Relax, and enjoy our spacious vacation home just steps from the beach with private pool. This luxurious home features tile and hardwood floors, volume ceilings, and a stunning two story fireplace. Additional highlights include a sunroom with bar, access to secluded screened-in pool / patio (no bugs while enjoying the pool), large eat-in kitchen, great-room, and dining room. The first floor also features a Master Bedroom with direct pool access, a Master bathroom including walk-in shower and his and her sinks. There is also a powder room, private office, first floor laundry room with full size Washer/Dryer, and integrated 2 ½ car garage.

The second floor includes 3 more spacious bedrooms and a full bath.

This striking home features all high-end furnishings, including a large screen, high def tv in the living, and flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, FREE Wi-Fi and cable included. All linens are are supplied and there is a fully stocked kitchen, if you prefer to cook rather than explore the dynamic food scene in New Smyrna Beach.

Great spot

This was a great vacation home , the location to the beach was easy, lots of beach chairs provided by owner. The pool and lanai were a wonderful place to relax and very private. The kitchen is large and fully stocked. The bedrooms all had TV’s. The open style of living was Perfect. Also access to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants was ideal. Loved our stay.

Perfect Spot

This house is just great! Its a quick walk to the beach & it has a nice pool in the back yard. The rooms are fantastic & very roomy. There is plenty of room to gather together or spend some time alone if you want.

Beautiful House - Perfect Location!

Family of 7 adults stayed for a week. Beautiful, clean and spacious home with all amenities. Located in quiet neighborhood - heated, lovely screened in private pool with all the toys! Two minute walk from the beach and beach chairs to use were in the garage! Watched the sunrise with a cup of coffee every day! Owner was responsive for our needs! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Property located on a nice street with other well maintained homes. Quiet. Two blocks to the beach. Covered, heated pool was a delight. We’ll located to get to restaurants and other NSB attractions. Garage access was a plus for bicycle storage.

Best time ever!

House was very comfortable and clean. Location to the beach was awesome, we walked to see the sunrise everyday. We lived in the pool as much as we lived in the ocean. Restaurants were very unique and worth every penny. Locals were very friendly and welcoming.

Great summer vacation

We had a great time! Everything was as it was stated in the listing. Only need to add that the garage floor is super slick if you have wet feet! The landlord was very friendly and kept us informed of any changes to the schedule due to it being a holiday week, for example: the trash day changed. We would recommend any larger family to book this house for their next beach vacation!

Sasala Beach House

We loved this property , great family vacation home. Beach and pool toys available on property for use. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need along with a lot of other things in the house. Comfy beds and lots of towels and wash clothes. The layout pictures in the photos don’t do this property justice. Great high ceiling in living room area, 3 bedrooms upstairs and master on the bottom floor. Way more spacious then we thought and beautiful property. We would definitely stay again. Communication with owner easy and quick. Short walk to the beach and great location.

Great location

This house was perfect for our lazy beach vacation. Access to the beach was right across the street, but we spent just as much time in the pool. The house was spacious and had everything we could possibly need for a great time at the beach.

Great house with pool and close to beach

The pool was so nice to have and super easy walk to the beach. The hotel had the softest most comfortable beds and sheets!! I’d definitely recommend this place

Beach retreat

My family of four (myself, husband, two sons, ages 18 months and 9 years old) along with my parents and sister chose the beautiful New Smyrna Beach for our family vacay this year. The Sasala House was perfect for us! The house had tons of room, a large pool, and was only a short walk to the beach, although you do have to cross the highway to get to the beach. No need to bring your beach toys or chairs! There are plenty in the garage. There were only a couple of issues we had to report, nothing major. Beware the "no see ums"! These little insects were out at night around the pool and on the walk to the beach. You can find a natural bug spray at the Little Drug Co. on Canal St. Thanks, Mark, for being so kind and quick to respond to our questions!

Welcoming, spacious yet cozy, loaded with amenities!

We were blessed beyond measure every minute of our week in this lovely, well maintained, and wonderful home! The host was accessible throughout the process, prompt to answer questions, clarify details. The location was a perfect distance from the beach, neighborhood quiet, safe, friendly and conducive to our family's enjoyment. The floor plan of this home had an amazing "flow" for our family's wide range of ages; the baby (and sometimes a few adults!) could nap without noise/laughter from the rest of us waking them. Kitchen & dining areas SO perfect for small groups or added family when they came to visit. The screened-in pool area was an ideal option after mornings on the beach! The outside shower is GENIUS! We kept soap/shampoo out there for cleaning up every time we returned from the beach - SO HANDY! Beautiful Master bedroom/laundry areas! The flow of this house was essential to our comfort, efficiency, and upkeep - upstairs bedrooms neat, clean, roomy, and completely adequate for people's privacy & sleep. We LOVED our stay!

Wonderful family home!

