The living room extending from the kitchen features a rustic stone fireplace and beautiful furnishings that then extend to covered porch featuring rockers, lanterns, fans, and views like no other. The dining room adjacent to the living room is planked by old barn beams, seats 10 around the farm table, and also opens up to an outdoor dining room under a pergola accented with hanging lanterns that twinkle between the starts and neighboring trees. The main floor also features a spacious master ground level suite and bathroom as well as a powder room for guest.

The top floor of the cottage features a master suite with king size sleigh bed, a spa like bathroom with a soaking tub and a private outdoor sleeping porch that allows you to swing or sleep with a treehouse affect. The other three bedrooms with their plush bedding, window seats/ pillows, chandeliers, and beautiful views and not be missed.

The location could not be more ideal. In Roanoke Reserve just off the main lake, you are almost directly across the lake from Morning Star Marina where you can rent boats as well as dine and experience live musical entertainment and family fun. The grocery store, hardware store, and other local dining options are just 5 miles away by car. And the lot itself gives you private cove swimming, fishing and living with main lake views and boating opportunities.

Our home comes with lots of water toys like the Floating Mat (holding up to 12 on top of the water), paddle boards, fishing poles and other water recreations. And the roaming surrounding woods make for incredible walking, running and exploring an adventures for kids and adults alike.
