This 1 bedroom plus loft 2 bathroom condominium in Mammoth Lakes California. This beautifully upgraded property is your private Mammoth get-a-way. At the end of a long day of skiing or hiking, enjoy a dip in the common area spa then enjoy a movie on the Flat Screen TV/DVD. Just .5 miles to the Yellow Line winter shuttle to either the Little Eagle Lodge or The Village Gondola.

Bigwood Condominiums sit adjacent to Sierra Star golf course. A lovely pool area (a short walk from your door) awaits you amid the flowers in summer. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This exceptionally equipped property is an excellent value and comes with one shared garage parking space plus one first come first serve outside space. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. A common area sauna, BBQ and laundry facilities round out this restful mountainside location.

Nice vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all it was nice but the main complain was the property not clean !!Other than that was nice.

Nice condo/cabin bad property management

Just like the title says, the cabin was as expected, the property management company let me down. The rate quoted was not what was charged. We could not work it out. Also, I was forced to download a separate app to access the property. I had to pick up the keys at a secondary location. Both sets of keys did not fit well with the lock. Just felt like they were the customer and I was lucky enough to rent from them. I feel bad for the owner of the property.

Surprisingly Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have used Mammoth Reservations for years. Great accommodations and awesome customer support. Our most recent trip was disappointing however. On two consecutive nights both my son and I woke up with what we thought were mosquitoe bites all over our head, neck and hand. We told management and they said sorry. That’s it. Just sorry. I wish I could post a picture. They checked and found no mosquitoes. We didn’t have the bites before going to bed. I expected more than I’m sorry.

Basic

The unit felt quite outdated, definitely has not been renovated or updated since the 80’s. The kitchen utensils and cooking ware had rust and little things like that through out the house were disappointing. Some of the light bulbs were burnt out, heater made really load noises, fireplace wood didn’t have any wood and the Tv isn’t up todate. Parking garage spaces are very tight. Overall if you’re not looking to be in the cabin much and just need it to sleep this place is good enough.

A little dated, but nice enough

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is a bit dated, but was satisfactory. The glass sliding door to the balcony was very difficult to open (firewood stored on balcony). The HOA's employees were very helpful in assisting us with snow removal so that we could get our Jeep out of the garage.
