Peaceful, canal home in desirable Punta Gorda Isles. Walk to Fishermen's Village

Come stay a while and see why we absolutely fell in love with this property and the Punta Gorda community! The spacious and bright three bedroom, two bathroom home sleeps six yet offers great privacy with the split floor plan. Enjoy the heated pool (my favorite!) throughout the winter months or sit on the lanai even if it should rain because the roof extends over it. Relax on the dock and watch the boaters cruise by in the canal...or even spot a dolphin making its way back out to Charlotte Harbor (another of my favorites)!

There are many diverse restaurants and boating activities within an easy walk or drive. If there is a need for a beach, then a short ride to Fort Myers, Englewood or Venice will get you the fix. You will find a farmers market in town on Saturday mornings, and Fishermen's Village (ok, another favorite!) is the perfect place to shop or eat while watching the boats come and go and watch others fish for the plentiful fish in the Harbor.

A short boat cruise up the Peace River will provide the feel of a tropical paradise and you can stop at Nav-A-Gators restaurant for some local food and entertainment. Many of the Punta Gorda bars and restaurants provide music of various types nearly every night. You will have a hard time picking which one you wish to hear on any given night!

Many extras are provided for your enjoyment: gas grill, beach chairs, lawn chairs, cooler, washer and dryer, beach towels, blow dryers, well-furnished kitchen and more!

Please note that the boat lift at this property is not available for house guests’ use.

What a fantastic waterside gem in Punta Gorda. Wanda and Gordon were the perfect hosts, quick to respond to any questions we had and super friendly. The house was perfect for our family of 6, plenty of room for us all to relax. The pool area is also great with ample seating. I would certainly recommend if you are looking to stay in the Punta Gorda area.

Great for a boat

Easy booking. Responsive hosts. We brought our boat and were able to keep the boat at the dock. The house has easy access to the harbor and the gulf. The house was very nice. Very clean. And the pool was just an added bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

We decided at the last minute to spend a few days in our favorite place-Punta Gorda. Our regular place was already booked and Wanda quickly answered my questions and we booked our stay. Check-in was easy and the location is close to everything. The view is amazing and being a holiday lots of boats were out. We enjoyed it so much we asked to stay an extra day.

Enjoyed our time

The house was my kid’s favorite part of our trip and they pretty much lived in the pool. Everything was comfortable. At first we were alarmed by how busy the road was that it was on, but could not hear the traffic at all inside and it was easy to back out. Such a great place! We hope to stay again when we go to Punta Gorda!!

Weekend Getaway

This house is in the perfect location! House was peaceful and kept the family entertained the whole stay. There are 2 bathrooms, I know listing only says one. We enjoyed the pool and fishing during our stay as well as checking out the farmers market. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed staying at this lovely home - very relaxing. Nice pool, meals on the lanai, nice canal view, great location, and watching fish swim by the underwater lights across the canal...what’s not to like?!! Thanks for letting us stay in your home!

Great Location. Easy Access to all of PGI. Recommend

After spending a hot afternoon around town and on the water - it was real convenient to drive back to a centralized location and get in the pool! House was great. Has all of the amenities that makes this an easy decision to stay there repeatedly.

Relaxing in Paradise!!!

We loved our stay at this property! The house was beautifully decorated and the hosts provided everything you would ever need for a relaxing vacation. The covered pool was great for the kids with comfy seating on the lanai for the adults. We ate every dinner outside! We enjoyed watching boats and wildlife in the canal- next time we may try to rent a boat! We’ll definitely be back!!!

Great Stay and Great Location!

This house had everything we needed - comfortable clean beds, a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area, big screen television, great view of the canal and even an inviting, lovely, heated pool. We felt right at home here and would recommend this home for a wonderful stay in beautiful Punta Gorda. It is close to everything and the street this home is on is so quiet. Beautiful property

My family and I had an excellent time. The property was very nice, clean, cozy but spacious. It is equipped with everything you could possible need. Communication with the property manager was excellent. I will definitely come back here.

Fabulous Rental Experience

Beautiful home in gorgeous SW Florida neighborhood with all one needs for the perfect vacation! Beds were very comfortable, plenty of room for dining and the lanai and pool were incredible. VRBO hosts were so wonderful to work with and very responsive. Definitely would rent this home again. Worth every penny! 5 stars!!

Great home in super area

We just spent a month at this home and completely enjoyed ourselves - spent many a night near the canal, enjoying sunsets and the peaceful setting. The house is spacious and very clean - we loved the pool and in fact we were likely in it every day during the month! The home is only a few minutes from Fishermen's Village and other activities which makes it a great home base. We went to the annual Punta Gorda Jazz and Wine Fest which is a MUST if you are visiting next year. We did quite a bit of golfing at area courses and look forward to our next visit to the area!

Picture Perfect

This is our 3rd time staying at this property. Each time has been even better than the last. Wanda and Gordon are easy to communicate with and seem to anticipate your every want and need. There property is clean, comfortable and accommodating to everyone in our family. We love the pool and lanai for swimming and relaxing, the dock for fishing and watching for wildlife and the spacious layout that makes it easy for our child with special needs to navigate as well as provides privacy while allowing for family time too. One of our favorite places to stay! We love the Punta Gorda House!

Love it! Better then picture look.

It's always nice when you get what your expecting. Which is harder than it seems these days. I can say with this property it exceeded my expectations. Yes, it gives you everything in the pictures, but the house is actually a little nicer than it looks in some pictures. We used the grill one night which was really nice. We fished off of the canal. The pool was a perfect temperature. Everything was simply available and easy. For the first time I didn't even have to bother the hosts on my trip. I would highly recommend this place.

5 day stay to relax and get to know Punta Gorda

We rented the house with family to become familiar with Punta Gorda as we just bought a house in Punta Gorda Isles and close on July 7th. This was a great stay. Plenty to do for the kids; they really enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock. My family mentioned on many occasions how amazing the set up was; when we needed something, it was there. The night we used the grill, the tank was empty. We started to set out to go get a refill, but found a full tank waiting for us in the garage. All we needed to bring was our clothes and food, everything else was provided, to include some toiletries in the bathrooms in case you forgot something. The house was very comfortable; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay; close to everything we needed. I would highly recommend 627 Ball Harbor Blvd to anyone looking to get away with their family.

The Punta Gorda Isles neighborhood has a peaceful, small town feel and downtown Punta Gorda, less than 3 miles away, has charming shops and many restaurants to whet your palate. Fishermen's Village is an easy 1 mile stroll or bike ride away. Having both a swimming pool and a canal provides the luxury of a private swim and the feel of a cabin on a lake. The canal access allows a 5 minute boat ride to Charlotte Harbor for fishing, boating or a ride to the Gulf.
