Casa Maritima - Unit 1422, is one of only 6 waterfront condo residences, called Spinnaker, located within the secure grounds of Oyster Bay Beach Resort.

With 1200 sq. feet of breezy living space, the living area, dining area, and kitchen, flanked by a master suite with king size beds on either side, all open onto the wide balcony which overlooks the infinity pool and beautiful Oyster Pond. With expansive views of the water, marina, and hillside beyond, the second floor location offers an up-close waterfront experience as well as the privacy of the second story.

Amenities include granite countertops, glass tiles, GE Monogram appliances including washer and dryer, and lovely vanities, mirrors and lighting. The unit has plush furniture bathed in soothing Caribbean colors.

Wonderfully relaxing

This is a beautiful property! The check in is effortless and Troy was great at communicating with me. This property overlooks the bay and is quiet and relaxing but with all the amenities of Oyster Bay Beach Resort. I would definitely stay again!

Love staying at Spinnaker at Oyster Bay Beach Resort!

This unit is fantastic! It was just my husband and me, but it would be perfect for 2 couples or a family since each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The view is beautiful of the marina. Love having access to all Oyster Bay Beach Resort has to offer and the space of a 2 bedroom condo. The beach was gorgeous in December! They do an excellent job of clearing sargassum if there is any. You really need a rental car to explore all the island has to offer. We prefer Oyster Pond to Simpson Bay for its beauty.

Casa Maritima: Spinnaker Condo at Oyster Bay

This was a fantastic place to stay, located on the Oyster Bay Beach Resort. The condo was amazing and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious with views of Oyster Pond. We were able to watch the pelicans fish from the balcony. We took advantage of the pool for the condo units at Spinnaker but also went to the resort pool and the beach. The kitchen was well appointed with all that we needed when we chose to cook in. The resort staff is very friendly and always has a smile. We had the pleasure of meeting Troy and Judi during our stay and they were able to answer any questions we had about the condo. I highly recommend staying at Casa Maritima.

The cure for the COVID blues

Judi and Troy are exactly the kind of host/hostess a family looks for when traveling. The pictures of their condo are accurate and the views are better than picture perfect. Super easy to work with, helpful with recommendations, and thoughtful additions throughout their place, made this family vacation fun and relaxing. The well appointed condo was great for making meals, the beds and linens were comfortable and the towels were soft and plenty. The washer/dryer a real bonus. We look forward to visiting again; Thank you Judi and Troy!! Side note: We found that everyone at OBBR was considerate and masked.

Exactly as we had hoped it would be!

We were thrilled with the condo. It was clean and well appointed. The staff were cordial and professional. All the amenities that we used were great!! The food was good and service was slow but attentive. We will go back.

All the comforts of home.

Our unit is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you could ask for. It's location is makes a walk to the beach or if you prefer a quiet afternoon in a private setting sometimes not an easy decision to make. Easily walk to several restaurants or take a short ride to many others. All in all a great experience.

Fantastic week!

The condo was beautiful, pictures don't even compare. The resort is pretty, clean, and the staff very friendly! We were a group of 51, all very pleased. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo, Great Amenities, Great Location!

My family and I are less than a week back from staying here and found it to be great! We were a party of 4 , myself, my wife, and our 2 son's (16, 14). We have been to SXM several times, but had never stayed in Oyster Pond, what a nice find! The pics on the web are on the money and should provide a realistic expectation of the stay! The condo and Oyster Bay Beach Resort were top shelf, and I can't imagine anybody having a real quarrel with their service. My wife and I kid about our travel differences......"the continuing travels of adventure boy and amenity girl"...this one fit both of our travel preferences. She got the benefits of a full service resort, and I got the luxury of a private condo as a "home base"! The restaurants in the area were excellent, and most didn't require a car ride, those that did were quick rides.....all were excellent!. We went to Anguilla one day, parasailing at Orient another and Scuba diving with Octopus Divers in Grand Case. Highly recommend Octopus divers! The owners of the condo were prompt, responsive, accurate, and gracious as hosts. You can't ask for more! I have no reservations in recommending this condo as a rental! We do look forward to returning one day as this one was a real "keeper"!

We have been coming to St. Maarten together since 2002. Troy purchased at Oyster Bay Beach Resort in 1995, then I started coming down with him and our time on the beautiful island has grown every year. Judi is a retired Flight Attendant and now owns her own business. Troy has been with the New York City Fire Department for 28 years.

We have been looking for many years at different properties. For one visit we couldn't get into the resort with our timeshare time and another owner in Spinnaker offered her unit and we fell in love with the condos. We found out one unit was for sale and it was meant to be.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The Living Area and both Bedrooms have a view of the marina which is spectacular at all times of the day. Having the private pool, barbecue and patio areas while still having use of the entire resort is a nice feature that we enjoy. The unit has plush furniture not normally found in a rental unit which makes it feel like you are in your own home.
