Private, beautiful property

We loved the privacy offered at this property. The land is beautiful and although people live nearby, we never saw another person. We really appreciated the pool table, dart board, and comfy bed.

We had an amazing time. The property size was incredible. We drove around the trails. We took hikes. We explore we saw wildlife is truly a great place to stay. The people who own the home are very accommodating, reliable, responsive, thank you for everything.

Amazing weekend getaway!

We absolutely fell in love with this property. I now have it saved to my profile so we can book it again. Itā€™s your own little retreat with the amenities it provides, you donā€™t really need to leave the cabin. We will definitely be back.

Loved this place!!

Before we arrive, the owner was already helping us with directions; he stayed in the phone with us until we got to the cabin. He gave us tips and ideas where to find the best tesis to go in our atvs, places to eat etc. We will definitely coming again

Great peaceful escape!

We loved everything about this property, the owners and the much needed escape our family needed. We especially appreciated our dogs being welcomed! our kids spent hours outside exploring the tree house, playing with the pups, and connecting with nature. It was the experience we didnā€™t know we needed. Canā€™t wait to come back in the summer to escape the heat of Tucson. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Friends Getaway

We have an amazing time. The house was open yet cozy. The property was very spacious, quiet and peaceful. Our favorite was the hot tub. We were in it everyday and it felt great, especially with it being colder. This is the perfect house to share with friends or family. The hosts were very responsive and checked in with us, which was very nice. The only suggestion I would make would be to have more toilet paper available and maybe some wash clothes. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Mountain Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin is beautiful, and clearly loved by the ownersā€¦lots of cute, fun decor making it very warm and welcoming. Loved the beautiful flowers in front yard and the large windows in main room! My kiddos (7, 8, 15) and pup enjoyed running around the grassy yard and exploring the many trails across the property. We all enjoy stars gazing at night. The pool table was also a big hit. We ddid not use the hot tub, so cannot speak to that. All in all a wonderful stay. If youā€™re looking for a place relatively secluded but also not too far from town; this is a great option. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home and scenery

My husband, me and our 2 dogs stayed at the Y2 Ranch to escape the heat. Our stay was better than expected. The house was comfortable with everything we needed, but the outside was where we spent all of our days and some of our evenings. Sitting in the shade reading under the big tree or under the covered deck were my favorite places. My husband enjoyed the jacuzzi. Every day, we enjoyed watching the thunderstorms come in and the stars were amazing on a clear night. Sunsets were stunning with a nearly 360-degree view from the property as the sky changed colors from orange to pink to purple. On two afternoons we saw a double rainbow in it's entirety from end to end. Our dogs enjoyed twice daily walks around the property. We will definitely be returning next summer. The hosts were extremely helpful!

Y2 Ranch

We are 4 girlfriends who are now in our late 60s and early 70s and have been friends for over 50 years. We go on a once-a-year trip and this year we stayed at this house. What a wonderful time we had. It was so peaceful. We sat out on the porch every single day and enjoyed the beautiful landscaping. We were lucky to have afternoon rain showers, which cooled everything down. We hiked along the path throughout the property and that was a nice hike. The house was beautiful and well furnished. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water. The furniture was comfortable. We played pool. We did not hot tub. The hosts were awesome. They were very attentive and answered any questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect long weekend out of the city

If youā€™re looking to get away from it all, this is the property for you. It was just the two of us, so quite a large house for a couple, but we wanted to be away from everything/everyone and have a hot tub! Owner was amazing. Very communicative and helpful. We will be back.

Better than expected!!!

Looking at the listing we were excited about our stay, but this place exceeded our expectations. The owner text me shortly after we checked in just to make sure we didn't have any issues checking in and to make sure we didn't need anything. The owner also offered suggestions on riding trails and things to do in the area. This house is clean and beautiful on the inside and out. The house sits on a very large piece of property so there are no neighbors nearby and plenty of privacy. We will definitely be renting this property again.

Show Low Getaway

Property is very nice and secluded. Had to pay a non refundable pet deposit for our non shedding schnauzer, yet we found dog hair in all the thresholds, under the master bed, and several other locations. So not happy with that aspect of the trip. We also found that the Weber grill on the property does not work properly-barely gets warm, so our outdoor grilling did not go well at all. Had to purchase toilet paper and paper towels as there was a small supply in the cabin. Nothing terribly major, yet keeps us from giving 5 stars.
