This property was perfect! VFrom the location to the lake views, it was everything we imagined. The host Obi was wonderful! We will definitely be back again!

The room is beautiful, the views are outstanding and the grounds very well kept. We had a bit of an issue with check-in but it was resolved very quickly by Obi and we were made whole. The only issue we had was with a very unprofessional property manager by the name of Loretta who doesn't understand customer service. Outside of that we would recommend this stay.

We were disappointed when we arrived at the property to see how poorly the exterior looks (needs a serious pressure washing). Upon entering the condo there is a smell in it, baseboards were so dirty, floor was dusty and dirty. We anlso discovered that the ac in the condo is broken so two little portable units were put in instead of fixing it. Upon going out to the patio, dead bugs and droppings. We tried to go to the indoor pool and jacuzzi but that has apparently been empty and closed for some time. After several days we went to use the washer and dryer in the condo only to find out that it’s broken. So we had to figure out how to carry our clothes with no basket to the properties laundry. It’s a shame that it was like this because the property has potential to be beautiful, it just needs some serious cleaning and attention to the pools. Three pools on the property and they’re basically down to one. Polly the phase 5 has moldy look black spots all over it with siding and tiles broken off and missing shade covers. The only pool that was descent to go into was the one by this condo.

Breathtaking view

We had a great time and enjoyed our view. The condo was perfect for our family of three. We enjoyed all the amenities and the deer walking around the property.

Wonderful condo!

Beautiful condo. Was very clean and everything was as pictured in listing. Loretta was great to work with! The only drawback was it got kind of noisy as you are right above the pool and it was open until 11. Other than that it is a great place to stay. bed was very comfy and shower was nice. This was our 4th stay on the island and we love it!! Would definitely recommend!

Not Our Favorite Stay

In 15 years of renting properties for travel, I have never given one a 3 star. But I couldn't ignore the many areas where we were unimpressed. The condo is very nicely decorated. The view in the listing is not the same. Lake Travis in down 40' so you don't have that beautiful picture in the listing. The pool and hot tub are located right outside the window/balcony so it can get pretty loud. I should have read more of the reviews....the bed is AWFUL. It is hard and uncomfortable. Adding a 2" memory foam and a mattress protector on top of that would be a great improvement. The sheets were very nice. We had to contact the owner/manager a few times to get our sign in codes and information. The unit could use better cleaning. Some items in the kitchenware disgusting. One of the pots was covered with a film of dust I could run my fingers through, others just stained or things burned on them. The TV did break while we were there, and the manager was quick to act. Unfortunately is was Christmas Day so we ended up using our iPads. During the off season we were there, the location is pretty quiet (except for that hot tub) and not that many people around. Plenty of beautiful deer to see. Overall, is was ok, but far down the list of places we have rented.

The property was beautiful with the lake view and landscape, however lacked maintenance. The pool was not kept well and the spa was not filled. The apartment itself had an odor, the vents were dusty and dirty and there were cobwebs on the lamps. The coffeemaker still had an old filter and coffee grounds in it. Overall the property is in a wonderful location and has so much potential.

Enjoyed a beautiful and serene time at the lake

Great views of the lake. The unit was clean and easily accessible. Our only disappointment was that the bed was quite uncomfortable, as others had commented.

Facility Review

The unit was fine but the hot tub was disgusting. pool had lots of debris and broken tiles. The pool guy said they only do maintenance once a week in October but that iis prime hot tub time. Tub was drained snd refilled next day but that was the day we left. Seems they should still Maintain the tub 2 times a week all through winter. We are from CO and use our tub all yr.

Beautiful location

This property is beautiful and peaceful. There are deer roaming around the property. The condo was decorated beautifully and had a comfortable feeling to it, and the view was awesome. The only thing we did not like was that the bed was extremely firm. This was a mini-honeymoon and I spent one of the nights on the couch. We do plan on returning to this location, and would love to stay in this unit again, but the bed was just too uncomfortable for us.

Great long weekend on Lake Travis

What a great place to stay in the Austin area. Really feels like a resort. We enjoyed a day on the lake and hiking in some nearby parks. Also, relaxing at the pool and on the condo porch with great views made for a wonderful time. The amenities were great as well. Used the common area grill and smoker for some really good Texas steaks and smoked wings.

Quick, beautiful getaway

We were here for a friends wedding so this rental was so convenient and the views are absolutely stunning! There was so much wildlife we got to see, so that was a unexpected plus! Super clean and well stocked kitchen in case you want to cook your own meals. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful view!!

Love how close it was to the pool and the lake view was amazing! My kids and I enjoyed it. We literally just walked down the steps and we were at the pool! The reviews mentioned how to stock up on groceries and stuff but there’s literally a gas station, Sonic and a market a few miles out. It was nice though to not leave the community until it was time to check out. Will book here again!!!

Nice place, good if you want a short getaway

It was nice, beautiful views, clean pool. We only ate at one restaurant, the highland lake one, it was ok, I got the sirloin steak and mashed potatoes and grilled veggies, not much taste to it. My husband said the fish tacos were good though. The condo looked clean but the floor was very dirty, it left our feet black after walking just a short while. There were no brooms or mops to clean it. I would recommend another blanket for the roll away bed. There are lots of deer in the property which my son loved. Overall it was a good experience
