This fully self-contained apartment suite includes:
- Bedroom: Queen bed. A twin-size, full-height aerobed may be set up for a 3rd occupant or for 2 guests who prefer separate sleeping arrangements (charges apply). - Kitchen/Diner: Equipped with all essentials, including a stove, oven, blender, toaster, and premium basics (salt, pepper, oil, sugar). - Private Patio: Includes deck chairs, picnic table, and BBQ. - Garden/Yard: Shared with the complex, featuring additional seating and sun loungers for your enjoyment. - Cooling: A modern window A/C unit in the bedroom cools the entire suite for your comfort.

Access: Entry is by keypad. Once pre-check-in requirements are completed, the door code will be sent to you prior to arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- 1-Night Stays: 1-Night stays incur a 20% surcharge, payable at least 1 day prior to check-in. - Occupancy & Extra Beds: The standard rate covers 2 guests. Maximum occupancy is 3 guests (including infants). For groups exceeding 2 guests, an additional fee applies, which includes the setup of a twin-size aerobed. If your group is 2 but you would like to use/setup the extra bed, this can also be arranged (additional fee applies). Simply book your request via your Guest Portal. - Same-Day Bookings: Check-in may be delayed past 4pm, or up to 3 hours after your booking if made after 4pm, depending on housekeeping. - Monthly Stays: Starter amenities, biweekly housekeeping, and steep discounts available for stays of 28+ nights (contract required). - We reserve the right to relocate guests to comparable or upgraded accommodation at no additional cost if the booked unit becomes unavailable for operational reasons.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
- Stays 1–4 Nights: USD 200. This is placed as a pre-authorised hold on your payment card. Released within 7 days post-checkout. - Stays 5+ Nights: USD 200. This is charged to your payment card. Refunded within 7–14 days post-checkout. - Monthly Stays (28+ Nights): USD 500. This is charged to your payment card. Refunded within 30 days post-checkout.
ONLINE CHECK-IN FORM
You will be required to complete an online check-in form where, for safety and security reasons, you must upload a Government Photo ID and verify key reservation details (e.g., whether you plan to bring pets).🚪 Self Check-In: There is no on-site office or reception. The property is set up for self check-in via door code.

TERMS
Our detailed Terms will be sent to you upon confirming your booking. We always give a 1-hour grace period for cancelling your booking for free from our end should you wish to do so.

Breach of House Rules may result in fees, loss of security deposit, eviction and/or immediate cancellation without refund: *No loud music, events, or gatherings/parties. *Adhere to the listing`s maximum occupancy limit. *No candles or open flames indoors or on the porches or patios. *Strictly no smoking (including e-cigarettes or vaping) indoors or on the porch or patios. *No illegal substances or activities on the premises. *Pets allowed only with prior approval and adherence to our pet policy. *No interfering with the external security camera system or WiFi equipment. *Registered guests only. No third party bookings, assigns transfers or sublets. Visitors staying beyond three hours are considered additional occupants and should be registered as part of your guest group. *Respect the property and its contents. Treat them with care and consideration. Our booking terms will be provided in your booking confirmation, allowing a one-hour grace period for cancellation if our terms are not agreeable to you.

We were delighted to find that "steps to the beach" was actually correct! The property is around 5 minutes from the beach on foot, with great local eats and a very relaxed vibe as well. Our first visit to GC, we'll be repeating in the future and hope this property will be available when we come back!

Such a lovely stay and close to so many things! I wouldn’t call the accommodations “luxurious “ but quite nice, bright and cheery, and VERY clean, all the important things thought about. Our host was easily available and so very gracious, especially in helping us deal with a problem with my phone. 3 min walk to beach. Would absolutely stay there again next time we have an opportunity to visit the beautiful island of Grand Cayman!

Our host Tricia was amazing! She was quick to take care of any issues that we had and was very helpful with choosing restaurants and things to do. The place was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Our unit was conveniently located in easy walking distance less than a block from the beach with an excellent view of the sunset. There were several excellent grocery store options with the closest being 2 mins drive away or possibly walking distance if you aren't getting very much. There were also convenience store options, a liquor store, a bank and a Subway restaurant a half block away. A block away was our favorite restaurant "The Heritage Kitchen".

This place is literally the best deal in the whole of Grand Cayman. Great space and only two blocks from the beach and Heritage Kitchen.

Perfect Little Getaway
My sister and I spent a few days at this location to celebrate my birthday. The host was perfectly accommodating and responsive, and check in was a breeze. The location is nearby a great grocery store (Foster's), across from a liquor store, close to an Island Specialty (Heritage Kitchen), and walkable to my favorite beach on the island, Cemetery Beach. Our host was so lovely and offered to hold our room an additional night due to inclement weather back at home. I can't wait to return!
