Plush fully furnished condo located on the Island on Lake Travis - a luxurious, serene, and breathtaking island villa. Get ready to be refreshed. Enjoy access to golf course, marina, biking/hiking trails, bird watching reserves, wineries, pool, sauna, tennis courts, fitness center/gym, etc. Also enjoy proximity to Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, etc., with a galore of entertainment, shopping, restaurants, etc.
We also have a 10' x 24' boat slip rentable for $50/night.

NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. You MUST declare the exact number of guests that will be staying in the unit, and must not exceed the number stated in this listing. Our HOA has strict rules regarding this and charges penalties for such violations, which would mean an instant loss of your security deposit. Please, do not assume this can be bypassed in anyway!

2. We operate a "no-contact" check-in process, therefore, will require a security/damage deposit of $250 prior to your arrival. Security/damage deposits are automatically refunded within 7 business days after your stay.

3. Also, note that pictures may not reflect most current lake levels considering adverse weather conditions.

Breathtaking view

We had a great time and enjoyed our view. The condo was perfect for our family of three. We enjoyed all the amenities and the deer walking around the property.

Wonderful condo!

Beautiful condo. Was very clean and everything was as pictured in listing. Loretta was great to work with! The only drawback was it got kind of noisy as you are right above the pool and it was open until 11. Other than that it is a great place to stay. bed was very comfy and shower was nice. This was our 4th stay on the island and we love it!! Would definitely recommend!

Not Our Favorite Stay

In 15 years of renting properties for travel, I have never given one a 3 star. But I couldn't ignore the many areas where we were unimpressed. The condo is very nicely decorated. The view in the listing is not the same. Lake Travis in down 40' so you don't have that beautiful picture in the listing. The pool and hot tub are located right outside the window/balcony so it can get pretty loud. I should have read more of the reviews....the bed is AWFUL. It is hard and uncomfortable. Adding a 2" memory foam and a mattress protector on top of that would be a great improvement. The sheets were very nice. We had to contact the owner/manager a few times to get our sign in codes and information. The unit could use better cleaning. Some items in the kitchenware disgusting. One of the pots was covered with a film of dust I could run my fingers through, others just stained or things burned on them. The TV did break while we were there, and the manager was quick to act. Unfortunately is was Christmas Day so we ended up using our iPads. During the off season we were there, the location is pretty quiet (except for that hot tub) and not that many people around. Plenty of beautiful deer to see. Overall, is was ok, but far down the list of places we have rented.

The room is beautiful, the views are outstanding and the grounds very well kept. We had a bit of an issue with check-in but it was resolved very quickly by Obi and we were made whole. The only issue we had was with a very unprofessional property manager by the name of Loretta who doesn't understand customer service. Outside of that we would recommend this stay.

Facility Review

The unit was fine but the hot tub was disgusting. pool had lots of debris and broken tiles. The pool guy said they only do maintenance once a week in October but that iis prime hot tub time. Tub was drained snd refilled next day but that was the day we left. Seems they should still Maintain the tub 2 times a week all through winter. We are from CO and use our tub all yr.

Beautiful location

This property is beautiful and peaceful. There are deer roaming around the property. The condo was decorated beautifully and had a comfortable feeling to it, and the view was awesome. The only thing we did not like was that the bed was extremely firm. This was a mini-honeymoon and I spent one of the nights on the couch. We do plan on returning to this location, and would love to stay in this unit again, but the bed was just too uncomfortable for us.

Great long weekend on Lake Travis

What a great place to stay in the Austin area. Really feels like a resort. We enjoyed a day on the lake and hiking in some nearby parks. Also, relaxing at the pool and on the condo porch with great views made for a wonderful time. The amenities were great as well. Used the common area grill and smoker for some really good Texas steaks and smoked wings.

Quick, beautiful getaway

We were here for a friends wedding so this rental was so convenient and the views are absolutely stunning! There was so much wildlife we got to see, so that was a unexpected plus! Super clean and well stocked kitchen in case you want to cook your own meals. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful view!!

Love how close it was to the pool and the lake view was amazing! My kids and I enjoyed it. We literally just walked down the steps and we were at the pool! The reviews mentioned how to stock up on groceries and stuff but there’s literally a gas station, Sonic and a market a few miles out. It was nice though to not leave the community until it was time to check out. Will book here again!!!

Nice place, good if you want a short getaway

It was nice, beautiful views, clean pool. We only ate at one restaurant, the highland lake one, it was ok, I got the sirloin steak and mashed potatoes and grilled veggies, not much taste to it. My husband said the fish tacos were good though. The condo looked clean but the floor was very dirty, it left our feet black after walking just a short while. There were no brooms or mops to clean it. I would recommend another blanket for the roll away bed. There are lots of deer in the property which my son loved. Overall it was a good experience

Anniversary trip

The property is beautiful and very well kept everyone we met the tenants ,management and all are beyond friendly and kind. The only complaint I would have it was listed as wheelchair assessable and it was from the standpoint that handicap parking is right next to the elevator and our room was only a few feet away from the elevator so that was no problem but if a person is in a wheelchair or using a walker it is extremely difficult to get them out on the back patio area which overlooks the lake if there’s a couple of steps that make it difficult to traverse and there is no grab bar of any kind in the bathroom in the unit that we stayed in not even in the shower Which meant hubby had to do his bathing out of the bathroom sink. But since we only stayed four days that wasn’t a big inconvenience and it’s not just that property all around the area where we went the Little town etc. we found kindness and consideration everywhere it was really an enjoyable trip.

Amazing place

Highly recommended for a quiet, relaxing getaway. The property and views from the condo were breathtaking. The refrigerator was not working upon arrival however, the manager and owner were very accommodating. We had a great time and hope to visit again someday.

Fantastic Rental

We loved our stay at the Island on Lake Travis. The rental was perfect and provided access to great amenities such as the pool, workout area, tennis courts and on-site restaurant. It's a quick drive into Austin to enjoy all they have to offer. We'll definitely be returning and staying here again.
