Looking for more than just a hotel room?

Considering a Cayman Islands vacation on the beach, but want more than just a hotel room? Looking to rent a Grand Cayman apartment -- a "home away from home", with full kitchen? If so, we can accommodate the solo traveler or a party of up to four at rates more affordable than those for a basic room at most island hotels!

We're in the quaint village of Bodden Town, at the center of Grand Cayman, in an authentic island setting away from the tourist crowds and cruise ships. We're on our own intimate sandy beach, with superb snorkeling right at your doorstep.

Our one-bedroom apartments are excellently maintained and fully furnished, and you'll have everything on hand to prepare a gourmet meal. Or dine out in the evenings, and enjoy your own private kitchen for breakfast, lunch, snacks and cocktails.

No "housekeeping fee", no "service charge", no "resort fee", and no other surprises. Factor in the savings on some or all of your meals and drinks, and on the included rental car, and you'll agree that a Grand Cayman vacation can indeed be very affordable -- with all the comforts of home.

Every reservation includes a compact car (4-door sedan; A/C; automatic transmission), picked up and dropped off right at the airport (at Payless or Avis). Like any rental car, it's yours exclusively to use as you please throughout your stay. Upgrades available for parties of four or more.

This property was perfect for us. The host, Marliene, and the staff were all welcoming and accessible, warm and friendly, and we instantly felt comfortable. The apartment was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed. Internally, it was quiet. Being on the front of the building, we did experience traffic noise, but acclimated quickly. They thoughtfully included a white noise machine in the bedroom. The pool, the beach, the care of the property, was exemplary. The frozen pina coladas were a perfect afternoon treat by the pool overlooking the beach! Our “partial ocean view” was perfect. We truly could not have been more pleased. We loved it. We would rebook in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Property! Madeleine & staff could not have been more accommodating. Being able to snorkel from the beach a big plus. Conveniently located for touring both ends of the island. Highly recommend for anyone who wishes to avoid the Seven Mile Beach area

Beautiful property and friendly staff! Room has everything for a great vacation including loaner beach chairs and cooler. Centrally located in quiet Bodden Town. Snorkeling and paddleboarding or kayaking in the shallow water on property. Nearby grocery stores and restaurants. 20 minutes from airport.

Beautiful property with a great view of the sea. The hosts are helpful and sweet. Apartment was clean and well-kept. The rental car was a nice addition. (you'll still pay 200 for the week in insurance and fees.) We didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting, convenient, and pretty (and clean:). Overall, we had a great time. I liked the location because it's far enough away from the congestion of the main part of the island, yet close enough to everything (25 minutes to 7-mile beach; 25 min. to Rum Point).

Comfort and convenient location

We had activities in the West Bay and East End. It was great staying in Bowden town to be able to access all the different activities easily. The rental car was a nice bonus!We stayed three weeks. It was a pleasant place to come home to each day :-)

Wonderful, Romantic and very secluded setting. Zero pressure to anything.

If your looking for frills and night life, probably not your gig. But decompression is the name of the game here! Wonderful hosts who took in all our questions. Thank you woman immensely.

Wonderful stay

The property is very beautiful. The hostess is a very good communicator. The apartment was very clean and spacious. A good tip .. if you arrive on Saturday make sure to get supplies . All the grocery stores are closed on Sundays

Convenience and beauty

The place being fairly close to the airport plus the included car make it easy and convenient. The building, pool and beach are just beautiful. Downsides are the busy traffic out back and few nearby dining spots. The owners and staff could not be more lovely and responsive to all our needs. And we loved having our own kitchen and nearby excellent supermarket!

Honeymoon

We loved this property!! It was out of the way of all the hustle and bustle of 7 mile beach and touristy places but it was easy to get to both west bay area and rum point to enjoy what they had to offer. The pool is perfect and the beach front is very relaxing. They keep the premises very clean. We really enjoyed talking to Donna at the front desk. She was very personable informative and welcoming. There is some road noise and the local roosters don't seem to sleep but that's no fault of theirs so we just put on a sound app or kept the screen door open and listened to the waves. I would definitely stay here again. Also fantastic local food just steps away at grapetree cafe.

Fabulous!

