Romantic'n Rustic get-away to your Century-old Cedar Cabin by creek has easy access, spacious grounds, country charm, eat-in kitchen, comfy King bed and a romantic-ambiance (electric fireplace) with or w/o heat. Outside deck next to creek on your own personal space.

Plz advance request Hot Tub so readied (incurs 1-time fee). Enjoy star-gazing after hiking or mountain waterfall adventures! Cabin is next to a country road in open valley location surrounded by mountains, view old barns in a pastoral setting, wildlife and spacious grounds.

Welcomed well-behaved, approved dog only (incurs fee). Please know that none are to be left if guest goes off. Plz inform host about your pet: Breed, age, size, sex, friendly, house-broken, vaccines updated, as there's certain limitations.

Cabin just 5 miles to downtown Cashiers (10 more to Highlands)! 1 mile to amazing Lake fun in appropriate season, our local Signal Ridge Marina for boat rentals of all kinds!!! Superb Eateries as Happ's, White-side Brewery, The Orchard and much more! Visit nearby waterfalls, hiking and nature trails as High Falls, Panther-town, WhiteSide Mountain, Dry Falls (literature provided). Feel the good ol'days when life was simple and care-free. Covered front porch w rockers, open b.deck w/patio bar & seating and hot tub by creek! View 36+ pics w/captions of this 'all-season homestead' rustic charm. No laundry usage, sorry. Fire-Pit to enjoy IF no 'burn restrictions', (bring or buy wood locally). We are a Non-Smoking property! Peak fall and holiday seasons may have higher rates w/3 night minimum.

What a fantastic stay! This cottage was perfect for our trip to the mountains, it’s tucked in the most gorgeous valley surrounded by nature. Our hosts made it very easy to locate and had helpful notes around the cabin to help use electronics and lights.

The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Very peaceful and quiet. Host went out of her way to make us comfortable with many extra touches. Enjoyed our time there.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. The cabin and location is beautiful! We had a great time exploring cashiers and lake Glenville. Chris, the host, is attentive and so easy to work with! Thanks for everything and we look forward to staying here again!

This is just what the Dr. ordered! Absolutely adorable cabin. From the cozy feel, to the quaint aesthetic appeal it was a complete vibe. All the necessities of home with country charm. I loved waking up to the sounds of birds chirping and a babbling brook right outside your door. My morning coffee was so pleasantly peaceful whether it was in a rocking chair on the front porch or on the back deck listening to the creek. The cool spring night was perfect for a soak in the well maintained hottub and they even provided towels! The electric heaters gave off a fire place glow which added to the romantic ambiance we were looking for for our anniversary trip. Chris & Jim were wonderful host. From the sweet welcome note & treats, to the promptness if we had any questions. There are plenty of signs to let you know what you need to do. The kitchen has all the comforts you need if you plan on cooking. Grocery store is not far away and they even left us a store discount card so we can get sale prices too. Check- in & out was a breeze. The only hard part was leaving. We look forward to coming back and Thank youagain Chris and Jim for making our 14th anniversary a memorable one.🥰

Hosts long for guests as Trish and hubby since they are five stars all the way! They're kind, caring, appreciative, adorable (sent me a lovely selfie pic), quiet and so clean, leaving their cabin exactly as they found it... Gotta love guests Laura & Ed w/sweet dog as 'repeats to our cabins' here. None better than the other since she says 'We really enjoyed both cabins as they each have their unique plus's. I like the seclusion of the cozy log cabin. but the king bed was so nice at the country cottage' ". Great mountain getaway!

Cottage was very quaint and had everything we needed for a long weekend away. Everything was perfect and the Primes were great hosts ! Definitely recommend!

Great relaxing getaway

Cozy cabin for a couple to relax with hot tub and sound of stream. The kitchen was stocked with essentials. Great communication from host. Bouquet of flowers was a special touch.

Weekend getaway

My husband and I decided to take a weekend getaway for the holiday weekend. The cabin is close to cashiers and highlands for anything you want/need to do, and Lake Glenville is just beautiful! The owner Chris is available for any issues, we had none. Exactly as the photos show, peaceful to sit on the back deck, read, drink coffee, and listen to the brook nearby. We had a very nice time!

Amazing, romantic getaway. Owners were very attentive and welcoming. Romantic jacuzzi, stream and fire pit outside. Our second stay here and doesn’t disappoint.

Wonderfully comfortable cottage

We love this area for hiking and waterfalls and based our latest trip from this wonderful cottage. It had absolutely everything you could ask for, including a nice tranquil and private location to relax after a day of hiking and exploring. Thanks to Chris for her hospitality and the great breakfast casserole, we can't wait to go back.

Anniversary Getaway

This historical cabin was just perfect for our weekend away. The Primes are great owners who were very attentive to our needs while also respecting our privacy. We had everything we needed, including a nice hot tub to enjoy and great site seeing, shopping, and food in the area. Highly recommend this rental! The only suggestion we would have might be an upgrade to the bathroom toilet. It’s very low to the ground and bowl is small, however, it did not change how much we enjoyed our stay.

Pet friendly, please abide by pet rules as info will be sent to you with such upon initial request and pet fee.
