Overlook the ocean and pier in this 2 Bedroom/2 Bath

**The pool and spa will be closed from June 9 through September 30 2025
to allow for maintenance work on the deck, pool, and spa area.**

***Due to the ongoing issues with Mexico's water treatment pumps, the ocean is not guaranteed to be open at this time.. They do test the bacteria levels daily, but the majority of the year the Ocean has been closed from the Border, past Imperial Beach up to Coronado Beach. If swimming in the ocean is a major amenity I would not stay in these areas, until further notice.***

Beach Club

The beach club is a three story private, gated complex. The Beach Club is a U-shaped building that is located on the sand, no busy street or boardwalk separating you from the beach. It has its own heated pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, and barbecue facilities in the spacious garden atrium.

Unit #304 is a third floor unit that offers you a beautiful direct view of the water, park, pier, and picturesque islands. You'll relax to the soothing sound of the ocean waves. You'll have your own private, sunny ocean view balcony.

The area

Relax in a quaint beach town, stroll on the quiet beach. Walk on the old fishing pier, and bring your rod and bait! Excellent surfing! Watch or participate! A 10 minute drive affords you easy access to the famous Island of Coronado and its golf course. 25 minutes takes you to the world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, San Diego Embarcadero, San Diego Convention Center, fabulous desert or mountain drives, Mexico, and all that the sophisticated city of San Diego has to offer!

The apartment was clean, well equipped and well maintained. The apartment had a great view and the sound of the ocean is hard to beat. A key keurig or coffee singles would have been greatly appreciated. The exterior was undergoing much needed restoration.

Great location for Zoo, etc. Disappointed that due to the proximity to Mexico, the Pacific water is so dirty, that swimming is hazardous due to high bacteria. Beautiful view but unable to get in then water.

An inspiring stay

We had a wonderful time with my mother, grandmother, husband and two young children. House is clean, property is very nice but the view is phenomenal. We appreciate having stayed. Thank you.

Great Getaway

This is a very comfortable condo. Nice beds. Very clean. The location was perfect. It is in a less crowded area than Coronado; which is just a 5 - 10 minute drive away. The beach was clean and well tended. It was a wonderful getaway from the heat of the desert.

Condo was great!

The condo was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The ocean view was fabulous! Restaurants were within walking distance, which was nice. The only drawback was the first day we were there the elevator stopped working and the electricity went out at 8 pm until 1:30 in the morning. The elevator was fixed the next day. It's a great place to stay and I would highly recommend this condo.

This property had beautiful views of the ocean and coastline. The unit had everything a person needed as far as linens and and furniture to enjoy their stay. Getting into the unit was like a puzzle that takes a time or two to work out. Because of the multi layers to get into the unit even after check in, there was no security concerns. Refrigerator door was broke but was not a issue. We loved the place and wished we had stayed more days in this unit.

Ocean view/access condo in Imperial Beach, CA

The 2 bedroom/2 bath condo was very comfortable and the setup of the kitchen/dining room/living area was roomy enough to accommodate 4 adults and 2 children under the age of 6 yrs . The baloney overlooking the ocean and pier was amazing.

The devil is in the details!

The wonderful view is as depicted in the photo but the furnishings of the condo aren't totally accurate. It didn't matter to me that the building is a little tired but given what we were paying I suppose I expected more. It's quiet, which I appreciated, and I'm very glad the elevator didn't break down although my heart was in my mouth on every ride as it chugged up & down! (See other reviews). Disconcerting that the garage door is broken so the garage is not secure - not the best, especially given all the warning signs about leaving valuables in the car. The master bed was fairly comfortable but a fitted sheet over a plastic wrapped mattress is not the best by any stretch of the imagination. A mattress pad would have solved this. The 'new' bed frame & chest of drawers in the master bedroom don't fit the space - so it's not possible to totally open the double doors & I would advise wrapping the two sticking-out corners of the bed frame with towels . You definitely don't walk into either during the night! The 'new' sofa in the living room (not as depicted) is the wrong shape for the space - blocks the view of the sea & is pushed so far up to the fireplace that watching tv is like being in the front row of the movies! Imperial Beach is what I expected - the pier, the estuary, restaurants, bars, etc. are all within walking distance and lovely to explore. People are very friendly and it is a dog walker's paradise. Be sure to carefully read the instructions about 'what to bring' since paper towels and toilet paper are rationed! Overall, an enjoyable stay but I'm not sure I will be back.

IB fun

IB is a great destination. We have never been there. It was a perfect stay with a beautiful view. The beach was right outside and the pool and hot tub was wonderful. The neighborhood is fun with great restaurants and shopping in walking distance.

A day at the beach

The rental was everything we could have asked for, clean, convenient, nice with a great view. A couple of quick snags that were very promptly handled. First someone had taken one of our reserved parking spots. They left within an hour. It was a bit frustrating that I couldn't call anyone. Secondly the elevator was out for a short bit, but they had a repairman onsite promptly and it was fixed. The last item is one that was out of everyone's control. A raw sewage leak rendered the beachfront almost unusable. Frustrating, but it happens. In summary, we loved the property and would use them again in the future.

Imperial Beach Winner!

My family and I stayed at this condo for a little under a week and all I can say is WOW! Starting from the beginning the owner sent clear directions on how to access the safe/secure garage and even gave directions on how to pass through beautiful Coronado Island to arrive at the condo. The check in was incredibly easy and the condo itself was clean and spacious. It has been updated from the pictures posted and nicely decorated. The park next door was a plus and the view was gorgeous! My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo!

Better than expected

This condo was beautiful and the view was wonderful. It was cold the weekend we visited, but it was so enjoyable to see San Diego and spend quality time with family in this condo. We loved our stay and would love to visit again.