Our stay at Turtle Nest Inn was great! It was like having a private residence right on the beach with housekeeping, frozen pina coladas, and all the beach toys and equipment anyone could want. The best of all possible worlds! We love vacationing in the Caribbean in winter but really don't like jockeying for beach chairs, paying exorbitant prices for meals, and having to wait in line to take out and return snorkeling equipment, beach towels, etc. Turtle Nest Inn provides all that one needs to enjoy any beach on Grand Cayman wthout the high prices and competition for shady beach spots. The included rental car meant we could come and go as we pleased, so any beach, shopping, or restaurant was easily accessible. Donna and Marleine were always available to answer any questions or get that pina colada we needed. On the beach, we were just steps from the apartment - so convenient! The snorkeling is great right there and if we wanted the less windy beaches, we just had to hop in the car and have an excursion. TNI provided beach chairs, an umbrella, floaties, and even a cooler for trips to other beaches on the island. The Grape Tree Cafe - a few steps down the beach from TNI - offers super fresh, delicious local fare at very reasonable prices. You know it's good when most of the customers are local. At TNI you are away from the tourist traps and everything that goes along with that scene. We loved it so much we've already booked a beachfront apartment for next year!

Staying in a quiet place

A little piece of Paradise

We had a wonderful relaxing vacation. Marlaine the owner is a great host and Donna made sure all our questions are answered and we are comfortable. The back of the estate is right by the ocean and like paradise. We will come back.

Peace and tranquility

We loved our 2 week stay at Turtle Nest Inn! It was the most relaxing vacation we've ever encountered and very different from our usual resorts but loved it. If we were to go back (and we probably will), I wouldn't want Room #3 due to the noise of the traffic and hearing voices of the workers early in the mornings. It's also right across from the front desk which can also be noisy at times. We felt that the futon couch was rather uncomfortable, especially when we had 3 straight days of rain and basically stayed indoors. It was our first time experiencing a Firestick for watching TV so some information on how to work it would've been helpful. These are just a few minor details. Marleine, Donna and Marlene were all very helpful and pleasant! Having a rental car was a much needed necessity to get around. We are looking forward to visiting again in the future and would recommend staying there!

A Great Place to Stay in Grand Cayman

We stayed at the Turtle Nest Inn during our Grand Cayman adventures and it was fantastic. Check-in and getting our car was seamless. Marleine, Donna, Alain, and the rest of the staff were wonderful. The property is in a great location - snorkeling right off the beach and easy to get to anywhere on the island from Bodden Town. The recommendations for restaurants and adventures were great and very useful. When not exploring the rest of the island, Turtle Nest Inn is a great place to relax with both a pool and beach. The apartment had everything we could need, was clean, and quiet. We loved our stay and will definitely be back if we return to Grand Cayman!

Excellent & relaxing stay

We stayed here (adult couple with 4 year old son) for a week recently and had a lovely time. The check in was easy, the room nice and well appointed, the pool was delicious and the beach nice. Marlene was a charming host and they were very accommodating, providing portable beach chairs, umbrella, beach & pool toys, and towels. As has been noted the seashore at this location is more appropriate for snorkeling, a bit rockier with some seagrass, but the beach is sandy and fine for kids to play. Having a rental car included with the stay means there are many nice sandy beaches within reach. For us the Turtle Nest Inn was an excellent choice. We're not interested in staying in a "resort" but prefer being more self-sufficient: finding local restaurants, sometimes picking up food to eat in, making our own breakfasts, and exploring the island. If I were to make one (minor) complaint - I'd say the mattress in the room we stayed in is due for replacement. Despite that, we'd happily return for another stay!

Amazing stay in the Caymans

Our stay at the Turtle Nest Inn was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was clean, spacious and the Inn was very quiet. The staff were very helpful and made sure we had everything we might need to make our stay perfect. Donna kindly upgraded our room at no extra cost and made our check in process a breeze. The oceanfront pool gave us a peaceful spot to take in the views and chill. The included rental car made access across the whole island very easy also, great added value. Overall, this stay was 10/10 and we would stay again in a heartbeat. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the island!

Quick re-energizer

My husband and I have older children and an infant, this year has been so crazy. I just wanted a relaxing get away alone . Although we brought only the baby with us, this was the perfect spot top to bottom. Beyond beautiful, clean, relaxing, private, the beach and ocean were incredible as was the pool. The staff is awesome and the owner Marliene is a gem. When we return, I don’t want to stay anywhere else . Perfect location !
