Vacation will be memorable at this immaculate and inviting, fully furnished 1400 sq. ft., townhouse overlooking the Harbor (which leads directly to the Laguna Madre Bay). Deeded pier and boat lift, one car garage and private deck included. Two level, two bathrooms and a powder room, beautifully decorated house with all the necessary amenities to make a vacation stay special. Flat screen cable tv in the great room and in each of the two bedrooms, full-size washer and dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator. Trash pick up at curbside. Rental also includes free WiFi connection. Upgrades include: Culligan water filtration system (no need for bottled water during your stay), granite kitchen counter tops, luxurious wood flooring throughout the upstairs' bedrooms and stairwell, and ceiling fans throughout the house. Access to three pools (one with a beautiful view of the Laguna Madre Bay and another conveniently located next to the clubhouse), professional PGA Golf Course (with fee access), Tennis Court, Fitness Room, and clubhouse. Quiet, relaxing, and gated community approximately 25 miles from Mexico and a "hop, skip and a jump" from South Padre Island (approximately 10 miles).

Farmer's Market, every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM , HOA Parking Lot, 1 Ocelot Trail Rd, Laguna Vista, TX 78578 (whenever put on by the SPI Golf Club Community Association).

Love the beach, but don’t like how run-down a lot of the beach properties are. Loved the location and quiet setting away from the hustle/bustle. It was ideal for our family of four. Host was thorough and extremely gracious with check-in time that allowed us a little bit more downtime. Appreciated the hospitality and communication throughout the stay.

Very nice

Wife and I stayed at this property for a month and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Very clean, everything we needed and a very attentive host. The water view off the patio was very relaxing and a large grass area down the road to walk the dogs. We would definitely stay again.

2024 Stay at Harbor View

Family trouble in paradise

In March my MIL had a stoke. The same day we started remodeling my husband’s parents home in Port Isabel. My husband and I live in SA. From March - August we stayed in hotels almost every weekend so that we could visit my husband’s parents and work on their home. Staying in a hotel was expensive and limited our time with family due to early check outs. Then we decided to rent Christina’s condo. We were able to make it our home based. My FIL finally had a place to sleep during the day since he spent nights with his wife at the hospital. We didn’t have to pack and unpack every weekend. We had more time to spend with family. It was a blessing for all of us. We have rented with VRBO many times and although this was not a stay for vacation it was the best stay we ever had.

A great find

My wife and I had a great stay. The neighborhood was really nice, clean, and quiet. If we are ever in the area, we will definitely book again. Christina was a great host.

Wonderful Experience

We really enjoyed our stay. Love the location! its prime for fishing the bay and a short drive to PI and SPI. The neighborhood is very nice and cozy. Amazing pools and we even brought our bikes and ran/biked through the neighborhood. Christina was very easy to communicate with and we really enjoyed working with her!

Peaceful easy living!

This is a beautiful house in a beautiful location! We got this place specifically for fishing but thoroughly enjoyed the community and the peacefulness of the area. Working with Christina was very easy. She is very responsive and worked well with us. We hope to work with her in the future too!

Lovely place for a beach weekend

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is nicely decorated, clean and has everything you need. If you like coffee in the morning make sure to bring coffee and sugar. It has a great view of the canal and the boats. Our kids really enjoyed the pools, especially the big pool at the clubhouse. We will definitely come again!

Our host was exceptional as were the accommodations.

Our host was exceptional; she responded quickly and checked in to see if there was anything we needed or could assist us with. The home was great; it was decorated in a warm and inviting manner. Completely enjoyed our vacation at this home. We plan to stay again. Love it!!

Absolutely 💯!!!

First of all, from day 1 of securing our rental, Christina, the homeowner was GREAT at communicating. Always replied super fast, and answered any questions that I had. She gave amazing detailed instructions about the property and was always available. The townhouse was EXACTLY as described, so clean, completely equipped with everything we needed to cook(utensils, dishes, indoor grill, toaster, blender, etc...). I supplied all food, but had to get nothing else, and we only ate out once our entire week long stay! We felt safe in the gated community, our boat was docked behind the home, and on a boatlift when not in use. Highly recommend this townhouse, as it is also just a 15 to 20 minute drive to SPI, and bay accessible. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you Christina!

Weekend Getaway

This home is wonderfully kept.. Very clean with everything you need to relax.. The property is just the right distance from South Padre Island for your family to wind down and enjoy the serene environment after a long day at the beach. Our favorite!

Another amazing stay hosted by Christina! This well cared for house is close enough to the beach and just out of the way enough to escape the crowds. There is so much to do in the area! The home literally has everything you need - the kitchen is especially well stocked with cooking tools. My family had so much fun...it was hard to leave. We will be returning!

Great Clean House and Quiet Neighborhood

This property is amazing and extremely clean, we felt very at home our entire stay. The house was the perfect size for our family and all the accomodations were wonderful. The back deck was lovely and a great place to play cards! The pools in the community were wonderful and the drive to the beach was easy and quick. Christina was so quick and efficient with communications and check-in and out process. We booked last minute and everything was still flawless! Thank you for offering your home, it was a great escape from our central Texas ranch!

I was born in Weslaco, TX and grew up in Donna, TX. My husband was born and grew up in Baltimore, MD. We would visit South TX often to visit family and to spend time at the beach. My husband fell in love with South Padre Island and the laid back and hospitable people there. We decided to buy our townhouse because it overlooked the water and he could dock his boat there. Our townhouse is our second home and we rent it out to help with the expenses.

You will love it because I keep it up as if it were my own home, because it is.

We decided to buy this home because we fell in love with the resort in general. The immaculate and beautiful residential homes in the center of the resort can make for spectacular site seeing when taking a leisurely drive or bike ride around the neighborhood. The neighborhood is peaceful. The grounds are well secured as they are gated and there is 24/7 security on the property. Our home especially appealed to us because of the upgrades in the construction of the home and the beautiful view of the harbor.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We fell in love with this property because of its location on the water. The best part of spending the day at the beach is coming home to a lovely evening on our deck with the rustling sounds of the water, fish jumping in and out of the water and watching the boats come and go from the harbor.
