The kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator with ice maker, sink, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and a 3 in 1 game table to play bumper pool, poker or dine. The game room offers comfortable leather seating, a 50+ inch wide SMART Flat Screen TV. The second floor offers 2 king ensuite bedrooms and powder room. The 12 foot dining table seats 14, the 14 foot island seats 6 and if you need to accommodate more, you can rearrange the Poker/Craps table to accommodate 8 more for dining! With this size crowd, we've included a double oven as well! There is a convenient computer nook in the back corner to stage your laptops, tablets and charge your cell phones. The living room offers a comfortable leather sofa, love seat, 2 chairs, a 55+ inch SMART Flat Screen TV. The 3rd floor simply includes 2 more double queen bedrooms that share a full bathroom. The bathroom has 1 sink but 2 vanity areas. Each full bathroom has built in 1875 watt hairdryers for your convenience. You will be so glad you chose Island O'Aces. It's gorgeous, clean and close to everything! Please be aware there are external cameras on this property. No pets. Parking for 4 in driveway and 2 in garage. No street parking.
