Cozy Affordable Beach Condo

There is a big discount when you stay by the week vs nightly rates.

Our goal is to provide comforts of home in a peaceful relaxing atmosphere.
Located on a beautiful beach facing the Gulf of Mexico, this unit is part of the Chateau Condominium, a 15-unit two story building in a small residential town that is not part of a noisy tourist section of Florida, yet is only a short distance to restaurants and excitement. Sand Key and Clearwater Beach are just north of here. Belleair Beach has completed a beach re-nourishment program and the beach is one of the nicest in Pinellas county.

This unit is on the second floor, facing east, with a balcony, which has chairs and picnic table for relaxing.
The Condo gets morning sun from the east, so it is cheery and sunny all morning. In heat of the afternoon, it’s cooler on the shady balcony after spending time in the bright sun by the pool and on the beach.

The unit consists of a one bedroom and a combination kitchen/living room. The rooms are approximately 12 by 12 feet.

In the combination kitchen/living room, offers a electric recliner love seat, there is a 40 inch flat screen LCD Samsung HD TV. with surround sound The free Wi-Fi connection is through Roadrunner. Just bring your laptop and you are all set to work at the window and watch the dolphins go by.

The bedroom offers white rattan furniture and a new Simmons Beautyrest Pillow top queen-size bed with 600 count sheets and choice of pillows. There is also a second TV in the bedroom capable of playing DVD's. The bedroom window has a view of the Gulf of Mexico and a park. At night you can hear the sound of the waves, as you fall asleep. During the day you get extra light and a really nice breeze throughout the rooms

We have a fully tiled bathroom complete with linens.

The unit is ideally sized for a couple. It sleeps only 2. No Smoking. No Pets.

Some of my past renters have posted directly, their reviews, on this site I have been please everyone gave my condo 5 Stars.

You will have a great vacation just like everyone who has stayed with me in the past.

It was so cozy, clean, and comfortable. Not a huge complex full of people, the beach was steps away, and the host made check in a breeze! We would stay here again, and you should check it out!

45 th wedding anniversary

Everything was perfect, had the pool to ourselves, beach was not real crowded even with public park next to property, sheriff patrolled park very relaxed area.

Lovely little condo. It was right on the beach and wonderful to listen to the waves at night.

Everything I expected it to be and more. The owner is a great communicator and a wonderful person. The personal touch is perfect.

Great Get Away!

Sally was great to work with and check in before our stay and during! She made our last minute vacation comfortable with some "extras"! The condo was steps to the beach, pool and a short drive to many restaurants as well as shopping. Quiet area to walk and just relax under the beautiful Florida sunshine! Would love to return again in the future!

Sally the host of this wonderful Condo had everything we needed to make our Vacation great!! Sally goes over and beyond with everything you would need to feel like home!! This Condo was so enjoyable now I know why they call it the Little Jewelry Box!! We will definitely be coming back!!!

Lovely condo on the beach!

This cozy condo on the beach was wonderful! Sally has thought of EVERYTHING we might need and it is available! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great property! Great location - close proximity to so many fun things to do - we’ll have to come back to see it all! We enjoyed the Dali museum! Pier 60 and our own beach were beautiful sunsets! Relaxing! Just what we needed!

Cozy vacation

The process of booking was very easy. Just had to show up and everything was ready. Very close to the beach. Sunset was beautiful from the pool deck and the beach. Easy entry to the building. The owner left great instructions on how to use everything and places to explore around the area. She was great with communication when we had any questions. We will definitely be back.

Top Notch Condo

I would definitely stay here again, it is amazing. Property right on the beach, clean, small, quiet, and peaceful. Sally was fantastic! She was an excellent host with superb communication, and available if needed. She makes sure her guest are taken care of and has extras that many places don't provide. What a wonderful time on our first visit to the area! Great little beach gem!!

A beautiful stay with everything you need!

We absolutely loved staying at Sally's condo! It is the PERFECT location - ON the beach!! The property was clean and beautiful, and Sally had helpful notes everywhere from helping us work the TV to tips on how to keep the condo the coolest, to helpfully explaining checkout instructions! Everything - and I mean literally EVERYTHING - we could have needed was there! All we did was buy a few groceries that we wanted and the rest was taken care of. We will definitely be staying here again when we return!!!

