Perfect weekend getaway

The cabin was exactly as listed. So cozy and cute. We enjoyed the deck, hot tub and pretty views. Steep/narrow driveway but my midsize suv did fine. A larger truck would have a hard time.

Anniversary Stay

Wonderful stay! Cabin was clean, tidy and had lots of amenities. The fire pit and hot tub were great! The location felt secluded but yet the grocery store was very close which was convenient. The location was perfect driving distance to all the hiking trails we wished to explore. The driveway to the cabin was manageable in our midsize SUV. I would recommend getting to the cabin in daylight hours the first time so you can navigate the driveway. We look forward to staying again at this property.

Great Cabin Getaway

I booked this cabin during spring break with my twins. I could not have picked a more perfect cabin for us. This cabin was absolutely beautiful! The amenities were wonderful from the little things like providing two tide pods, two cascade pods, to even little shampoos in the bathroom. The cabin is just as beautiful as the listing describes. The views are breathtaking and the large wrap around porch makes it even more beautiful to enjoy. The kitchenette upstairs is also a definite plus as well. We can't wait to go back!

Relaxing

The property was just as described. It was tranquil, peaceful, and in had a great view. I am definitely looking forward to booking this cabin again in the future. My only feedback would be to check the beehives being created around the decks it could be dangerous for someone.

Lovely property with beautiful view

The house is extremely lovely and view is amazing! The owner responded to late evening call regarding wifi issue and took a significant amount of time to address the issue. That said, the wifi service is poor, at best. Be aware that the drive to the house is steep with many turns; do your best to arrive while you still have light!

Cozy and comfortable

Lovely, cozy and very clean home. Beautiful view-only small inconvenience is that when you check into a cabin you want the fireplace to be ready to go and simple to operate which this was not -that being said property manager was very quick to respond and come the next day to address

Wonderful stay in the mountains

We just returned from a short 3 day stay at Paradise Found and what a wonderful stay it was. The cabin is beautifully decorated, clean as a whistle, and has everything you could possibly need. While the drive up is steep it is easy to navigate after the first time up. I recommend traveling to the cabin during the daylight hours the first time just to get a feel for the roads and turns. We traveled with another couple and there was just enough room. The cabin is about 10 minutes from the closest grocery store and then another 5 minutes to downtown Bryson City which is just spectacular for a small mountain town city. You won't be disappointed with a stay in Paradise Found.

Most attractive cabin...beautiful waking to the mist in the clouds

Hilltop with well designed roads and partially paved...allows for easy access and fantastic views! This is a newer cabin, beautifully designed, and well equipped, which allows for a sweet vacation. It's beautiful to wake to the mist in the mountains right outside the main windows or listen to the birds while on the master bedroom deck. Our children loved playing on the loft when we were not sight seeing. This cabin has a full kitchen, fireplace and comfortable furniture in the living room, outdoor hot tub, fire circle, separate screened porch and open deck on first level and open deck on second level.

Great property

Needs a few updates! Ceiling fan for downstairs bedroom. Curtains on upstairs outside door. More than 2 washing/dishwasher pods for 6 days and 3 people. Lighting in laundry area.

Anniversary stay

We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Found. The cabin was clean and tidy and had lots of amenities. It felt very secluded and yet it was still fairly close to a grocery store which was very convenient. The Mountain View’s were beautiful! We used both the hot tub and the fire pit during our weeks stay. The location was perfect for driving to all the hiking trails we wanted to explore. The driveway up to the cabin was manageable in our midsize SUV. I would advise getting there for the first time in the daylight so you have a clear idea of how to manage the driveway. We hope to return to Paradise Found soon for another Mountain getaway!!

Great cabin, great location, terrible TV service.

Second time staying at this cabin. Had issues with TV the first stay and assumed those were taken care of since it had been a few years since our first stay. TV service was DirecTV. Owners provided coverage for local channels. No FoxNews, CNN, or any (ESPN, ESPN2, etc., CBSSN) sports programming. Part of any trip for us is watching sports uninterrupted. Really disappointed that was not available to us for $250/night.

Beautiful location, cabin dirty. Disappointed

With the price of this property for a two night stay, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the cabin. The cabin was beautiful to look at from a far, but closer inspection revealed issues. It seems whomever is responsible for cleaning the property is barely doing anything. We found what seemed to be pubic hairs in the bathroom, mold on the shower curtain, towels with stains and holes in them. There also seemed to be an insect problem, in my very short stay my partner and I had to kill several roaches, and beetles in the cabin. In my opinion this place is definitely not worth the price and I would never stay in this cabin again or any other property this company owns.

Beautiful cabin with a fantastic view.

The property was lovely and clean and the view was wonderful. The hot tub was clean and they even provided beach towels. Just an FYI for folks: The road up to the cabin is mostly gravel and is very steep. I unfortunately was given a minivan as a rental and it barely made it up the hill each time even in low. We were there for 8 nights and there were only 2 DW and 2 laundry pods, one extra trash bag, and no kleenex. I would have liked to clean the kitchen better, but there were no cleaning supplies. I would definitely stay here again, but it's nice to be prepared. :) You absolutely need the special directions or you will never find the cabin. Another tip: if the upstairs seems warm/hot, make sure the vent in the floor of the upstairs bathroom is open and the floor heater turned off. That vent provides almost all the cool air for the upstairs. We came to see the Smokies, but I think I enjoyed Nantahala just as much if not more and the cabin is perfect for exploring that area.

Nice house in a beautiful setting, long views.

A little nervous as Evolve, the property management company took two weeks to respond to a question I submitted before the rental, and did not address my question. It's a steep climb to the house but as long as you have standard clearance vehicles no problem. Bedroom upstairs and downstairs, no noise problems. Baths on both levels, nicely decorated and comfortable beds and furniture. All kitchen accessories and appliances that you could possibly need are there, however the coffee maker did not work on the last morning. Word of advice, only one extra roll of TP per bathroom, two laundry pods, two dishwasher pods, two garbage bags for four adults for five nights. Internet is slower than dial up, satellite was out 80% of the time we attempted to watch it. I did report both, response was it may be slower than you are used to, never addressed satellite.

Wonderful Trip

The house is a beautiful log cabin on top the mountain in a planned community. It is very private as the houses are spread out nicely. We rented the house as it was in Bartlett Glenn Cove where our family had rented another house as well. It was so nice to be in the neighborhood close to them and cook dinners together. It has nice details such as granite counter tops and wood interior accents. The layout is very open. There is one bedroom downstairs and a open loft and the other bed upstairs. There is plenty of room as the family from the other house came up and we cooked the trout we caught at cooper creek trout farm on the grill provided and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out. The view is beautiful and the hot tub is nice in the evenings and mornings. There is also a nice campfire. Since it is on top of a mountain it is steep but not too bad, our mini van did just fine. Jennifer the property manager was easy to work with and immediately helped us with the direct tv issue. It is convenient to whitewater rafting, hiking at deep creek and strolling downtown Bryson city, also very close to cherokee where there is fun tubing and the entrance to the smoky mountain national park. You will not be disappointed! We will rent this property again. Our kids loved it too.

Watched the mountains appear as the fog and clouds lifted while having morning coffee, and relaxed in the hot tub under stars at night after a long day of hiking. This location was quiet, nicely put together and great for a mountain getaway. It had all the basics we needed for our stay. The gravel road getting up there is a little steep, so I'd recommend a vehicle that can accommodate that type of terrain, but higher elevation views are amazing.
