Large family friendly Villa in Las Coloradas, near Papagayo beaches, Playa Blanca, Lanzarote - Peaceful Location, 5 Mins Walk to the Beach with a private large heated swimming pool surrounded by a non slip surface.

This spacious detached private family villa is very private, secure and has a large terrace, partially shaded by a bamboo roof, with a curved sofa overlooking the pool and wooden dining table for alfresco dining plus plenty of sun loungers. In addition the house has a another private outside area ideal for chilling on the rattan sunbeds.

The Villa is in 1000m of land and is very private and quiet, yet close to restaurants and shops. Sleeping 6 + a baby, this luxury 3 bed, 3 bath detached villa has everything you could possibly need.

The master bedroom has a super king sized double bed and a fantastic en suite with walk in shower, plus relaxing lounge area and its own patio area to enjoy a drink on while the sun is setting and electric black out blind to keep the room cool plus air-conditioning.

The guest bedroom again has a super king sized double bed and a fantastic circular double Jacuzzi bath in its en suite whilst the third bedroom has twin single beds with a bathroom of bath and shower just opposite.

All bedrooms have coin operated air conditioning and shutters are also available in the guest and twin room where the windows can be opened at night, with the shutters closed, to allow for a breeze to pass through if preferred to air conditioning.

The modern kitchen has everything you should need including: microwave /cooker /fridge /freezer /dishwasher /washing machine/coffee machine/blender and ample cupboard space.

The host was very efficient in replying and the villa was spotless. The location was quiet and peaceful yet walking distance from the bars and restaurants in Playa Blanca, a lovely evening walk along the coastal footpath.

Beautiful Villa!!

We stayed at the Roundhouse in April. The villa is amazing, clean, comfortable and in a great location.Communication with the owners was first class and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Family christmas holiday

Property was as described. Very clean throughout. Beds were comfortable. Pool was warm. Contact with the owners was fantastic and they also left some supplies for us checking in. All in all a great experience and definitely recommend

Lovely spot

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Round House. The villa is in a great location, quiet but close enough to the Rubicon and Playa Blanca. It’s very spacious, clean and comfortable. Pool is heated and very welcoming. Great communication with the owner. We intend to return.

A gem of a villa

Stayed in November - weather was lovely and warm, appreciated having the AC. The pool is heated at no additional cost - a lovely bonus. The villa is incredibly well stocked and we didn’t think once -wouldn't it be nice if we had a … -it was all there! The villa is spotless clean, within easy walk of local shops and eateries. It’s a good walk into the marina, which we loved, but there is a bus service just round the corner if you didn’t! We all had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would definitely come again.

Another excellent stay at the Roundhouse

Another visit to the Roundhouse in July 2024. Villa is in an ideal location and has excellent facilities It is well appointed and has everything you could need for a perfect holiday. The pool is in a private, gated garden and is not overlooked. The area is quiet and within easy walking distance of local amenities and the fabulous Papagayo beaches. We have stopped many times in this area and the Roundhouse is the nicest villa we have been to.

Lovely residential home

We had a lovely stay at the Roundhouse - we had great correspondence prior to our stay with loads of really useful and helpful information. We found the property to be a really good size, with comfy beds and all the amenities you need inside and out including a nice coffee machine! Located in a very quiet and tranquil residential area, we found it great for a relaxing break. It was also handy to be within walking distance of a small shopping area which had a small supermarket with the essentials and a handful of bars and restaurants. It was also close by to various pick up spots for excursions, which was very handy! We did find the Roundhouse a little dated and in need of a bit of a spruce, the utility area had a drainage smell, there were ants in the master bedroom coming out of the air conditioning and the socket as well as in the kitchen. One windy day the umbrella blew over and broke in the wind while we were out which meant that we didn't have sufficient shade to sit near the pool as much as we would have liked. All in all a nice holiday!

Fabulous family holiday at The Roundhouse

Our first visit to Lanzarote did not disappoint! The Roundhouse offered everything we needed for our family holiday. The rooms are excellent sizes, especially the en-suite room, which has its own small patio area. We could not fault it- it was very clean, secure, spacious and well equipped. We spent many hours in the pool which has great views of the mountains. The Villa is located on a quiet road, but is only 5 minute walk to local bars, supermarket, playpark and various tapas and restaurants. To access the shops and abundant restaurants at the Marina is a leisurely 20 minute walk with beautiful costal views. The marina has a market twice a week. The area has a great atmosphere, but is not too busy with tourists. The local Papagayo beach is a beautiful, unspoiled beach which was never busy and seemed popular with the nationals. You can reach the beach in a 15 minute walk. Good safe place for snorkelling with the children. We also visited the slightly busier beaches at Playa Dorada for fun water activities, which also has pubs/restaurants. We hired a car and did several tours on the island- volcanos, caves, green lagoon, which are all worth a visit and only 1 hr drive from the villa. Jane and Chris were wonderful hosts and responded quickly to queries even before we booked and departed. They were very helpful and friendly with any queries we had about the local area. We would recommend this villa for a great holiday Thank you Jane and Chris!

