This home is close to restaurants, shopping, grocery store and a walking distance to the clubhouse, driving range, restaurant and The Hilton Hotel/ Spa. Activity options include hiking, biking, tennis and local entertainment. The open floor of this home brings light to every place in it.
The comfort of the new furniture is wonderful, the relaxing view of the Red Rocks from the living room is breathtaking. The kitchen is fully stocked, nice appliances, cookware, tools, blender, coffee maker, toaster etc. washer and dryer , a full outdoor entertainment area with bbq grill, extra fridge in the garage,
TV's and WiFi, attached garage. Sleeps 6-8 comfortably 1st master suite has a king bed with a private bathroom, 2nd suite has a queen size bed, 3rd bedroom has a full size bed, there is a sofa bed queen size mattress in the tv room.
The house has tile and corian countertops. Ceiling fans, hair dryer, A/C, linen provided.

Beautiful Sedona

Alway a lovely time in Sedona, gorgeous views from the window front and back. First time renting a home for our stay was enjoyable. Owners were very responsive and very nice to deal with. Hopefully we will be able to do this again.

Pleasant Stay in Sedona

This is a very nice home - there were only the two of us but it could easily accommodate another couple. We appreciated the extra space and the peace and quiet offered by the golf course, and bonus - nice neighbours! The kitchen was well-appointed and open - I could enjoy the fireplace and TV while prepping food. We chose this home for its location convenient to some of our favorite trails, and we were able to ride the Bell Rock Trail from the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Rental

This is a great home. The owner is very responsive to any requests or issues. We've rented quite a few homes in Sedona and this one was by far the best. It's not huge or super fancy, but it's very nicely appointed (all new furniture, etc.) and very inviting. The back of the house is sitting on the Sedona Golf Resort golf course (yet flying golf balls was not an issue). And the view of the red rocks from the front of the house is wonderful. On cooler days we enjoyed sitting in the leather recliners for happy hour looking at the sun hitting the rocks. One extremely impressive thing for us were the knives. Usually rentals have terrible kitchen knives. These were so good that we have since bought ourselves the same set. Everything about the house was in the same great condition and quality. It's a very quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors.

Relaxing Get-away

Lovely, beautifully decorated, yet comfortable home. 3 bedrooms and multiple seating areas allow for groups. View of red rock mountains from front and golf course in back. Diana was very accommodating and responded quickly to questions. A great relaxing experience.

A Little Piece of Heaven in Sedona!

We stayed at this home for a month in May 2016. It was perfect in every way. First of all, the setting is ideal for those who love the beauty of Sedona, from the very comfortable patio with golf course views in the back of the house, to the red rock views from the front living room window. The setting is peaceful and quiet. We watched the quail play in the yard every morning. Everything in the house is brand new, beautifully decorated and the highest quality. The kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware and the prettiest dishes and glassware. We are hikers so the location was ideal for access to Yavapai Trail, Cathedral Rock, Chapel and Bell Rock Trails. It is a 1.5 mile easy walk to the nearest restaurants and coffee shop. We enjoyed the beautiful views and desert landscaping along the way. Diana was so pleasant to work with and always responsive. I would love to stay here again the next time I am in Sedona.

Very nice Sedona retreat

We enjoyed an extended winter stay here and everything went very well. The home has good views of the Sedona red rock formations out the front window, and the golf course out the back. The neighborhood is upscale, quiet and friendly. The home has been newly painted throughout, the kitchen was a treat -- very well equipped -- and the Tivo-based entertainment system in the den area is really great. The bedding was first class. Best of all, whenever any small issues came up the owner was very responsive and easy to work with. If you are new to the Sedona area, be aware that the Village of Oak Creek is about 9 miles south of Sedona proper. It is smaller and quieter. There are some pretty good restaurants in the VOC, but many more in Sedona and West Sedona (which are much busier areas). We've stayed in both the VOC and West Sedona and both are great places to visit. Two thumbs up!

Perfect Retreat!

This home was a perfect place to experience all of the fine things Sedona has to offer. The views from all the windows were breathtaking, from the red rocks to the lush golf course. The home was cozy, clean, and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and just a short distance to several hikes and trails. Diana and John were very accommodating and helpful with everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Picture perfect!

This home in Sedona is absolutely picture perfect, literally...The view from the large front window is the Red Rocks; and from the back wall of windows it is the lush green of the golf course and the mountains. The rooms are large, the furniture is high end and new, the decorations are excellent and tastefully done. The open layout of the home adds more spaciousness and appeal. We especially enjoyed the large patio, with a nice table (for 6) and the love seat & cushioned chairs as well. The gas grill is also new and perfect, making outdoors even more appealing. This is close to everything, yet quiet and comfortable. We highly recommend this property!!!

Our family is world wide travelers, my husband is a cherry farmer in the central area of Washington State. I am a Spec. Ed Sub teacher for the School District and Spanish teacher . We have 3 active boys, 18, 16 and 14. We fell in love with Sedona and decided to purchase this beautiful home on the golf course since we practice the sport. We have been to many places, Sedona to us is one of the most beautiful ones! All the activities that we can find in Sedona are worth it to make the trip from our State.

everyone will find a fun activity to do, or just spending a relaxing getaway for some weeks or months.
Why not? Hiking, mountain biking, jeep tours, great restaurants, high end resorts, golfing,
stunning views, indian ruins, petroglyphs and charming town. Award wining and world popular, galleries, world popular views.
This is by far one of a kind! This is why we chose this place, there is something to do for everyone.
