RELAXED CORONADO BEACH HOUSE

This elegant and relaxed home located across from the world famous Coronado Silver Strand Beach boasts nearly 3000' of fountains, hardwoods, french doors and windows, with a lush tropical landscaping in a relaxed beach setting. Think Tommy Bahama.....

The home is located between the ocean on one side, and the bay on the other. Both bodies of water are literally several minutes walk away.
You know you've arrived at #1 The Inlet the moment you go through the black arched gate into the courtyard, filled with benches and fountains. You can see the water splashing in the sun, and hear the soothing sound it makes. As you approach the glass front entry door, you can't help but notice the bright open floorplan with all rooms being surrounded by french doors or windows that open to the ivy covered walled, tropical courtyard in the back of the house.
The fully stocked designer eat-in kitchen is completely outfitted with a SubZero fridge, Jennair appliances, and quartz counter tops. It has everything you'll need to feel at home while you're visiting. All dishware, glassware, 2 coffee makers and just about every other appliances you might need is here, plus a partially stocked pantry.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the white, wood clad cozy den with a fireplace with both Leather recliner chairs and leather recliner sofa as well as a surround sound stereo system that operates through the entire home, and a 60" Samsung ART LED TV and french doors that open out to a small pergola and patio. The entire home is high speed wireless, as well as offering streaming Netflix, Prime Video, HBO Max, Apple TV Hulu, Disney and more premium channels on all TV's with our compliments.

The living room is large, with overstuffed leather furniture, fireplace, wetbar, and cozy sitting areas.

The dining room easily can seat 8-10.
Throw open the french doors and step into the rear yard to enjoy the waterfall jacuzzi, or one of the sitting areas with outdoor heaters and upholstered deep seat loungers, nestled under rows of 30' palm trees.

The outdoor kitchen features granite clad counters, a built in BBQ and sink, and is right off the kitchen making it very convenient for entertaining.

The entire yard /Lot is surrounded by 9' high walls and is completely private, lush, and tropical.

Just back from the beach? Use the outdoor shower. We provide everything you may need for the beach~from boogie boards, to chairs, to towels, umbrellas, and coolers. We also have 2 beachcruiser bicycles, and a kayak for your use. Yes, we have life-vests.

Upstairs you"ll find two master suites, both with their own baths. The ensuite bath has a large jacuzzi tub as well as shower. Both rooms have views of the boat waterways and one of the bedrooms has a large fireplace and private patio with a lovely sitting area and a peak-a-boo ocean view.

For the kids downstairs, we have 2 aero twin beds as well as 1 aero queen bed. It's located downstairs from the two mastersuites ,It’s set up typically in the living corner, has it's own bathroom close by. downstairs.

We are in a tranquil, guard gated marina community where the greenbelts, parks and boat channels meander through the community. Hop on a bike, drive or walk on the paved pedestrian trail (3.5 miles) into the village. We have many great restaurants, over 60 actually, 17 hotels including 3 world class resorts, great golf on the island, bars, and wonderful shopping. Have a sunset drink at the world famous Hotel Del Coronado or rent a jetski or sailboat from Loews Hotel and tour the bay. Loews also has a Gondola, for romantic evenings. Pull into "The Landing" boat docks, at the base of the Coronado bridge, and try some of our restaurants there, or hop on the Harbor Hopper for the 5 minute boat ride into downtown San Diego's famous Gaslamp District. Be a back and enjoy!
Enjoy walking on the beach each day, or stop at Loews for coffee, a morning tradition. Play tennis around the corner from the house, or use our village's pool exclusively for residents.
Housekeeping services, as well as a personal chef can be arranged. This executive home has never before been offered for a vacation rental, and we're excited to share our wonderful house. We are pet friendly however there is absolutely no smoking. Take your dogs to "Yappy Hour" near the tennis courts, every morning and afternoon. You'll both love it.
