The nicest sandy beach on Indian Lake! Comfortable, clean and cozy 2 story NON-SMOKING house. 2 bedrooms (queen and full), 2 full bathrooms plus outdoor enclosed shower and sink with hot and cold water. All bedding and towels supplied.
Washer, dryer, dishwasher. Fully outfitted kitchen. 2 flat-panel TV's, DVD. Wi-Fi. Large deck with gas grill, dock, floating swimdock about 200 feet from shore. Breathtaking sunsets. Use of canoe (use at your own risk).
Peaceful 200-acre clear, spring-fed lake with 2 islands. Great sandy beach for swimming. The lake is shallow so it warms up quickly in the summer. The best bass & pickrel fishing right off your own dock. Ten minutes to ocean beaches, restaurants, shopping. Twenty minutes to Newport. Great restaurants, coffee shop, gym within a mile. Five miles to the University of Rhode Island. Beautiful 6-mile bike path a few miles away. This is a peaceful, family neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, peaceful lake. The house was clean and comfortable and so close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect for our small family.

We enjoyed perfect late summer weather at the lake. The view is extremely relaxing and makes for a great vacation.Lots of places to sit outside. We even enjoyed the canoe and kayak.

Another Great Stay

We have been spending our vacations at this property for many years and we always have a great time! Lots of great fishing and lots to do in the area. Tracy is an excellent host as well and we feel fortunate that she has opened up her property for us to make many special family memories there.

Our week at Indian Lake

The house was comfortable and had many basic accommodations. We really enjoyed the lake front and dock. The stay was quiet and relaxing but the location allowed for access to a lot of activities. We would recommend staying there and will probably rent again.

Beautiful Lake View

It was a wonderful relaxing vacation! The large deck that over looks the lake was a wonderful spot to have your morning coffee and eat dinner while watching the amazing sunsets! Enjoyed swimming in the lake every day and catching up on reading sitting in the Adirondack chairs on the dock.

The house has a wonderful little beach. Canoe or kayak on the beautiful lake. Plenty of sun for everyone and the best sunsets every evening.

Another great stay!

So happy that we could finally return to this cozy lake house. We haven’t been there since Covid. Beautiful sunsets on the lake and plenty of great fishing, kayaking and swimming. Great location for families with young kids!

This is a wonderful, well maintained property.

We had a terrific vacation! The house has everything you need for a great week. Your own beach, dock and deck. Close to all South County dining and attractions. We think anyone would enjoy a stay at this house on Indian Lake.

Lovely lake stay…

We had a lovely week at this charming lake cottage. Though it is on the petite side, the owner has made wonderful and efficient use of all the available space. The deck, dock and lake make this spot exceptional. We loved the views, the boats and the peacefulness of being on the water.

As always, this was a great place to stay. Check-in was super easy and Tracy contacted us to make sure we were settled in. The house is always very clean when we check in and communicating with Tracy is so easy. She is VERY responsive, kind, and has great recommendations for local restuarants and ICE CREAM. We are repeat guests and will continue to be for a long time. You can't beat life on the lake with only a very short trip to the beach! I highly recommend.

We are return visitors for a few years now. Nice clean house right on the lake with a dock, just minutes from the RI beaches! Can't beat it.

Summer

The stay was fantastic. The house was perfect, well equipped with everything we needed and the best location. The house is less than 15 minutes from the Restaurant, shopping and hiking trails. The sunsets were beautiful every evening.

The lake house is rented to college students during the off season, that’s what you have for the furniture, however, what you will enjoy is the peacefulness and the views of the lake.we look forward to next year’s visit.

Peaceful

The house has everything you’ll need. We swam and kayaked in the lake. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We would definitely come back!

Great house, great location

Our family of 3 plus dog loved staying at the house. We used the house's canoe to get out onto the lake and also swam in the lake. Beautiful sunsets, too. Location is 15-20 minute drive from Narragansett and Scarborough ocean beaches. Wakefield and Wickford are also easy drives from the house. Small cottage perfectly met our needs.

Relaxing, beautiful spot

Great location, great house, great property manager. This was our 2nd year and we will be back. The house is clean, cozy, and fun. The lake is warm and the beach is sandy. The ocean is not far away. Best of both worlds.

Summer Getaway

4th year coming to the lake house and another great stay! Our family looks forward to this vacation every year, even the dog! Tracy is always accommodating and gets back to you quickly!
