Welcome to our Oasis, a luxury villa at "The Island on Lake Travis" with all the upgrades (former model). Waterfront overlooking pool and main body of lake for spectacular unobstructed sunset views. As this condo faces the main lake you’ll always have water views regardless of lake level! This villa is on the 3rd floor with a stunning vaulted cedar ceiling, well appointed furnishings and outdoor space. Great location with onsite restaurant, spa, gift/rental shop, fitness center, 2 outdoor pools with hot tubs and indoor heated pool with hot tub. There are also tennis and pickleball courts, and shuffleboard courts for your use. The villa is just a few steps from the elevator and 2 reserved parking spaces in garage. You'll have a hard time finding a better view of the lake and the wildlife (deer) that roam the island. This villa is perfect for a romantic getaway or girl's weekend. Due to the location nestled among full-time residents, large/loud groups and parties are prohibited. This is a gated complex with onsite security.

The living room is appointed with a 50" flat screen TV, DVD player, DVD library and reclining leather sofa and chair. It has a walkout to the patio.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs with pots, pans, utensils, plates, blender, coffee maker, microwave, etc. A large dining table is adjacent as well as laundry room with washer/dryer.

The master suite has a king size bed, dresser, 2 large nightstands, and a flat screen TV. There is access to the patio from the master bedroom. Wake up to the incredible views of the lake. A walk-in closet and large master bath with oversized shower complete the master suite.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and dresser. There's also a flat screen TV and DVD player.

Patio offers a lounge area and table with chairs.

All rooms have ceiling fans to keep you cool and comfortable. Wifi and cable provided.

Guest access:
You will have access to all three pools ( 2 outdoor, 1 indoor) hot tubs, dry sauna, fitness center, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard and fishing pier (lake level dependent). Please note the amenities have limited hours. The Island Bar & Grille, Water Vida Spa and A Beautiful Place to Be (rentals and gift shop) are also located on the Island.

A starter supply of paper products (paper towels, toilet paper) and toiletries are supplied. Please plan to bring or purchase extras depending on the length of your stay.

Pool/lake towels are not provided. Please bring beach towels for your personal use.

Photo ID is required to confirm reservation. To expedite approval of your booking, copy and paste ID into message. Picture and birthdate must be visible.

Violation of The Island on Lake Travis property guidelines and rules may result in fines. Renter is responsible for any fines incurred.