Best Mini-Honeymoon

Sally was the best host! It was great having a place to stay that already had everything we needed for a beach vacation. Although we didnt watch any movies because it's football season, her collection was expansive. My husband was more than impressed with our last-minute mini-honeymoon destination. We were remote enough to enjoy our time together, but close enough to get food and explore. I've already sent this listing to a few friends as well!

Beware

This listing and the 5 stars are not correct! Can’t use the pool or clean your clothes. Also still doing construction on all bottom units. LOUD! Very very out dated unit. Everything things needs replaced. We left our vacation early and came home. We were told of these problems 1 week before we left. That was done on purpose. If you don’t mind all of these things this will be great for you. Also the bedroom ac window unit smells. The unit also needs a complete overhaul. I’ve stayed in a lot of places and this was the worst stay of all.

Snowbirds

We just retired and wanted to try being snowbirds! The condo was perfect for 2 people. Some how I missed that it didn’t face the beach but, it really didn’t matter. It is just steps to the pool and gate to the beach. Every thing you possibly could need is provided.

Very relaxing and wonderful location!

We had a lovely vacation here in Belleair Beach at the Château. We love how convenient the condo is, a perfect location on the beach. We have gone out every day for walks, swimming, shelling and watching the sunsets. Great bird watching too. Nothing better than a long walk, swim in the gulf and then a swim in the pool. It becomes a ritual. We also loved a late breakfast and then onto an early bird dinner, back in time for another sunset, back up to the condo for a great movie. Vacations don't get much better than this.

We had a great time. The condo was clean and cozy. My only complaint was I didn’t realize how wonderfully it was vacation ready. I overpacked. There was everything you would need from extra towels to a first aid kit, that thankfully I didn’t need. The owner couldn’t be any nicer. She does it right 😎

Great Time!!

My husband and I arrived late on Christmas Eve! We were able to gain entrance to the condo easily! Sally left us some items to snack on, which was so nice of her, with the next day being Christmas Day and all! The Condo also was very clean and we had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay! The plus, was that it was on the beach!! There was also a pool, but too chilly to swim! Maybe next time we vist!! We will definitely stay here again!! Thank you Sally for all that you do!!

Paradise at its Best

Sally’s place is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Sally is a Wonderful Host! Her unit is very nicely layed out, compared to others that we have stayed in at the Chateau. Love the all the tile work (colors and design) Sally’s place had all the connivence’s that one needs and more, she thought of everything! A special touch added to our arrival was the welcoming gifts Sally left for us! We were so glad that we were able to meet Sally, and chat for a while, she is, a very nice woman! Corner unit was a big plus, having 2 windows. Steps to the gulf where we walked every morning and contributed to picking up any garbage that was left on the beach the previous day/night. Thank you for everything Sally, we cannot wait to return.

Our father bought our condo and it has been in the family since 1980. In Aug 1985 my sister and I inherited the condo the same month that Hurricane Elena pounded our shores for 3 days. What a way to start ownership. Things have only gotten better since the shaky start. A special event was getting married by the gulf on our pool deck.

It’s always special for us to come over to spend a weekend by the water and my guests feel the same way. We love the beautiful beach and the long walks we can take. Sunsets are breath taking. It’s a special place for unwinding relaxing and meeting new friends. Having the gulf, pool and Tiki huts in our back yard is what a vacation is all about.

We have been replacing everything (floors, doors, windows, kitchen, complete tiled bathroom with a spa shower & furniture) in the condo to the finished present day modern remodeled unit.

I live locally and I take care of the condo after every rental. I know the place will be spotless.

The condo is not my business it’s my hobby. I’m always looking for things to improve or add. I want my guest to feel like they are visiting a loved one’s home. I offer all the conveniences’ they would receive from them. Please look over my guest comments and I think I have accomplished my goals.

Come with only your bathing suit. We have everything for a relaxing day at the beach. We provide beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and aloe. Walk down the stairs and you are in paradise..
