Third year

This was our third year staying at this location, & we plan to keep coming back. The listing hasn’t been updated with the futon upstairs & the pull out couch bed doesn’t seem to work (which I believe a past review stated as well). It could use more routine deep cleans (we noticed the layer of dust on the A/c & vents that previous reviews over time had mentioned but we personally never saw until this stay). Aside from that it’s clean, comfy, plenty of space, great views & location- hopefully it stays available at the reasonable price so we can keep coming back every summer!

Good location but dirty sheets and bed linens and poor check-in experience

We booked this condo for a ski vacation due to the location close to Loon Mountain. Upon arrival, the room had not been cleaned even though we confirmed the check-in time with the cleaning service via email as part of the check-in process. After contacting the cleaning person, she did not have a key to the condo, so we had to let her in with the owner's keycard and waited an hour before the room was ready. We later found blood stains on the master bedroom bed sheets and multiple stain marks on the upstairs comforter. Lastly, the bunk bed was unusable since it was very wobbly and unstable from having multiple screws loose. It was also missing a top rail that posed a safety issue for young children sleeping up there. We did not feel safe having our kids sleep in it and they were disappointed. These issues were eventually resolved after contacting the management company (Evolve) who got us in contact with the owner the next morning. These issues should not have popped up in the first place. We did find some positives in the rental. The condo was cozy and the shuttle service to Loon Mountain was a bonus. It is highly unlikely we will rent this listing again.

Weekend get away

We had a good stay. The amenities were great and perfect for our group. The condo itself could use some updating but all around suited our needs. Plenty of sleeping spots. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to meal plan. Wish we had a second bathroom but again for the price it was great. Close to town and the ice castles. Less travel time allowed us to enjoy the amenities more. Thank you for a great weekend

Snowboarding Trip

Went up for long weekend with teenage boys. Had a great time. It was clean and very spacious. Great location.

Great stay

The condo was the perfect location and size for our mother-daughter weekend in August. We were minutes from the grocery store, movie theater, good restaurants and brew pubs, cute stores, as well as awesome hiking and ziplining! The only cons - broken / missing refrigerator door handle and no soap! Overall, a spacious and clean condo with lots of space for friends and activities in the loft.

Second stay

This was our second stay in this same location. We love the balcony with Mountain View’s and river down below. My youngest never wanted to leave the water, and it’s so convenient to have it so close. Everything was great, and there was an added futon upstairs that wasn’t there last year and not shown in pictures. The only “problem” we ran into was the night code for the doors I was given was incorrect. We had walked out after 11p to get something from car and came back, then couldn’t get in. Luckily another resident was coming in and told us, so we didn’t need to reach out. Love the location, convenience, views, and will absolutely stay again.

Very clean. Clear instructions to check in. Ad says it sleeps 10. We confirmed before we arrived the number of people via email. They said as long as we do not exceed 10 as stated, we would be fine. The pullout was broken and unusable. We needed to be creative with the sleeping arrangements. I reached out to them to let them know immediately. They knew it was broken and said we were only allowed to sit on it. Otherwise, good amenities for the price. Great location. We needed to buy a few kitchen items like spatula and large knife. We left them for the next guests because these things happen. Would definitely book again. Fans and some lights were on remotes. But we figured it out. Beautiful high ceilings. Comfortable furniture. Amazing views.

Its good..

It was 3 adults and 4 kids..under 10. We typically cook on these trips.. The kitchen was not well stocked with pans, pots or even spices. Had to buy salt and pepper.. Whatevers, we made due. We still had fun. The setup was nice. The loft where the kids and 1 adult slept was perfect. Couldnt figure out the ceiling light. The owner or managment texted me back and said theres a remote. That was a mystery solved. I gave it a extra 🌟 for the internet. By far the fastest internet ive had when staying in vrbo or anb. Most places is like just under 50mbps, like just enough to keep your mouth shut. I was getting speeds of 350mbps. It matters to me. Owners will deducted a star for us, because we forgot to empty the fridge. We left our butter and beer. Sure the house keeper was happy. The unit is in a complex. Everything was nice. Give yourself time if taking the shuttle. Takes a bit.

Property was in need of a deep cleaning. It seems they rely on the previous guest to clean the room for you. We stayed five nights and requested extra towels. Was told that we were allowed one towel per guest per stay plus pool towels. If we wanted them cleaned there was a coin op laundry at the resort. I also requested a dish towel and dish soap. My request was denied. The area is beautiful and the resort staff were kind but unable to help as it was a VRBO. Ran out of toilet paper so we ended up buying our own. The heavy fees led me to believe I was renting a well maintained condo unit. Not so.

This is our second time staying at this property and our experience just like the first time was amazing. The property had some upgrades and it looked great, giving the vibe of the environment. The view is as always breathtaking. One of the days was raining a lot and the kids enjoyed the inside pool, and the arcade . So much to do, hiking, wine tasting, many activities. Dining and shops very close by. If you are in a budget you can buy groceries and make something at the condo. Definitely another amazing vacations.

Entering was easy, great location!..A little small, but we knew that when we rented. My only complaint would be that there needs to be more lighting in the kitchen/ couch area . It was very dark but I moved a lamp from the bedroom to that area to give a little light! Everything else was exactly like the pictures.

Great location, could use a refresh

This is our 3rd visit to this property. Location is great with awesome views. The condo could use a deep clean and refresh. The air conditioner filter has 1/4 inch thick dust on it along with all the ceiling fans. Refrigerator door handle is broken off and the pans are really unusable. I pack my own as they have been that way since the first visit. The carpets in the living area also need to be cleaned if not replaced. The beds are clean and comfortable. I will be back next year and hope these items have been addressed. We really love this place and have many great memories here.

We had an amazing time during our stay. The condo was great, clean, plenty of room for our family and fun activities for the kids onsite. The view was breathtaking, and location was excellent. Close to everything. We did so much around the area and it was super convenient. My husband was in love with the nature and river right behind the condo. So many people recomended this place and we will definitely will be back. Communication and instructions were very clear and precise. Just in love with everything.

We absolutely loved this place!

I always take a long time to research and choose places to stay and my family thinks I'm crazy - but this time they were really happy that I did. The place was better than we ever expected. I spent much of my time on the back deck listening to the river and looking at the totally amazing view. The location was really great and we walked to stores and restaurants. We traveled to amazing trails, waterfalls, and state parks. The kids really enjoyed the pool and arcade area - I even played a few old-school games of Pac Man and had a lot of fun! The place was clean, with plenty of room for all of us, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The property manager was very quick to respond to text messages if we had questions. We will definitely be back again. I do not think the cleaning duties they asked for were anything over the top. It was putting all the used linens in a pile and taking out the trash. No big deal.

April Family Long Weekend

We had a great time. The condo, property amenities and location were good, we loved the view of the mountains and river from our balcony. We enjoyed the pool and game room when rainy and hiked surrounding trails when sunny. Check in and check out process were easy but we felt the check in time was too late (4PM) and check out (10AM) was too early compared to other properties we typically stay at. Owner did accommodate an early check in at our request-which was appreciated. The condo was generally well maintained and as advertised but it definitely needs some high dusting as the ceiling fan above main room and other wall mounted objects and surfaces were caked with dust.
