chaise lounge chairs and pool chairs may be moved, but please return them to their original location prior to checkout. This will help our wonderful cleaning team.

- There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Children are prohibited from using the pool without an attending adult. Keep chain lock latched on back door when backyard is not in use. We do not accept any responsibility for accidents that arise from the use of the pool.

- With higher temperatures in June-September the pool heater is generally not necessary.

- If temperatures dip below 50* at night, pool may not be able to reach 80* during the day.

This property was clean comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. I slept better here than I have in years. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was very quiet at night.The host was very nice and accommodating making the entire stay easy and stress free from start to finish. The pool was quite clean and warm and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. The BBQ area was also great and something we used during our stay.The location is very convenient. It is close to shopping areas and still an easy drive for sightseeing while the property itself remains peaceful and relaxing. Check in was easy parking was straightforward and we did not run into any issues during our stay.This place is perfect for couples or families looking for a quiet comfortable getaway with great amenities. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This home was perfect! Spacious and cozy at the same time. The yard is amazing! I could have just stayed out there for the whole visit. Everything was clean and the hosts provided way more amenities than most rentals. Communication and check in/out get an AAA. The neighborhood was quiet and nice to go for a walk. Highly recommended. I will definitely go back.

The listing for this rental was accurate to reality. Host was great and provided all necessary info for a great stay. The home was very clean and neat. We asked for the pool to be heated and was when we arrived! This home is a gem and near everything you would need or want to do. We hope to come back in the near future!

Overall the hosts were very professional. We have nothing bad to say about our stay. The home was fully stocked. There was a closet full of clean towels in different sizes. There was plenty of laundry pods for us to use. There was even some kitchen supplies and seasonings available if we did cook. The bathrooms were clean and including dove products. The pool was nice, and we opted not to heat the pool. There was an array of toys and even childrenā€™s life vests there.

Host was very responsive. Great location! Near everything, great dining, Dutch Bros, grocery stores, Peoria Sports complex. House was the perfect size, clean, washer & dryer and best of all a beautiful back yard with sparkling pool! :) Our family had a great time!

Pros: Check in was easy. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Owner response was quick. Back yard was great for relaxing in the evening as it cooled down. The pool shed with all the floats and toys was great to have. I liked the layout of the house. Kitchen was fairly stocked. Cons: Upon arrival we noticed the kitchen counter had something sticky left on it, probably from a drink that was placed there. The bbq grill was dirty from the last person that used it. Itā€™s fine, I cleaned it myself. But after paying a cleaning fee I donā€™t like that I have to clean things before I use them. And the owner didnā€™t offer to take a percent off the cleaning fee. Other areas needed attention. Stains on the ceiling, walls or door. The kitchen is fairly stocked, but could use a new set of pans. Paper products were only one roll of everything. Only a couple garbage bags to last us 7 days. The trash can was on the smaller side and had to be changed more frequently. The house rules were explicit on using provided make up wipes instead of washcloths however there were no make up wipes. And the white towels were dingy. The last two days we started finding little bugs in the house. In the bedroom, entry to the living room. Overall: Just okay. If this house had a deep clean, upgraded kitchenware, towels and didnā€™t skimp on basic necessities it could be a 5 star.

4th of July family trip

We had a wonderful stay at this property for our family trip. We had three adults and children ranging from ages 1-13 yo and everyone had a great time! We were concerned about visiting Arizona in July, but the pool was just what we needed to stay cool during the day and the kids loved being able to use the pool toys and floaties that were available for us. Also, the box of toddler toys in the kids bedrooms was a nice surprise and super helpful for my little one since we could only bring a few of her toys with us.Most importantly and appreciated was the responsiveness of the hosts. When we first arrived we noticed that the previous guests had damaged the umbrellas outside so there was no shade for us under the dining tables. We contacted the hosts and they responded within a half hour and had new umbrellas delivered and set up within a couple of hours! I've never stayed at vacation rental with such considerate hosts.We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The pool was amazing and the yard was very inviting and comfortable. Lots of space in the house and everyone thought their bed was nice and comfy! We enjoyed the television room and were able to cook our meals with ease. Would definitely come back!

Great place

We really liked this property! The house is small for cooking, but it was fine because we BBQd a lot. The rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the pool and spent much time there. We would be back!
