Mustang Bungalow 4MI is a spacious one bedroom one bath condo. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a new 32" flat screen TV and full size futon sofa. The total sleeping capacity is 4 people. There is a full kitchen equipped with everything you will need to cook your catch after a long day of fishing. The grounds are nicely manicured, complete with mature citrus trees. There are fish cleaning facilities on the property. The beach is approximately 2 blocks away but close enough to feel the gulf breezes. PETS NOT ALLOWED.

Property is affordable and fairly conveniently located. Itā€™s a very no-frills spot, which is reflected in the affordability.There were some definite cleanliness issues and we could have used more towels/washcloths. The kitchen has basic pots and pans and utensils. There were no hot pads. Most places weā€™ve stayed have had some salt/pepper/kitchen basics, but this doesnā€™t. Not a deal breaker, but we would have thrown some in if we had known. The property was quiet and felt safe.

It was a bit noisier than we are used to but quiet between 10p and 7a. Iā€™d have preferred it be a bit cleaner on check in but the issues were minor. No dishwasher, heads up! We got great value for our money.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived a day early because of a great offer to Check in early! We arrived late in a Thursday evening and it was clean and the air conditioning was perfect! However the stench of marijuana was all I could smell. This was a family trip with my two kids and wasnā€™t wanting to explain to them what that smell was. I understand you canā€™t really control what everyone does and Port A is a party place but Iā€™m pretty sure in the signed contract weā€™re not supposed to smoke anything in the condo. I did call and speak to a rep from Port A Escapes and she offered a decent discount from our stay. She also offer for maintenance to bring in an ā€œozone machineā€ but that wouldnā€™t help fix the smell from the next smoking session. She also offered to move us to another location but we would have to live back the next night due to them being completely full. The beds werenā€™t horrible but definitely bring your own pillow. We will not stay here again but I will definitely book again with Port A Escapes!

Although we were texted a door code ahead of time for check in, when we arrived there was nothing to enter a door code for. After calling the management company, they initially did not know why that would be, but it turns out it never had a door code in the first place and required keys (something they should have known since there had been literally staying there before we arrived). When we entered the property, the overall condition of it was not the same as the photos included on the website (tons of rust/water damage, not as much natural lighting). The shades in the bedroom were broken so they could not be opened. The vent in the bathroom didnā€™t work. And worst of all, there was BLACK MOLD on both of the vents! Would not recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It appears that the photos included on Vrbo/Expedia are fairly old, as most of the wear and tear visible when walking in the condo is not pictured in the advertised booking sites. For example, significant rusting and water damage was noticed. There was not as much natural sunlight that reaches the inside of the apartment as we were led to believe, and most lighting provided yellowish light compared to the bright lights seen in the photos. The blinds in the bedroom were broken so you could not turn them open. Fan in the bathroom did not work. Most concerning was the presence of BLACK MOLD on both sets of vents in the living room and bedroom. I would also refrain from saying this would comfortably sleep 4, unless you want to use the living area for 2 of your guests and have no privacy. Rental agency also gave incorrect check in information (was told there were be a door code to enter, but nothing was there to punch in a code). We needed to call and have someone drive over with the keys. At least we were walking distance from the beach.

The property was easy to locate. It was very clean, neat, and cozy. Just good enough for the three of us. It was within walking distance of the beach. I will most definitely come back and spread the word to family and friends. Thank you for the experience. :)

It was in a good location and its configuration made it easy to access the property. The front yard made it convenient to walk the dogs.The property description saying it was recently updated felt misleading because only the bedroom was, the rest of the property wasn't. Old would have been okay though if it were clean. The place was dusty and the air filter looked like it hasn't been replaced in years. The tub was grimy and I had to scrub it before giving my little boy a bath.

It we were happy with the location. The condo was as advertised the only complaint we have is the mattress on the futon was thin and lumpy and uncomfortable the mattress in the bedroom was absolutely wonderful the rental company was extremely helpful when we had a little problem with forgetting my billfold in Minnesota but otherwise we will be back

Nice little place

Room was great except there was only enough linen for the one queen size bed. We were a family of four which was on the rental agreement. Had to go to town to get more linen for the futon. Other than that it was perfect for usā€¦

I would stay again

The property was very clean. It felt a little small but we live in a house but it was perfectly fine for me, 2 kids and a dog. The kitchen came with pots/pans, plates, utensils, coffee pot and ice. Thereā€™s even a pit on the property. We had a good time.

Clean, and fast response

Had a small minor maintenance issue, and when we called the maintenance guy was there in 5 minutes. The bungalow was really clean well taken care of, and the AC worked awesome in the middle of a heatwave.
