Lake Front/Top floor condo in a resort setting! Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. Enjoy fabulous main channel and cove views from the deck as well as the living room and master bedroom. The large outdoor pool on the point is only a short 2 minute walk away. Wonderful landscaping and lighted "boardwalk" around the complex at water's edge.

Full kitchen with microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker. Washer and dryer are provided in the unit for your convenience. Patio furniture and a gas grill are also available for those days you just want to relax and enjoy the lake view while you barbecue from your own balcony.

Sixteen stairs from the parking lot take you to this top-level condo with vaulted ceilings and an exceptional view. This unit is fully furnished with a King size bed with pillow-top mattress in the master and a Queen size bed in the second bedroom. The comfortably furnished living room and master bedroom have flat-screen TVs equipped with cable. The second bedroom has a TV and DVD player. Free high-speed WiFi is also included.

Fabulous gated lake community includes an indoor pool and hot tub for year-round enjoyment. Tennis court, basketball court, horseshoes, boat ramp, and playground area are all available for no additional cost. On-site security will keep you feeling safe and secure.

The 21-acre point and 2200 feet of shoreline make for great fishing along the shore, off the dock, and by boat. For the boaters, there is boat ramp on-site and a 10 x 24 boat slip included. Larger slips can be arranged for a fee. For the fishermen and women, a fish cleaning station is available. A mini-mart is within walking distance and includes a laundry facility, deli, etc. You can purchase everything here from live bait to fine wine!

The condo is located at the 12-mile marker only five minutes from great dinning at, Baxter’s, JB Hooks, the TOAD COMPLEX (several restaurants and dance clubs); five minutes from championship golf courses at the Lodge of the Four Seasons; and approximately 12 minutes from the Osage Village Outlet.

We really enjoyed our stay, have stayed here a number of times and the condo is well furnished and quiet. Would recommend to anyone who is interested, however there are like 15 steps to get up to 4C.Check in and out are very easy and listed in the blue book on the counter.The outdoor pool is excellent and there are plenty of loungers, table and chairs with umbrellas also.We will most definitely return to Southwood Shores! Thank you Tracey and Terry for sharing your condo with us again!

Great location and price.

We had a nice stay here. The property is in a great location and the price is right. That said, it’s ready for some TLC. The master bath sink did not drain at all. We ended up using kitchen sink for teeth brushing. Also, a whole piece of ceramic floor tile was loose and basically came out. This was at the entrance to the master bedroom. Grout was crumbling all around it. The windows could use an exterior cleaning for sure … as could the balcony. But if location and price are your main drivers, then this is a great option. Thorough and timely communication with owner was a positive too.

Loved the property and the "doors" that it opened to Southwood Shores and the Lake area. 2 large bedrooms, 2 full baths were excellent. Back porch had a great view of the cove and main channel. the Sat. night rain was a nice touch. There are steps to climb to get to the unit, but this retired couple didn't have a problem ascending or descending them. Wall to the outdoor pool is a few minutes, or you can drive and park if you have coolers and beach bags.Hope to stay in this condo again soon.

Weekend trip

All things considered, our stay was fine. We weren’t there to spend time at the condo, but I will still mention the issues. The owner did call my directly to let me know the people before us destroyed the place so cleaning was taking longer than normal. The communication was fantastic, which I appreciate, but the dryer was broken (from the people before us), multiple tiles on the floor were broken or loose, and master bed comforter had grease on it (from the people before us). He did tell me about the dryer and comforter when we got there so it wasn’t a surprise to us. He was very nice about it all. Overall, the complex was nice and a good area close to everything.

We walked in and were memorized!! It's absolutely a gorgeous place to stay. Master bedroom with all those windows. Boat added was a huge plus. Property person was always fast to respond. Having the pool at the Property was a plus as well. Our son got to fish and caught some big ones. Being able to the boat there was my favorite! Our son finally finger out how to water ski and tube alot. Plus being able to drive boat up to Coconuts, Margaritaville, Gator Place, and couple other places was amazing! There were some issues with our stay and I did report those, so wanted to send a remember so that they can get fixed for the next people.1. Anchor Marine is 15 per day not 102. Dryer did not work. I believe heating element is broken. 3. Sliding door screendoor was fallen off the rails. 4. Tile flooring in hallway by the 1st bathroom is very loose and needs replaired. 5. Master bedroom sliding door blinds down spin to open. 6. Master bedroom bathroom water faucet is very loose and needs repaired.7. Kitchen faucet turn on thing is loose and the top cap comes off. Needs replaced. 8. Grill was dirty so we didn't use it. 9. We didn’t use the over. There was a pan inside if it that needs cleaned. We never used it. 10. Open butter was left in the refrigerator from previous people. 11. (2)Sliding door locks are hard to lock and stay locked. Those will need adjusted or fixed. 12. The vacuum is missing the top part and is loaded with debris. Needs cleaned. So I never used it.

Wonderful Trip!

Our family had a great time at this property! As first-time visitors to the area, the location was great. The pool was amazing as was the swim area of the lake. The condo is super cute with many details considered for your stay. We were able to bring our dog, which was a huge plus for us. The owner is super responsive and communicated very well. Highly recommend!

Great view and perfect location

The condo had a great view and was centrally located between most of the important areas of the Ozarks. Tracy was very quick to answer all my questions and made sure i had all the details before i arrived.

We chose Southwood Shores for several reasons. We love the large pool on the point. The indoor pool and hot tubs extend the lake "season" for us as well. The complex is well taken care of and offers security including a gated entrance.
