The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, a spacious walkout patio with large windows that flood the room with natural light and offer stunning Gulf views. There's ample storage space for all your clothes and a private TV for your favorite shows. The master bathroom includes dual sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower for a spa-like experience.

The spacious second bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, ample closet space, and a TV, providing plenty of room for two guests to relax. The attached guest bathroom includes a shower/tub combination and generous counter space.

KITCHEN & LIVING

The open-concept kitchen and living room is perfect for guests to enjoy. This space has been fully renovated with beautiful new furniture, including a stunning sofa and love seat set, plus a comfortable chaise chair for your enjoyment. Take in the gulf views from the comfortable dining seating for four plus 4 extra spots at the counter.

The large balcony, accessible from both rooms, has glass rails for unobstructed views of the pool below and the white sand beaches. Also included in this unit is a full-size washer and dryer.

Enjoy the community beachfront pool (seasonally heated), a relaxing hot tub, a convenient grilling area, and easy access via elevators. Stay active at the well-equipped fitness center and take advantage of the direct access to the beach for a perfect coastal getaway.

OTHER INFORMATION

*Important to note: A small resort fee of $15 plus tax per person (for ages 5 and up), covering amenity wristbands and parking passes, must be paid during mandatory online pre-registration. The registration website link will be provided in the confirmation email.
**The renter must be 25 or older (except for children with adults). Photo ID will be requested to ensure renters are of age.
Beach service is available to guests for $40 (plus tax) per day, which includes two chairs and an umbrella. Please note that this service is independent of us and can be purchased directly on the beach upon arrival.
