The home is in excellent condition and decorated nicely. The rooms are spacious and the backyard is adorable. Everything worked perfectly. The hosts are so sweet and left us a pumpkin pie that was delicious! The beach is walking distance or there is public parking about a block away. The pool is heated and clean. We had a blast and definitely recommend this place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. The place was very nice and close to the beach! The only issue i had was that our condo wasn't ready until 10 minutes till 6 o'clock due to a ceiling fan issue

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was a bit smaller than some of the other units in the complex. Big bulky furniture with too many chairs made it overcrowded. No pantry access, so most of our food items took up counter space, which was already limited. Not enough towels in the bathrooms. Property management was mostly the problem. I notified them at 9am... letting them know our arrival time. Putting us there an hour before 4pm. Time allowed to get into the unit. We had to kill an hour around town then pulled up at 4 and still was not available to get in. I contacted them and they insisted it needed to be cleaned more, only to find out services had been turned off. Wish they wouldā€™ve been upfront about it. Finally got in at around 4:40. Totally unacceptable. Not sure I will be back to this complex.

Perfect space

Property was an ideal vacation rental. Great layout, plenty of room, all the beds and cooking supplies we needed. Communication was excellent, wifi easy to access. We didnā€™t bring our dogs but it would have been great for them too. Highly recommend.

Great stay

We had a great time over all. If there were 1 area that needed improvement it would be the summery of the quoted price. Particularly in the pet department. This place is animal friendly like they advertise in bold letters. They ask how many pets, what weight they are ect. Then quote the total price of which you find out 1 day before arrival that the additional pet fee was not included in the quoted price and is now extra. For this shady sneak we will not be back.

Needs updating

The location is wonderful very close to the beach, but the actual property needs updating. Examples pool area: three of the four lights on the tables do not work, actual pool gunite is old and stained needs resurfacing, water chairs are very old and badly stained. Condo: you can tell the place had been cleaned, but still had an old worn out feel to it. Lot of the baseboards are needing replaced, cabinet doors do not shut. Stove door almost falls off. Dishwasher is on its last leg. Mattresses were good shape, but bedding seems cheap - far from luxury. Place is very crammed and crowded also, Again everything in the place just seems worn out and needing updated. Disappointing.

Comfortable condo with great location

This condo was perfect for our family to enjoy White Cap beach and Corpus. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. We hope to be back there again soon!
