The open plan living, dining and kitchen have a view of the ocean through a wall of windows and the sliding glass door to the balcony. The dining room table seats 6 and there is 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Bedroom 1 also opens to the balcony and view and the private bath has a vanity with double sinks, a garden tub and separate walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and the private bathroom is remodeled with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and the bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Current Pool Information - Hours & Rules. This condo has access to all of the Somerset Pools and beach accesses.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
