Southern Grace – Professionally Managed by Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals (GSVR)

Nestled along the sugar-white sands of West Beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama, Southern Grace is a beautiful and upscale beachfront home designed for comfort and relaxation. With 6 bedrooms and 5 full baths, this spacious retreat provides plenty of room for family and friends to gather and unwind. We hope you'll experience the same peace and tranquility we find on this stunning stretch of beach.

Spacious & Comfortable Accommodations
- 3 King bedrooms (one includes a daybed with a trundle)
- 3 Queen bedrooms, including:
* One room with two Queen beds (total of four Queen beds)
- 5 full bathrooms
- Sleeps up to 16 guests (maximum of 12 adults)

Please note: No rentals to groups under the age of 25. For Hangout Festival, a refundable cleaning/damage deposit is required to ensure the home is maintained as expected.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are repeat customers of Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals and Southern Grace. The location is ideal for our extended family and the bedroom and bathroom configuration of this unit is perfect for us. Beyond all of that, though, the customer service of GSVR is superb. With such frequent turnover of rental properties, it would be easy to just do the bare minimum, but GSVR goes well beyond that. The property is always spotlessly clean and, when we do have a rare maintenance issue, they are so efficient in their response and resolution of the problem. We come to Gulf Shores on a regular basis and will always look to rent through GSVR. They take good care of us!

Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Our only complaint is WiFi went out on Wednesday and was out remainder of our stay. Rental company sent someone out twice but they were unable to get it working. Communication with rental company was great and check in and out was easy. Will use Gulf Shores Rentals for our next trip.

Simply the best

The house was so clean & smelled nice. We’ve never stayed at a house so well supplied in the kitchen. There were even beach toys, chairs, etc. All of the ladies agreed, it was the best house we’ve stayed at in the past 10 years.

There was a ton of games and even baby gates and bead rails already there. Tons of outside toys and chairs, it was just perfect for our big group and toddlers! The house was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Would definitely stay again!

Reviewer Comments: We have vacationed in Gulf Shores every summer for almost twenty years and have stayed in Southern Grace beach house six times because we like it so much. The home looks exactly as pictured and is beautiful and spacious. It is in a great location, well stocked, and has everything we need. Two full-sized refrigerators, upstairs and downstairs full-sized washer and dryer, and a separate ice maker are awesome. Great response from the rental company.

Perfect Location

We thought the location & layout of the house were awesome! Steps to the beach & not crowded being far enough in between public access points. Walmart deliveries groceries so that was huge plus as well, we didn’t have to fight the traffic.

Awesome Beach Experience

We had a great time! The property was perfect for our family! Everyone had a bed which was good because we were exhausted after being at the beach all day! Being able to watch the ocean from the property to relax a little was heaven! The property was clean and well stocked! Thank you so much!!

Sibling vacation

Very nice house with everything you need . Beautiful views of the ocean and beach was not crowded at all. A wooden walkway to to the beach would be nice it was a little bit of a work out carrying your chairs and umbrella through the thick sand. Not as young as we used to be 😊

Loved all of the space with 6 bedrooms. 2 washer/dryer sets & 2 frigs. Very nicely decorated and new condition. We sat a lot on the balcony outside the master for the view. September is a great time to be there with mostly adults out on the beach.

Annual Girls Trip

We have been doing out annual trip for 15 years now and we all agree this was the best house we have stayed in. We had 13 ladies and we are very comfortable. Plenty of bedrooms and places to sleep without bunk beds! The 2 refrigerators was so nice to have on top of an ice maker. I think this is the first year we have not had to make multiple ice runs! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We did have to deal with AC repair guys replacing a unit on our first day there, which was a bit of a hassle. I would also say some replacements need to be made on the bedding. Several beds had stains on the sheets and comforters. A walkway from the house over the dune would be a plus too! The sand was so hot thru there you could barely walk on it. Other that that, the stay was great. The staff at Gulf Shores rental were friendly and quick to provide us with anything we needed. I would definitely rent from them again and I would stay at Southern Grace again!

Unwanted visitor

The house has a huge RAT, that was seen multiple times by family members . On our first night he (the rat) enjoyed a loaf of bread, cookies and a few day snacks . He needs to be attending to, trapped or shot but removed from the premises.

The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked 5 nights for 15. There is plenty of space for everyone. The beach supply room has tons of items. The main deck table and chairs are showing their age but it was the favorite spot for morning coffee and dolphin watching. We sat outside a lot! Enjoyed our stay so much.

Perfect for our large family

We were in town for wedding week for our son and needed lots of space for our 5 grown kids and their significant others. Having 2 full size refrigerators helped as I knew there would be leftovers from all of the events during the week. The kitchen is very well stocked. The storage closet has everything you need for the beach. The views from the porch are gorgeous and the house is far enough away from the high rise condos that beach is not crowded- we were there during a spring break week and enjoyed our time sitting on the beach peacefully relaxing after a year of wedding planning. The home checked all the boxes for us.
