This home is in a gated community with a pool and tennis court which is ideal for the mature vacationer. The Santa Rosa sound is in your backyard with unobstructed views from the living room, kitchen/breakfast area, and master bedroom. Enjoy views from the two balconies in the front of this gorgeous home or the two balconies on the back of the house overlooking the sound. Just a short one hundred yards from your back doorstep you can be swimming and enjoying the bay waters.

This property includes: A master bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom, second and third bedrooms with queen size beds in each, and second full size bathroom. There is an open living area with a fully stocked kitchen/dining area for preparing meals. This property has extras such as children and adult bikes, multiple kayaks, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, sporting equipment, beach toys, and outdoor BBQ grill.

Great property close to public beach access
This property was great. The host was very communicative if something wouldn't be available during our stay. There were kayaks, beach chairs and so much more available for us to use. The views of the sound were gorgeous. The house is off the main road so you don't hear the traffic. Overall, wonderful stay and we'd rent again!

Nice home, good beds. Check in was seamless. Quick response to my question on using the kayaks. A little walk to beach access area or a minute drive. Nice to have a pool and tennis court although we did not have time to use them on our 2 night stay. There was tennis rackets and balls, lots of beach toys, 2 beach chairs, pickleball paddles but no balls.

Overall a great stay! The place was super clean, comfy, and beautiful. The beach supplies were nice and we loved the kayaks. The only issue was no internet. This was a trip with my book club, and one of my friends had some work to upload and submit the evening we arrived, but the WiFi was broken and unfixable. The host was nice though and gave us a credit for the inconvenience.

Perfect beach home
Beautiful house right on the Sound where we spent a good bit of our time. Very short walk to the ocean side. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the views.

Easy check in, beautiful Beach house. Very good communication. Take an extra blanket, air works very well upstairs. Loved the multiple balconies, bicycles and kayaks.

Great Stay In Navarre
We just stayed 4 nights in this beautiful house in Navarre. The location was great! We loved waking up to the beautiful water view. The house was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Checking in and out was very smooth. We appreciated the property managers checking in to make sure that we were having a good stay. We would highly recommend this house.

Great Vacation Home!
We really enjoyed our stay. Sound view was right out the back door. Walk to Gulf side was only 10min. Having beach toys, chairs, boogie boards & an umbrella was wonderful! We also used the bicycles & tennis rackets provided. Safe area & would stay again!

Absolutely LOVED it!
This was our first trip to Navarre and we loved it here. The house was perfect and stocked with everything you could need. It was clean and welcoming. We loved kayaking in the sound and the beach toys for the grands was a plus. Highly recommend this property. We will be returning!

Nice trip
This house was very nice. The layout is great and plenty of space. Some things like the dishwasher and flooring are getting a little outdated/ abused from being a rental, but it doesn't affect the overall feel of the house. We would gladly stay here again.

Frequent travelers to the area.
Over all stay was excellent. The pool & hot tub was in poor condition & should be updated. A new home is under construction that virtually blocks the view of the bay. Nice home with outstanding service.
