This spacious condo offers one queen bed in the master bedroom with a private bath. The second bedroom has a full (bottom) and a twin (top) bunkbed, with a bath located right outside the bedroom. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The open living room and kitchen is a great place for gathering. The condos' beachside patio offers seating overlooking a dune view with amazing breezes from the Gulf of Mexico. The beach walkway is steps away from the patio. This spacious condo sleeps 6 guests. Sea Isle Village is a wonderful community complete with an oversized pool, sports court and 2 playground areas for the kids. The complex offers wireless internet. Pets permitted for an additional fee. There is parking allowed for two vehicles for this unit. One parking spot is right in front of the unit. If you rent a golf cart or have a second vehicle, you must go to the onsite Sea Isle Village office and get a parking pass for additional parking from them. Parking passes are required. - A two-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
