1 Bedroom + Bunk area downstairs, with 2 bedrooms upstairs with 1 king bed and 2 twin beds. 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 8) in trendy Crystal Beach area. | | | This third-floor condo opens to your own private balcony to enjoy the breathtaking views of the crystal white sand and gorgeous emerald green waters. You can look out across the white sand dunes to the beach that seems like your own private beach! Enjoy your two Beach chairs and an Umbrella that is set up and waiting for you! (Beach Service is Seasonal) You and your family are sure to enjoy every minute here at Coral Reef Club, where the front desk staff and Beach Attendants are ready help you in any way. | | The main floor master bedroom contains a king size bed, there are 2 bunk beds in the hallway alcove. Plus, an upstairs loft with 1 king bed and a separate room with 2 twin beds. The upstairs also has a full bath! So, bring your friends and family! | | The unit has updated furnishings, 2.5 bathrooms, a washer/dryer in your unit for your use and a fully equipped kitchen to meet your cooking needs! | | This property is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Destin within walking distance to shopping and some of Destin's best restaurants. This property is just a short drive to the Track Amusement Park and Big Kahunas Water Park. Take romantic walks on the Beach! Enjoy the Sunsets! Go Deep Sea Fishing is some of the most Beautiful Gulf waters you will ever see. | | The Coral Reef Club is a favorite destination newly renovated and more charming than ever. The Condo is a quaint three story condominium complex that features a pool, shuffleboard, and charcoal grills. You will find Coral Reef Club to be more private than some of the large multi storied condos in the area. The beach area includes over 300 feet of pristine beachfront with a gulf side lawn and seasonal beach service. | | This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Beautiful view, simple

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was amazing. Kitchen appliances were low quality and flimsy. Other than 2 coffee packs, there wasn’t anything else stocked so you had to buy everything. (There was not even salt and pepper, cooking spray, dish soap or hand soap, tin foil, etc)Only 1 garbage bag is given, so you needed to go buy those as well. The kitchen garbage bin was tiny, so it would fill up fast. When a larger bag was used and set on the floor, the mice ate through it and made a huge mess. When told the front desk about the mice they didn’t seem surprised and said “thanks for letting us know”. You are only allocated 2 beach chairs a day and you have to rent more. When paying for 8 people to a unit, that was gouging. They had an attendant on the beach to make sure you didn’t use more than 2 chairs, even when there weee many not in use. This was not worth the $$ for a 3 night stay.

Another Great Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming here for over 30 years and now come with our grandson, too. The building is worn for sure, but "the beach is the thing." We love this condo and the space for the family to spread out. Last year we asked for some updates, and this year we saw that was not honored. We will ask again. The mattresses NEED TO BE REPLACED. They roll to the center and are worn out. Just like last year, the floors were not very clean, and our feet were black when walking barefoot. PLEASE MOP THE FLOORS AND CLEAN THE FLOOR GROUT. The lamp in the master still DOES NOT WORK. Replace the lamps. But my over-arching review is we WILL keep returning to this condo and we WILL recommend it to friends. We just ask for a little loyalty to the customers in return for our loyalty. Please replace the mattresses and do a better job of cleaning the floors and checking on lamps, etc. We cannot read in bed in the master bedroom. We bought another lamp at Walmart and brought it in. One of the lamps upstairs also has no place to plug it in, so you cannot read in bed there either. All of the lightbulbs are "dim" and not good for reading in bed.

Great place to stay!

Check in was easy. Everything was clean and nice. We had plenty of room for our girls getaway! The view of the beach was great! And very important, the air conditioning worked!! Sad we had to leave a day early due to Hurricane Ida traveling but we enjoyed our stay there!

Overall great vacation.

This was our first trip to Coral Reef Club. We normally vacation in Gulf Shores but our normal condo had damage from hurricane Sally. The condo was very charmingly decorated and was well maintained. The building itself was a lot older than where we usually stay but was nice and clean. The 2 complaints I have are: 1. We called earlier in the day to ask the staff if we would be notified when our unit was ready. The girl told me they were cleaning it then which was 11AM. No call...At 2PM we called again and was informed they had just finished installing a new dishwasher and she would check on the unit and call me "right back". No call... At 3:30 we asked again and were told it had been ready for an hour. No one ever called us. I would give the front desk staff 2*. They were very friendly but did not follow up. 2. The walls between units are paper-thin (at least upstairs). We could hear every word our neighbors said at night even though they were not loud. I gave the unit 4* since the condo was very pretty and well maintained.

Great little getaway!! Will definitely be returning to this unit!!!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED this place, the overall size of the complex was great, it wasn’t an oversized High Rise where you’re waiting for elevators and dealing with crowds!! Our view for the ocean was awesome, and it wasn’t a long walk either!! There was plenty of restaurants nearby as well, the ladies at the front desk were super helpful and very friendly!! Our unit was very decorative and comfortable, we will DEFINITELY be returning!!
