The Victorian offers the best of both the busy city life and the striking views of the calm mountains. Quickly walk to nearby shops and restaurants, then come back to relax in the inviting open concept living area. Unwind in the hot tub on the deck while watching the bustling town below and taking in the beauty of the mountains above.

No need to stress over space with three sizable bedrooms all with private bathrooms. A bonus loft area with a foosball table, TV and futon is the perfect additional space for the kids to enjoy. Cook a gourmet meal in the conveniently laid out kitchen featuring granite countertops and cherry cabinetry, or simply walk to one of the many great restaurants nearby!

Amenity extras at The Victorian include a deck-top hut tub; ideal location in downtown Breck; an extra loft area with foosball table; and a full laundry room. Proudly managed and maintained by River Ridge Rentals.

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is just a few mins walk to the gondola making getting on and off the slopes very easy. The house in general is well sized, but a bit dated and could use a deep clean (and a new vacuum cleaner).

Everything was well appointed and plenty of beds and extra blankets and fans for noise! Upper bedroom could use some black out blinds bc of the street lamp, the boys who slept up there said it was super bright all night. The kitchen faucet was crazy loose as well. Otherwise we loved the house and location and it was great for the weekend! Thanks- Kimmy

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location & size of this rental was fantastic. River Ridge Rentals Management Company was top notch with their communication & responsiveness. We appreciated that it was pet friendly since we were traveling with our 10 lb. non-shedding fur baby, however, you must be okay with LOTS of dog hair in order to stay here. All of the bedding has some level of dog hair (from a little to a LOT) & the sofa was covered in hair. It could really use some updating & new carpet.

Fantastic house, fantastic location, fantastic management company

By far the nicest home we have ever found on Vrbo! The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The beds were firm and comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The communication with the management company was easy as pie, and whenever a problem did arise, which was rare, the management company responded immediately.

Excellent house and location!

We loved staying at this house with our dog. The location was great and being able to easily walk to Main Street. The view from the hot tub was amazing. We can’t wait to come back!

Incredible Location

We loved our stay at The Victorian! It is a short 2 block walk to the gondola & steps from amazing shopping/dining/etc. The home was spacious enough for our family to spread out but cozy enough for a movie night by the fire. The kitchen was well appointed & had everything necessary to pull together an Easter meal. Can’t wait to book again!

Victorian with a great view

We stayed two weeks at the Victorian and you cannot beat the location. Just a short walk from the Gondola which suited our family perfectly since they like to ski Peaks 6 and 7. Also you are a very short walk to the Main Street and close to the bars, restaurants and shopping. The beds are comfortable and the furnishings simple but adequate. From the living area there is a fantastic view of the mountains. The heated two car garage is a real bonus as we could dump skies and boots there after a day of skiing. One thing to note is that from the garage you up a sets of stairs to the bedrooms and another set of stairs to the kitchen/dining/family gathering area and another set of stairs takes you to the last bedroom on the top floor. It took us a few days to not be out of breath going up all the stairs!

Location

We stayed there with our family of 4. It was comfortable and clean with a great proximity to the town. That was arguably the best part of the stay, being able to easily walk to all the stores and food we wanted. Our kids also loved the hot tub at night with a great view.

So close to the gondola.

The house was just as described in the ad. It was clean and tidy, and the beds and linens were so nice! The heated garage was perfect for our mid-sized SUV’s. The hot tub was a fav. as was the view of the slopes.

Comfy Couch

There are many other reasons to like this house but I have to mention that the couch was amazing. Convenience to Main St. (about a block), views of the slopes, well-equipped kitchen, heated garage are just some of the things that made our stay enjoyable.

Perfect spot for skiing and in-town access

A great location to access the Breck gondola and all of downtown Breckenridge. Our cars never left the heated garage until our departure. Well appointed kitchen and everyone enjoyed to hot tub with stunning views after a hard day on the mountain.
