Ocean hues in the blue walls and beige tile countertops will make meal prep a joy. And, seeing as this kitchen comes with all the major appliances, as well as a microwave, dishwasher, and coffeemaker, all you will need to bring is the food! Two high-back barstools are set up at the kitchen bar and a cozy bistro table for two sits between the kitchen and living room so everyone will have a place to eat home-cooked meals. No doubt after a long day on the beach, you'll long for a place to relax and lounge. The ivory leather sofa in the living room is just the ticket! Toss a movie into the DVD player attached to the flatscreen TV, or upload pictures from your perfect beach day using the provided Internet. Just off the living room, through the sliding glass door, is a balcony with stunning Gulf views! Bring your cards outside to sit and play while taking in the vistas and fresh ocean breeze, or sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the horizon.

As part of the lovely Nautical Watch Resort, you'll enjoy a quiet, serene getaway without the high-rise overcrowding. The private beach access means you can walk down to the beach to play any time of day. Plus, you're just a few miles to all the fun attractions and tasty restaurants in Panama City Beach proper. Delicious eateries, a hopping nightlife, and thrilling attractions can be found just a few miles away from this condo. Club La Vela is just over two miles away and is said to be one of the best nightclubs in all of Florida. Angelo's Steakhouse is three miles away and Ripley's Believe It or Not! as well as Wonderworks are close by as well. Panama City Beach's boardwalk, Pier Park, is just under nine miles from your door and offers everything from souvenir shops to carnival rides and food.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