Spacious & comfortable Villa with everything you need both inside and out!

We had a memorable week at “The Roundhouse” and were sad to leave. It’s a great place to just chill out. The Villa itself is located in a lovely street with a breathtaking Mountain View that you can see while you’re swimming in the pool. The size of the Villa is not evident from the outside but once inside it’s absolutely huge! It’s tastefully furnished and has every single appliance and kitchen utensil you would need. (Much more than other villas I’ve stayed in on the island) It’s been very carefully thought out. The fluffy towels were a real bonus!! The wi-fi was good and there are plenty of UK TV channels on the set top box. Any minor issues that we had on arrival were swiftly resolved and I felt we were very well looked after and all communication was easy! The pool and garden area was a lovely place to spend time.Thick cushions for the sun loungers and seating and it’s completely private and well maintained. The temperature of the pool was perfect and it’s a good size for a swim. The lights come on in the pool and garden in the evening, including fairy lights above the terrace. We didn’t have a car but this was fine for us as it’s pleasant 10 min walk to the nearest shops and restaurants and about 15 mins to the stunning coastline with the best views out to sea. After a quick read of the guest book provided, I could see that there are many guests who return year after year and after staying here myself I can see why.

Komfortables Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Die beschriebene Ausstattung des Ferienhauses entspricht der Realität.Es fehlte quasi nichts. Würde die Überdachung der Terrasse auch vor Regenschauern schützen, wäre es perfekt gewesen. Trotzdem 100% Weiterempfehlung!

Summer 2022

Stayed at the Roundhouse in August 2022 and had a fantastic holiday. Villa is excellent with plenty of space and all of the amenities we needed. The villa is well located and in easy reach of beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Look forward to visiting again soon.

Très belle maison, bien située

Nous avons passé 4 semaines dans cette belle villa. La communication avec la propriétaire a toujours été rapide et efficace. Jane a une grande attention pour ses hôtes et c'est très rassurant. De beaux espaces nous ont permis de trouver chacun notre espace dans cette grande maison. Les extérieurs sont très agréables. La piscine est très agréable et toujours très bien entretenue. Les literies sont parfaites. nous y reviendrons très volontiers.

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Playa Blanca sehr genossen. Das Haus ist hell und geräumig, die Betten sind sehr gut und die Küche auch mit allem ausgestattet. Die Kinder haben den Pool genossen und fühlten sich um Haus auch sehr wohl. Wir sind am Sonntag angereist und haben wahrscheinlich deshalb Schwierigkeiten gehabt, um überhaupt ins Haus zu gelangen. Niemand von der Agentur war je zu sehen oder haben wir telefonisch erreicht. Zum Glück hat uns der Besitzer aus der Patsche geholfen. Er war sehr nett.

Lovely villa in a great location.

We stayed at the roundhouse over Christmas and had such a wonderful time. The villa was clean and tidy and has everything you need. There is a supermarket just down the road which is very handy and the marina is a short stroll away along the sea front. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa and any communication we had with the owners was super. We would love to go back again!

Lovely Villa and very private.

The Villa was lovely with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We had 2 couples in the Villa and we had large bedroom each. The Villa is well equipped and has everything you could require. The location is Los Colorados and has some bars and restaurants locally. The walk to the Rubicon Marina is 30 mins but cabs are under 5 euros to the Marina and Playa Blanca. We had a really nice week there and would not hesitate to book the Roundhouse again.

Sehr geräumiges Haus mit tollem Pool

Wir waren hier mit 2 Personen für 2 Wochen vor Ort und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und ist sehr gut für einen Individual Urlaub eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Natürlich muss man wissen das die Lage etwas außerhalb ist, jedoch ist dieses auch so vom Vermieter beschrieben worden.Großer Vorteil sind die wirklich guten Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen, hier sitzt man nicht auf den günstigen Plastikmöbeln wie bei vielen anderen Häusern. Ein weiterer Sonnenschirm wäre wünschenswert, gerade wenn man mit mehreren vor Ort, den der schöne Pool lädt einfach zum verweilen ein.
