What a find! We have stayed in many places. This was the most beautiful, serene, and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after a long drive, looking out toward the majestic mountains. The quaint, rustic decor was exquisite. Our hostess, Chris, was so welcoming, more than accommodating, and an attentive communicator. We would definintely stay here again.

This is an intriguing and interesting cabin and we thoroughly enjoyed the southwestern decor/feel. While our stay was relatively short, the cabin's location to the surrounding attractions is perfect to reach everything in short order. Our hosts were genuine and helpful. The property is neat and tidy, easy to get to and reflects that it has been well kept. We will be returning to visit with this wonderful couple and site once more and potentially even more.

Robert and Lori were so easy to host, extremely kind, quiet and CLEAN. I'm honored they were able to adjust their stay to a 'wk later' due to their AL home area hit with tornado! They chose to upgrade their stay to our cedar duplex with hot tub and so glad I could avail it to them. Thanks tons for your stay and amazingly good care. Do come back Anytime. Primes :)

Great location for hiking and close to town for shops and restaurants. Amazing hospitality from the hosts! They helped me find a place to charge my EV onsite, which was a big time saver. The accommodation is the perfect size for one or two people.

The place was super cute & quaint & very clean. I would say a very good deal for the price. The Primes were very generous, telling us a couple times to just ask if we needed anything at all (we didn’t). Great place and location. We will likely be back.

Christine is absolutely amazing and a sweetheart! Property was clean, warm and inviting. There were instructions for anything you could possibly need posted in convenient parts of the cabin. Host was very responsive and friendly! I definitely intend on returning!

I can’t say enough about this little space. So clean and cozy! Very quiet and perfect for sitting outside looking over the tree farm across the way. Communications with Chris was amazing! Always available and accommodating. Perfect weekend stay! Highly recommend!

I was looking for a quiet place with a mountain view for a solo retreat, and The Prime's "Retreat" was the perfect place! All of Christine's touches in the space made it a cozy and interesting place to spend time in. It was very clean and contained everything you might need and then some! Christine is very easy to communicate with, and the best part of my stay was the warm welcome, literally! I didn't arrive until evening and it was cool, so Christine turned on lighting and the heat just before I got there. I highly recommend staying at The Retreat if you're in the area, and I will be back!

Wonderful Hosts

I needed an affordable place to stay while I participated in an art show. My wife found good reviews of this place. The place was quite clean, very quiet and the hosts were amazingly hospitable.

Chris was very nice. The cottage was clean and neat. Chris thought of everything! Coffee, snacks, travel magazines.The location is lovely. Quite a lot further from Highlands than advertised however.Overall we enjoyed it very much.

Wonderful guest Kimberly, desired time in Highlands, so I noted 'Cashiers town is 5 miles from this rental'. Yet Highlands is 10 more miles from Cashiers. I'll note this on web site since it HAD noted then 'miles to Highlands'... I will fix this so none are ever misled,Thanks for you :) Chris

Amazing trip!

My wife and I loved our visit, and will definitely make a return trip here. The location is perfect, and the room, and hot tub were amazing. Definitely recommended!

Wonderful Weekend
