This house is a great property. Beach access is so easy and the views are spectacular. Very spacious living area with plenty of dining space. Kitchen is well stocked. House is nicely updated and well maintained.

A Sweet Spot for a Quick Getaway

We had a great stay at this vacation home! It had everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to comfy spaces to relax. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the location was perfect—close to several great dinner spots.We were pleasantly pleased with how smooth and enjoyable everything was. Would definitely stay here again!

We Loved the Wave Catcher Rental

The house was very clean and the location close to restaurants and shopping not to mention the beach was right off the house. I would definately stay there again and would recommend this home to my friends.

It was perfect for what we wanted. Right on top of the ocean and beach. Great proximity to restaurants & walking path. Clean. Clean is priority! Mattresses encased in zip cases. Kitchen- I had to get creative to make cookies only one cookie sheet. But that’s nothing. Clean and on the beach. Quiet considering how close to the road it is. No complaints!

FAMILY VACATION!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was perfect for us and would recommend 100% , hope to be able to book again in the next few years for our family vacation! We loved having a quiet beach area right in front of the home , only 3 to 4 other families around on any day. Great location away from the hustle of the main areas but still close to grocery stores and such. A great plus for us was the 4 bedrooms and 4 separate baths, everyone had their own space and then main living area was great for everyone to eat and just hang out together while looking over the beach!

Everything was very clean and functional. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes to prepare meals. The proximity to the beach was great, making setup super easy. Annual Girls Trip

The only thing we were disappointed in was the TV situation of having to stream - no regular stations but all in all this was the perfect house. We will be back next year!

The expansive view is unbeatable! We had a bbq grill last year and it was no longer there. The lounge chairs on the deck are pretty uncomfortable but I know that anything with a cushion wouldn’t hold up. Overall, super pleased with this rental!

We were there during busy season but had little traffic on the beach in the area. House was clean and very well stocked in all aspects. Only negative comment is I would have liked more comfortable patio furniture. Otherwise everything was great.

Air con / heating not working

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Complaint bout much to cold room, technician came, did something and said said everything is ok, but it was not. Room could not be used. And s Zink was not working. Overall bad condition and service. Location good

Our rental house was Wave Catcher. It’s a beautiful house.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved everything about the house on the beach. We stayed 7 days. The house is located kinda close to the public beach access. We had problem with people from public beach access trying to set their umbrellas and chairs right in front of our chairs. ( between us and the beach). We had to ask people to move on down the beach on a daily basis. Some of them were nice about not setting up in front of our chairs but some had attitudes. I’ve rented different houses on different areas of the beach for several years and this has never been a problem. Not sure if it’s just Santa Rosa area but I will definitely look at proximity of public beach access for my next stay.
