Enjoy 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 2071 sqft property on the beautiful west coast of the notorious sunshine state, Florida! Our home comes fully equipped with everything you may need including but not limited to, a fully stocked kitchen with appliances, linens, beach chairs, gas grill, and a screened in lanai with a heated pool set at 82 degrees with 7 hours run time to filter and heat which is adequate for normal Florida temperature , unusual weather will affect consistent pool temperature, any higher pool temperature would require an extra charge of $100.00 per week, guaranteed for the perfect stay!

Close to the lovely beaches of Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Naples. Short commute to outlet mall shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores makes for a convenient trip!

Has Potential

The house was clean and tidy when we got there. The only issue we had when we got there was the smell of stale cigarette smoke, we had to deodorize. The kitchen appliances need upgrading. The dishwasher quit working two days before we left. The refrigerator had rust on the outside of it and very loud, cabinet doors are coming off due to rotten hinges [kitchen and master bath]. Patio furniture was very uncomfortable. Like the title states the house has potential it just needs some TLC.

Wonderful Stay

I stayed here for 2 months, Feb. & Mar. It was wonderful, and I enjoyed it so much. There were a some damages that hadn't been fixed since the hurricane, i.e. torn lanai screens and roof damage, but most other homes had the same damage unless they were already repaired, and nothing that prevented me from enjoying my time here. I felt truly blessed to have been able to stay here. All of my guests felt the same way. I hope to come back here again. Thank you to the people who made this stay possible.

Great place for a week stay!

We all enjoyed the heated pool and easy access to the stores and main highways around Cape Coral. We visited Naples and Siesta Key which were both less than 2 hours away. There is a little damage to certain places on the exterior, but nothing that made our stay seem like it was lessened in any way. We would definitely stay again.

Great Canal Views

Great house perfect size for a family of 4. Had a few glitches at first with the AC but Norm was on top of it and accommodated our needs. Definitely would stay again! View from the pool and grilling out were great! Also did some fishing and caught several bass. Stores and gas are very close as well.

Villa Amigo is definitely worth the trip

We would definitely recommend staying at Villa Amigo, great open with with all the amenities to suit your family needs, with the pool table, pool, bbq grill and spacious living room. We will definitely be back. Thank you for opening up your home.

Very clean and comfortable home

My husband and I and our adult children rented this home for our summer vacation. Upon arrival we found the home to smell nice and was very clean. It was tastefully decorated with nice “homey”touches. Well stocked with everything we needed and we appreciated the hotel like touches of fresh towels, linens, soaps, snacks and a few complimentary beverages in the fridge. The layout of the master bed on one side of house and other rooms on opposite side worked well with our adult children. The pool was clean and we enjoyed the view of the canal and the afternoon sunsets. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Ft Myers is about 20 min and Sanibel beaches about 40 min which was a little bit of a drive but they were beautiful. Overall a very positive experience and would definitely rent this home again.

Wonderful house and neighborhood!

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful with everything we needed! It was close to restaurants and stores if we needed anything. We only left twice and that was to go out for dinner. Otherwise we stayed right there! My husband fished in the canal and we stayed by the pool! I would definitely stay again.

Great house and host

We really enjoyed our stay at your home. The pool was nice and warm, we swam everyday. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood and easy to get to restaurants and stores. The pool table was great too, we played pool every night we were there. Great stay and great communication with Norman. we will definitely stay here again! Thank you Norman!

WE LOVE THIS HOUSE!!!!

We just got home today from our stay and I wanted to make sure I logged in to submit a review. We have stayed in our fair share of VRBO rentals for many years. This house was BY FAR the BEST home we have EVER stayed in! Everything about it was perfect and super super nice! The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were huge. The kitchen was gorgeous and well-stocked. All appliances appeared to be in great condition (we only used the fridge, so I can't for sure say about the stove, microwave, or dishwasher). The living room furniture was not the cheap furniture you find in many other rentals. It was very nice and very comfortable. Everything about the home is VERY clean, well-maintained, and seriously just allows you to relax and enjoy everything about your stay. My husband even caught a few bass out back off the dock. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful getaway, beautiful views, perfect location

A BIG thank you to this owner. We had a challenge while in the area and he rented to us fast. Beautiful home, wonderful views, great pool area, dock. Everything we needed was there. Location is great l, near everything, spectacular home, pool table and outdoor amenities were used daily. I highly recommend this rental home and a BIG thank you again for being so hospitable.

Beautiful house and great location

This was a very nice home and great location. Heated pool was nice. Had a few concerns when we first got there, high winds came thru week before and left a little bit of damage, but were addressed immediately by owner and the management. Will definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful and very conveniently located.

I rented this home for a long weekend and my family and I enjoyed it. It unfortunately was a rainy weekend, but the kids were in the pool having fun anyway. I did see a beautiful sunset and really enjoyed the lanai. I rent homes frequently in Cape Coral and this was by far had everything that was needed. It was nice to have all the essentials supplied. The house manager was very friendly and helped with a couple very minor problems.

One word....Amazing!!!

Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay here at Villa Amigo! Highly recommended. The house was very comfortable and inviting. Everything we needed as far as groceries and necessities were close and convenient. We visited Sanibel Beach, which is recommended, we found tons of Seashells. Our 2 boys had a great time searching for that. We have this house on our favorites to visit again!!! Thanks so much from the Catron Family!!

Great stay

We had a great time at Villa Amigo, it had everything we needed and was in great condition. We enjoyed having our morning coffee beside the pool and watching for various birds along the canal. Very quiet neighborhood and a good WalMart grocery store a block away. The property management lady was super helpful and we would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful and Relaxing Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Our favorite part was the pool. It was so warm and relaxing. The view from the lanai to the canal was outstanding. We will definitely visit again!
