Had a wonderful time celebrating fall break and my mom's birthday. Great location and beautiful surroundings. Host checked in on us to make sure everything was good to go. Would love to come back in the summer with our boat and hang out!

Cute House

The house was great for our stay. There was plenty of room for us and our two kids (4 & 2) and our friends and their kids (4 & 3). It was close to downtown and the grocery stores. The updated windows made it where you canā€™t hear any of the traffic that goes by, and the yard space was perfect for playing.

Ironman Weekend

We went during the IronMan race and the house was centrally located and very roomy with a terrific view on the river. Very family friendly.

Excellent Location!

The location and amenities of the property are the biggest sellers! The dock with access to an abundance of kayaks and paddleboards was enjoyable. The view of the TN River from the patio was excellent. The owners were great communicators. Only complaints were that some of the kitchen items and the downstairs shower were dirty (nothing a quick was couldnt fix), and the bunk bed listing were misleading. It listed 2 sets, which was interpreted as 4 total beds, but were each individual twin beds so we were short 2 beds. Overall, would stay again! Great value for the price!

Beautiful view

The house was very spacious and clean. The view of the river is absolutely stunning. We had a wedding to attend at Gardens in the Gorge and the location was perfect. Just a short 3 minute drive. We did have trouble opening the door. The knob seemed stuck several times.

Great location, beautiful views, a large rustic cabin with all the amenities

We loved our stay here! The house is older (1960s&70s), but has been maintained well, old hardwoods and tile floors throughout. Kitchen has been updated nicely, but has drop in stove/oven with that looks very much out of place on the kitchen island but this didn't have any impact on our meals or seating arrangements. Note that an extra charge applies for use of the paddle boards and kayaks if you want to use them. We had a great time on the water with them! The owners are responsive and we're very accommodating for our party of 10. We'd definitely book here again!arrangedmentimpact

Great cabin! Super clean! Loved being right on the water. And the restaurant, River Drifters, almost right across the street had the best burgers ever! Very convenient location 5 minutes from Walmart and food city.

My family loves everything about this place! The location is perfect, atmosphere is cozy, plenty of space and river views are beautiful. Highly recommend. My only ā€œconā€ is that it is no longer pet friendly. But if you donā€™t travel with your 4-legged friends like we do, then this place is 5 outta 5 stars!!

GREAT place for a big group

This is an awesome place to take a large group! We slept 16 very comfortably. There was so much to enjoy at the house! We especially enjoyed the easy accessibility to water, outside fire pit, hanging out on the deck/dock, and beautiful sunsets. It was also easy to go and enjoy downtown because it was so close! We hope to stay there again next year! Also, the owners were VERY quick to respond and super helpful in helping us prepare for coming!

Great river and high ridge view!

The Tennessee River at Chattanooga is just beautiful - this property is right on the river and the view across the river over to the high ridge there is just great. This house met all our needs. The owners are very responsive and easy to reach. Yard is spacious, green grass, and the puppies loved it.

Great location

Spectacular location right on the river and enough space to accommodate multiple families.The property feels private and secluded while also being close enough to stores and amenities. The only issue with the property are the steps leading down to the beach area. Adults and children need to be very careful when going down those steps.

Great for a relaxed girlā€™s weekend

Booked this rental for an out of town getaway to celebrate a friendā€™s birthday. Lots of counter and kitchen space for cooking and snacks, great common spaces for meals and games, good outdoor space, and plenty of bathrooms/beds for our group of 9. Boat dock was great for swimming and laying out. Bring your own floats/noodles! Host was super responsive to all my questions and I would definitely stay here again!!

Idyllic place to vacation.

My family and I stayed for a short retreat in October. The location is perfect. The house is very spacious and welcoming. The kitchen was clean and well appointed. I would recommend a couple of more large salad bowls if I would be picky. The beds are comfortable enough for me, they were very clean. Loved the large dining room table where you can have dinner with entire family while looking out over the Tennessee river. I plan to visit again.

Just a couple of families that enjoy getting outside or taking a relaxing boat ride up the river to enjoy a meal at a downtown restaurant. The Beasley's and the Wilburn's have a passion for having fun outdoors and teaching their children the same.

When they are not providing healthcare services, putting people under anesthesia, preparing tax returns or engineering electrical stuff, they are spending time with family and friends or trying to fit in the next mountain bike ride between soccer practice and swim lessons.

Everything about this place screams fun for our families whether kayaking suck creek, fishing on the Tennessee River or watching the waterfront concerts of River Bend or Riverfront Nights after a day of wakeboarding...we just couldn't resist, after all we get to enjoy it just as much as our guests!

The Beasley's and the Wilburn's purchased this property in hopes of providing a hub for others to enjoy all of the activities that they love about Chattanooga.
