Guest Access

Guests have full access to the home and all amenities, including the pool, hot tub, theatre room, outdoor living spaces, and high-speed WiFi.

The only exception is a small, separate suite on the property where we occasionally stay. We travel a lot but sometimes need to be in town. This suite does not impact guest privacy and has no access to the backyard or main home. You may meet someone on the front street in passing, but otherwise you wouldn’t know we’re there.

We had a fantastic stay with Tania and Brodie for our annual family vacation! Check-in was simple and stress-free, which set the tone for the rest of the week. The home had a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed to cook meals together — from morning coffee to family dinners — which made our time here even more enjoyable.The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, keeping everyone connected (even one of us sneaking in a bit of work between swims!). The backyard view was beautiful, peaceful and private giving us such a great spot to relax with a cup of coffee or watch the kids play. Speaking of the kids, the pool was a highlight for everyone — perfect for cooling off after time on the trampoline or exploring Kelowna.Most importantly, the space worked wonderfully for our whole family to be together under one roof. Plenty of room, comfortable living areas, and a layout that made gathering easy and fun. This annual gathering is so important to us carrying our family forward, strong and united. Evening conversations and laughter around the fire table deepened our sense of connection. This well designed home helped make our family vacation both memorable and relaxing — we’d happily come back!

Best Summer Vacation Home!Our family of 10 recently stayed at Tania’s home, “Teal Paradise,” for 9 nights. Upon arrival, there was a beautiful assortment of treats and drinks awaiting us in the kitchen. This was just the beginning of an amazing stay! Our group was 5 adults and 5 kids, and everyone had a blast. Between the trampoline, grassy area, pool/hot tub, and movie room, there was always something for the kids to do. The pool was stocked with floaties and noodles, a perfect temperature, and shallow enough in the shallow end for our short 7 year old to touch the bottom. The outdoor space had plenty of different seating options - but we spent our time around the fire table in the shade while the kids swam. The kitchen was fully stocked - you don’t need to bring any kitchen gadgets with you, because everything you could need is already there. You’ll find lots of poolside-safe dishes to use while you enjoy the outdoors. There is laundry conveniently located just off of the kitchen for when you need to freshen up those pool towels, and the host provided plenty of detergent pods. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and appointed with lovely bedding. You’ll find the living room a cozy space for evening TV or movie watching! We found Tania and Brodie to be helpful, responsive, and friendly hosts throughout our stay. If you choose to stay here, you will not regret it!

This property is amazing! We booked it for our family vacation with our adult children. The house itself was beautiful and the pool was warm and clean. Tania was a great host who responded quickly to any questions. They take pride in their property and it shows. Just pack some clothes and bathing suits because the house has everything else. We will definitely revisit this property.

Multi Generational Trip

The 5 nights we spent here met all of our expectations and matched the pictures online. We were a group of 10 family members ranging in age from 12 to 72. The weather wasn't the typical Okanagan heat but that did not stop our enjoyment of the amazing pool and hot tub. If we were at the house, the kids were in the pool! That was definitely the highlight for them. Temp of the pool was set to suit the current weather. Although we didn’t do much cooking, the kitchen was well stocked if we had wanted to do so. Contact with the owner had an immediate response. We highly recommend this property!

Relaxing time with friends

This was a fantastic rental property. The place is amazing, incredibly clean, spacious, easily fitted our 3 families (5 kids). The kitchen had everything you needed, beds were super comfy, theatre room was a lifesaver on the hot days, yard was huge with the pool that we spent all day every day in! We could not have asked for a better stay!

Amazing place for a multi-family getaway!

Our 2 families enjoyed having this place for the week. What an amazing and beautiful home with a stunning location. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool in the summer heat and theatre room for cooling down. The adults found the outdoor patio with fire table very accommodating to our relaxation and conversations. The kitchen was awesome and so big with absolutely everything we could think of! The house was amazing and Tania left treats and a welcome basket for our stay which is lovely! The scenic views can not be beat and the neighbourhood is quiet and close to awesome waterfall trails and mountain biking trails which we enjoyed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. You can tell the hosts love this home as it is beautifully cared for and top notch kitchen/cooking items.

