Comfortably sleeping seven, Antigua features 2 king beds, a twin with a trundle for the kids, and a futon sofa.

Antigua is impeccably decorated in a soothing, sophisticated palette of colors with a touch of British West Indies flair. You’ll enjoy spending time on the expansive balcony overlooking the gulf with your morning coffee, afternoon glass of Pinot Grigio, or perhaps a bottle of Veuve Clicqout for sunset? This lovely home also includes your own private beach boardwalk. Life really doesn’t get any better than this . . .

Excellent Location

Prime location, right on the beach! House is located in a quiet area with little traffic. Direct access to the beach. You can't go wrong renting this house.

Amazing stretch of beach.

Very nice comfortable home on an amazing stretch of beach. Our stay was the second week of May and we had 200 yards of beach to ourselves. (There is a vacant lot next door). Home newly renovated, with pretty decor. Would book this home again without any reservation.

Great Home in 30A

Great location on 30A. Santa Rosa Beach near Gulf Place Town Center. Perfect views and right on the beach. Dunes on each side of the house. House was throughly cleaned when we arrived. Very comfortable space. There is a lower deck with a grill and area to sit that makes you feel you are right on the beach. We will definitely book this property again.

Nice little beach cottage

We enjoyed our stay here & would definitely stay again. The house is secluded from the main road and the beach was private and uncrowded. The location & beachfront views are perfect. Plenty of restaurants & shopping within walking distance & a Publix about 2miles away. The house was clean, comfortable & nicely decorated. As another reviewer mentioned, the only operable door on the ocean side of the house is the “main” door in the living room area, it would’ve been nice if we could’ve opened the other doors for some fresh air & to hear the waves.

Great views

Super sunset views but certainly not the most updated property on 30a. However, it was clean and very functional. The deck furniture does leave a lot to be desired but that is not a super big deal.

Perfect Location and A Great Value!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved being able to sit out on the back deck in the evening, enjoying our dinner and watching the sunrise right next the surf. The house has all the basics and everything worked well. The proximity to the restaurants and shops - walking distance - was perfect for our stay. We have also selected numerous Dune Allen Realty properties over the years and have always been happy with our interaction with them. One improvement I could suggest is having more storage containers - we had to improvise with food cartons from our grocery shopping to make it work. We loved the private drive - although the home sits in near neighboring homes, it felt very private. Caution for those driving a bigger vehicle: maneuvering in the private drive is a little tight, even for an our mid-size car. Delivery services had difficulties exiting after entering the private drive. Overall though, a great value given the location right on the water.

Perfect family getaway!!

My wife and I have 5 kids ages 3-12 and this house was absolutely perfect for us. The interior was recently redone and looks like something out of Pottery Barn...we loved it! The pictures don't do justice to how nice it truly is inside this house. The house has a great outdoor shower that faces the ocean perfect for the end of the day rinse off. We also used the grill downstairs to cook meals. Santa Rosa is our favorite place on 30a and this house serves as another reason why. Did I mention you can easily walk to Gulf Place shopping center? I'm not kidding...this was a fabulous house and if you're reading this on the fence about renting, don't be. You will love this house just like I and my family did. - Grant & Sarah Fitz, Oklahoma

Beach front home

This is a great property right on the beach. We are a family of four and we had a great time at this beach house. The beach is extremely private so plenty of space for kids to play and run around, and the house is within walking distance to Gulf Place so there's easy access to dining and shopping. Seaside is also a short drive away. The home was clean and very well stocked. It was a fantastic place to spend our vacation and we would definitely come back!

Great week for 4 adults

Just wanted to drop a note to say how much we enjoyed our stay at Antigua. The house was immaculate when we arrived and the kitchen was so well stocked we didn’t even need the few items we brought. It’s one of the last beachfront homes with privacy on both sides. It was the perfect size for our group of four. We will not be renting anywhere else in the future. Thank you again.

Wonderful!

Spent Memorial Day weekend at the property. It was very neat and clean with a beachy feel. Loved the way it was decorated. We traveled with 5 adults and our 3 year old granddaughter. Being right on the beach was a definite plus and the view from the upstairs deck was phenomenal. I would highly recommend Antiqua. We had such a fun family vacation. Nothing negative to say.

Spectacular views

This beach house was hidden from the street and situated on the high dunes overlooking the Gulf. On the stormy days we had a front seat view of high waves breaking at the bottom of the dunes. On sunny days we could see the sand bars and the gentle waves. The steps lead directly from the veranda down to the beach. One could walk miles enjoying the sun, sunrise, sunset and cloudy days. The veranda was a good refuge from wind and yet had abundant sunlight to warm a winter day. The house was very comfortable and had everything we would have expected.The location was convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee bars, state parks, and other beaches. It was all that we hoped for in a beach rental. The property description matched what we found; it was clean and well-maintained.