We had an amazing stay at Sasala Beach House. The house was very clean and comfortable. The boys loved the bunk beds and all of the books that were in the house. The pool was very clean and bigger than we expected! Having a screened in pool was so wonderful and there was a great shower right outside the pool area for us to rinse off. Another favorite area was the kitchen/dining. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you need for baking/cooking. There is a great pass through to the dining room table. We loved the living room and all the streaming services set up on the TV. Great bonus! The walk to the beach was as described...you do have to cross A1A but there is a pedestrian cross walk one street down on 21st for safety. Most of the time we loaded up the van, drove all the people and stuff across, and then one person would take the van back to the house and walk to the beach. It was very easy to back in near the bridge to the beach or turn around to get back out. Very convenient for the kiddos and the less mobile! We really appreciated the great communication with the owner and the property manager, they were very responsive and took great care of us. We didn't have any problems during our stay. We are hopeful to be back next year to this great house that accommodated all of our needs!

Only shark we saw was the bottom of the pool

While New Smyrna is reportedly the shark capital of the country, we had a fabulous time enjoying driving on the beach for the first time or walking the few short blocks if we forgot something. Mark was an outstanding host helping with a myriad of off the wall questions. The only shark we saw was the very cute tile on the bottom of our enclosed pool. Loved it!

Comfortable family home close to beach

We were in Florida for a family emergency and didn't know how long we'd need to stay. Mark was incredibly kind and flexible with the booking, which was very much appreciated. The house itself was comfortable, plenty of room for everybody to have their own space (we were all trying to work remotely and do online school while there). There were lots of added extras like a well-stocked kitchen, pool toys and plenty of towels and bedding. The beds were all very comfortable and there was plenty of space for our things. The pool was great and the beach only minutes away. There are tons of restaurants, stores and supermarkets only a few minutes away. We won't hesitate to book here again next time we're in New Smyrna. Thanks again mark for being such a great host.

Amazing beach vacation spot

This is one of the best vacation homes you will ever stay at. The house is warm and inviting, location is great for the price and the owners are very easy to work with. We loved our time here and wish we didn't have to leave

The home was wonderful! Mark were awesome!

This was our first time to FL. and Mark made our stay wonderful! He is a very special person whom l thought was a great landlord. The home is full of light and all the furniture was up to date and very comfy. The kitchen was a dream come, everything you could ever want. He even had play things for the beach as well as bikes. The pool was very nice, but when we were there it was to cold to use. We went to the beach a lot and that was just across the street or you could drive just a block to enter the beach by car and a lovely park. Our needs were fully met and then some.

Everything you want in a house AND close to beach!

Place is in good shape. Pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures, but it is large enough! There are lots of beach toys available for you to borrow in the garage, so don't worry about bringing those. There are also several bikes. I would suggest you bring your own bike helmets (and locks) and enjoy a ride on the beach. We were surprised that people are allowed to drive on the beach in the area. There were no concerns about it, but we were always wondering if we should take the short two block walk, or drive. Oh the laziness of being on vacation! Wi-fi in the house works well. We did reset it once, but that was easy to do from the "server room". We had exceptional weather, so did not get a chance to discover the books in the children's bedroom or the fantastic boardgames until we were doing a "last check" as we were packing up. Also, the weather was a little cool still to see the Manatees just down the road, but we hope to catch them another time and did get a chance to watch the dolphins frolic. All in all, a fantastic, relaxing stay. THANK YOU!

Love this house:)

We love returning to this house every year. The house is so spacious with everything we need for our vacation. The house is clean and tastefully decorated, and the pool is very inviting and, with the screened enclosure, we don’t have to worry about the insects. The beach and the intra-coastal are just a short walk away. New Smyrna Beach is so charming and laid back; we always find a new place to explore and new restaurants to try. Looking forward to next years’ vacation!

Love this House!!

I have rented this house the past 2 summers with a group of friends (age ranges from 21 - 30) and we love it!! It's a 3-4 minute walk to the beach and having the pool at the house is perfect to rinse the salt and sand off before getting ready to head out for the day/night. Because it's a more residential area the beach is not over crowded during the day as most of the locals are at work, the neighbors are all very friendly as well. There are a lot of restaurant choices within a few minute driving distance as well as Daytona Beach which is about 15-20 minutes away from the house. We took a few days and just hungout between the beach and house swimming, ordered pizza, rented scooters and explored the area...then several evenings we spent in Daytona (I would highly recommend Ocean Deck and Cruisin' Cafe) The owners of this house are amazing to work with, I guarantee you'll love this house and continue coming back year after year like we do!!

Welcome to our piece of paradise. My wife and I love spending time in New Smyrna Beach with our 3 boys. When are are not in Florida, we live in Pittsburgh, PA.

We are proud supporters of the Little Pink Houses of Hope charity that provides breast cancer patients and their families a retreat from the burden of cancer, at least for a week. We are honored to have been able to share our home with this organization for their New Smyrna Beach retreat for 5 years.

This house is a perfect getaway for our family. It is so close to the beach as well as the bike trails near the intercoastal. The screened in pool is so relaxing.

We love that this house is 2 stories - it really adds to the spacious feel of the house. The bedrooms are off of hallways, upstairs and down, so you don't get the feeling that you are right on top of everyone, especially if you are the one that stays up late or gets up early.
