What better way to enjoy a beautiful town than to be in the midst of it all. This centrally located condo is right downtown, a short walk from South Beach, shopping, restaurants, entertainment and The Yacht Club. Fully furnished, full kitchen, master has an en-suite, you will feel right at home away from home. Whether you are an early riser or a late sleeper, there is always something to do in the beautiful town of South Haven!

Master bedroom has a queens size bed, guest bedroom has a full size bed and a twin over full bunk bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The condo was very nice, larger than it looks in pictures, clean, had all the kitchen appliances you could want. Pots and pans were new. The location and view from balcony is wonderful. The check-in was a bit complicated and the elevator is extremely small with steps at both the entrance and exit. After a few times, we got the hang of it but renters should be aware that there are steps to access the elevator.

Spotless, and perfect walking location

What a great stay! Wonderful view off the 3rd floor balcony to watch the boats come in/out of the harbor, and EASY walking distance to lots of fun restaurants and downtown shops. Loved loved LOVED this place.

Great location

Wonderful location walking distance to all restaurants and stores. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We had a wonderful time and lucked out with great weather. Checking in was a little tricky but just call or text the owner if you have any questions. She was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing getaway

Location was great for us. We were able to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We especially loved being able to sit on the deck and watch the boats come and go. The condo had everything we could have needed and then some. Owner was very easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo in the best location

South Haven is my wife’s hometown and we’ve stayed at numerous properties over the past 25+ years. This condo is the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. It’s in the ideal location if you want to enjoy downtown, the harbor, the beaches, etc.

Close to everything and great views!

We had a great view of the Channel and harbor from the unit’s third floor balcony! It was nice being right in town and even though there was a public parking lot and a main street directly in front of the building noise was pretty minimal. The condo was comfortable, immaculate, and has a large kitchen and dining area. Entry to the building is through the first floor garage level. We had two parking spaces for our use in the (dimly lit) garage and there’s an elevator that requires an additional six steps to reach the third floor. However we preferred to take the (50!) stairs rather than the slow elevator. Carol is readily available to answer questions and provides lots of beach towels as well as a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella. Our group consisted of four adults, with two working remotely part of the time. The internet connection was good though the only available space to work was on the dining room table. We thoroughly enjoyed our week staying in Carol’s condo

Wonderful Condo in a Perfect Location!

This condo had everything as advertised. It is well equipped and extremely clean. It is spacious and comfortable with great views. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, gift shops and for a scenic after-dinner stroll. The beach is walkable for younger people, but as seniors, we elected to haul our "stuff" in the car. The owners expressed empathy and were immediately proactive regarding a utility problem that was completely resolved the very next morning. We had a wonderful experience and would gladly book this unit again.

Beautiful condo in a great location!

This condo is beautifully decorated and super clean (and I am a bit of a germaphobe)! Since parking can be a hassle during busy times this condo is perfect because you can walk everywhere. The elevator worked the entire time we were there……you just have to be patient because it is very slow. Parking in the garage was a definite bonus. The view of the harbor off the balcony was fabulous. Even though we are used to carrying our own soap, toilet paper, etc, Carol supplied everything! I urge anyone looking at this condo to rent it. The only con I can think of is the shower head…..I am 5’2” and had to stand on the edge of the bathtub of adjust it…..but that was such a minor thing compared to all the pluses! Thank-you so much, Carol, for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Property with a view!

This property is so clean and has everything you would need to feel at home! Being at the top floor you have the most beautiful view of the marina and can watch all the boats sailing through. So relaxing. The owner was so helpful and so attentive. Will come again!

We had a great week in South Haven. This home puts you in the middle of everything South Haven has to offer. If we had not needed some rainy day activities we would have never needed to use the car. We had one issue (our fault) and Carol was very helpful!

Lovely condo

Three of enjoyed this spacious, fantastically appointed 2bedroom, 2 bath apartment, located within walking distance of restaurants, coffee houses, South Beach & shops. Ample garage parking a plus! Only disappointment was that the elevator remains broken, which made lugging groceries & luggage a chore.

Such a nice place to stay

Five ladies celebrating 30 years of friends with a girls weekend in an amazing condo with an amazing view! Everything about the rental was great. That place was spotless! The kitchen had everything you could need (even a blender to make margaritas). We loved using the fireplace. And the bath tub with jets. Having the garage parking was super convenient as the parking lot gets crowded. Thanks so much, Carol! We had a wonderful time!

Great South Haven Get away.

Have never been disappointed. House is always well maintained and clean, comfy beds, and quiet. The best part.....you can park the car and walk to everthing.....beach, dining, and entertainment. Or you can sit on the porch and just watch the boats pass by.

Beautiful River View

The view of the river/harbor from the many windows in the kitchen/dining room and living room was excellent. The property is spacious and very convenient having garage parking so no worries about finding a spot. The location is perfect for walking to south beach or the town. What a fun stay! The elevator was out the entire week we were there because it was apparently being replaced so that was a major difficulty when loading and unloading the car and taking our child and all our gear out every day. That’s the only reason we gave a 4/5 rating.

Loved every second

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the condo. They had everything we needed and the location was perfect. The elevator was down for the time we were there, and the amount of stairs was hard being 7 months pregnant, but that is no fault of Carol’s. Everything else was perfect for our family!

Off Season Holiday Hideaway

This is a great space and exactly as billed. Roomy, well furnished, and very comfortable for a family. Attentive, respectful owners that made sure we had a great stay in South Haven. We came to South Haven over the holidays to visit family. This space allowed us to be minutes away and still have a great hideaway. South Haven is very quiet over Christmas which is expected. I was impressed with the service we got off season which I think speaks volumes for the owners. Highly recommend to anyone and any season.

Wonderful condo close to Beach

Beautiful condo overlooking the marina. Can't beat the location. Located in downtown South Haven a short walk to South Beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. Kitchen was well-equipped. Both bedrooms were very comfortable. Linens and towels provided. Everything you need for a great vacation experience.

In the midst of it all is only the beginning!

Upon our arrival, the condo was very clean! It was up to date with very nice furnishings. Everything you could think of needing was available. The condo is located just one block away from the main shopping and a short walk to south beach! It was such an enjoyable, restful stay and we plan to stay again!!

Perfect Location for a South Haven Visit

This condo located in downtown South Haven had a beautiful view of the harbor. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spaciousness and the beauty of this rental. The deck was a great place to relax in the evening with a glass of wine and to enjoy the parade of boats going by. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to entertain family. We especially appreciated the parking garage since parking can be difficult to come by in the evenings and on weekends. We will definitely be contacting Carol again next time we visit South Haven. Thank you Carol for your hospitality.

Family Vacation

Perfect location. Wonderful views from balcony of condo. Able to walk to everything the town has to offer. Garage parking is a plus. Owners are very responsive. Will use again.