Wonderful visit with friends and family

To start, please keep in mind this is someone’s home, it’s not just a rental. The owners really take pride in their property. Everything from the teal accents that brand this space to the flamingo inspired pool theme, it’s the perfect place for family and friends visiting Kelowna. The yard is incredible, overlooking the creek/valley with views of the lake. The pool, hot tub, basketball net, trampoline and lawn games kept the 6 kids busy during our week long stay. There was plenty of room for all twelve of us to sleep comfortably. The highlight on the inside is the beautiful farmhouse inspired kitchen, that is VERY well stocked! The owners want you to have a good time and enjoy you trip, they even had a bottle of wine and chocolates and treats left out for us upon arrival! The home is close enough to the lake (5-10 min drive) and all other great amenities (groceries, shops, restaurants etc) Their is a caregiver that lives on and off on site. This was not a problem at all. We never saw them and it never was a privacy issue whatsoever. We would love to stay again and would recommend to any family/friends looking to gather for a getaway.

Exceptional attention to detail

We rented this property as a "base" for family and friends to stay during the week of our daughters wedding at Summerhill winery. The rental had been delayed by a year due to the pandemic and the owner worked with us when we re-scheduled. The house presents itself very well and its facilities were more than adequate for our purpose. The weather wasn't especially good that week and so we weren't able to take full advantage of the outside facilities as we'd hoped. The pictures on VRBO don't really do justice to the size of the backyard and the privacy that it offers. As we were using the house for pre-wedding photographs, both inside and out, we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtfulness that had gone into the decor and colour schemes. It provided a wonderful backdrop for all of the pre-wedding photographs. Throughout the process, the owner was very responsive to any questions. The house is located in a very quiet area to the south of Kelowna but all the required facilities were only a short drive away. In conclusion, we had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to others.

Staff retreat

Absolutely gorgeous house. I brought my team here for a well deserved weekend retreat and this property couldn’t have been more perfect! The house has tons of room and a gorgeous kitchen for everyone to hang out in. The pool and hot tub were put to good use. We will definitely be back.

Very lovely family home

Our family had a wonderful time. So much love has gone into this home. Quite honestly the pictures do not do it justice. This home exceeded our expectations. The house is set up so perfectly for a new family to come in and set up for a holiday. Thank you to the owners for all the love and care they have put into their home, it made for an incredible stay! :)

Family Celebration

Wow!! This property is absolutely amazing!!! I can’t even say enough about how great our stay was. Tania is amazing to communicate with. Given the travel restrictions with COVID, we weren’t sure we could commit by the cancellation deadline. Tania extended the cancellation with absolutely no hesitation to ensure we were comfortable with everything . And we are so thankful she did! We had extended family, including my parents with us and this house couldn’t have been more perfect. There was enough space for everyone to get away when they needed to- and the backyard is a vacation dream. We spent the majority of time in the pool and hot tub and everyone enjoyed the theatre room for games and movies. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of and there are so many wonderful touches around the house. My kids especially loved the art space and were so excited they were able to paint :) We enjoyed morning hikes on the trails just outside the doorstep, and the kids had a blast using the trampoline and basketball net. We took advantage of some wineries just minutes away. The neighbourhood is absolutely beautiful. This is my favourite rental we’ve stayed at by far. Well worth it! We can’t wait to book again-Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Fabulous Kelowna vacation

We got our whole family together for a much needed vacation and this property proved to be a fantastic choice! It was beautiful, very roomy (we were 7 adults and 4 children),spotlessly clean and well stocked in every direction with everything we needed and much more! Extra touches like all the pool towels, high quality soaps, gifts on arrival and every kitchen appliance you could imagine! Would love to book again and would definitely recommend this property. A comfortable stay

Had Such a great week with our family in this beautiful home! We were a group of 8 adults and found the house gave us all plenty of space. We enjoyed the heated pool during the day and hot tub every evening. The patio fire table was a perfect place to gather in the mornings and the evenings for great conversation. We also so enjoyed all the tables in many areas inside and outside for games night. I would recommend this creatively decorated home for any family to enjoy a stay in Kelowna!

Amazing home for a staycation

This is house is amazing. It exceeded our expectations. It was so perfect during COVID, because we literally did not leave the house since we did not need to! We were all entertained with the pool, hot tub, trampoline, huge kitchen and move theatre room. Lots of cute touches and high quality stuff in the in the house. The backyard was so private with a breathtaking view. Tania the host was excellent and very responsive and made sure the place was ready for us. There were a couple things we asked of her, and she was on it right away. The adults and the kids had a blast! The house is also in a nice residential neighborhood, so about a 10/12 mins drive into downtown and lots of wineries around. Great for a run or a bike ride. I would definitely come back!

Perfect Family Getaway

Part of me doesn't want to rate this property as well as it deserves, just so that I can keep it a secret, and secure it as a spot for myself whenever I want - LOL But in all seriousness, from the moment I sent my first email inquiry to Tania, the process has been so flawless and smooth - it was nothing short of perfect. The property is stunning, and the neighbourhood beautiful. The house was spotless, and Tania thought of everything. There were so many little thoughtful touches to the property and for our use that made our stay incredibly special. It actually became a bit of a joke during our stay how every day, several people would comment how perfect everything is. Tania has by far been the best host we have ever encountered out of a decade of vacation home rentals all over the world.

Twelve family members from around the world stayed at the house and it was perfect for the occasion of our son's wedding. The kitchen is super well equipped and sitting around the fire chatting by the pool was the highlight. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Awesome vacation!

This was our second years at Tania's house and it was even better this year. The house is perfect for our 3 grown children and the grandkids. The kitchen has everything you could imagine and the pool was again the centre of most of the daytime activity. Thanks!

Family Vacation

For years we've wanted to do a family vacation and this year we felt was the year to do as our family,(10 in total,6 adults and 4 grandchildren) are getting older. Our first impressions walking into the home were....WOW, NICE!! Then everyone scattered, checking out the house and calling dibs on their room. Exciting!! Then once everyone got settled we proceeded outside to the pool area and were once again blown away. A great, covered seating area with fire table and then of course, the pool and the kids where in! The kitchen was huge and extremely well stocked with any and all the cookware and utensils one might need. Overall, the house and the holiday was a success with the thanks to some amazing weather and smoke free conditions considering there where fires in the area. Nowthen, to be perfectly honest, there were some issues with the accommodations and one would think, considering the cost of the rental to be legitimate concerns. First of all, you don't have the house to yourself...there is a "caretaker" living in the house which we were not notified about until the last payment was received and we got the home entry information. We feel that should have been something we knew about in the beginning as it would have played a factor in our decision. My first walk around the pool I came across a large bandaid poolside and when I went to throw it in the garbage, I noticed the garbage bins full from the previous renters. I realize that pick up dates don't align with scheduling, but none the less, I found it unacceptable. The day before we left, we took all remaining garbage to the dump so the next renters had emptied bins. We were offered compensation, we thought maybe in our damage deposit, but that didn't happen. The master bedroom and ensuite were amazing, large as expected, but nowhere to hang clothes, so be prepared to live out of your suitcases.The king beds were difficult to sleep in...you always felt like you were rolling out of bed. Our son took off the mattress and box spring to the king bed downstairs and found that the slats were broken. He did his best to set them in position and set the bed back up and it resolved the issue with that bed. If the weather is hot as it was for us (35C-40C) the temperature in the upstairs bedrooms was hot and uncomfortable to sleep and the people in the basement found it cold. Speaking of cold....the hot tub didn't work. So, that's why the 2 star's. For that kind of money, one expects near perfection

Great for kids and family

Overall I was very happy - its not beach front but everything we needed - boating, Starbucks, shopping, meals was within 10-20 minute car ride. Movie room, trampoline, hot tub, and pool was a hit with the kids. Soccer field and playground park 5 minute walk. Quiet neighborhood, clean and nice homes. Kitchen & BBQ all good. Tania and Brodie were available by phone if there were issues.

Very nice home with amenities as described

Far enough away from the downtown bustle to be peaceful, but an easy 15-20 minute drive to access all those activities when you want them.

Perfect for large family

We enjoyed five days with our extended family at Tania's lovely home and we could not have been happier. House is very well equipped, clean, and in a nice quiet neighbourhood. We would definitely recommend this home to others and hope to use it again in the future. Thanks Tania

Kelowna Wine Tour

This was a great house with ample space, very clean and in an excellent location. Eight of us went to Kelowna for a quick vacation and tour locale vineyards. Plenty of room with five large bedrooms, clean bathrooms and great kitchen. We spent most of our evenings in the back yard barbecuing near the pool and hot tub. Tania the homeowner was always quick responding to any questions and also recommended a great breakfast spot as well as some of her favourite vineyards. We all would recommend this house and would book it in an instant if in Kelowna again

If you love quiet evenings by the pool, or crazy days spent jumping into one, this is the house for you. It has everything you need, and fits 12 people easily. Bring your boat, toys, and even your Mother-in-law. There is plenty of space for it all! I do ask that you respect the neighbourhood with noise and parties. No smoking on entire property. No pets permitted.
