A major feature of the Galveston Island, Texas is its 19th century Victorian architecture in the Historic Downtown District, about 15 miles up the coast. Freshly caught seafood is offered throughout its many restaurants, plus unique shopping, family attractions, annual Mardi Gras celebration and plenty of beaches add more reasons for your entire family to enjoy this fantastic seaside destination.

The standard cancellation fee is $302 on our end (plus any Vrbo fees paid directly by you, which we can't see) until 93 days before arrival to cover non-refundable guest and booking fees charged by the resort. After that the stay is non-refundable, unless you notify us that you want an upgraded cancellation policy prior to booking and pay $41 within 48 hours of booking, in which case the cancellation fee is $343 ($302 + $41) until 72 hours before arrival. Typically Vrbo will refund less than this per their refund policies, and then we will process an additional refund for the difference.

Also, please note that this is a timeshare, so exact room location is not guaranteed until check-in and pictures represent samples of comparable units.

With the exception of service animals, no pets are allowed on the resort.

You can smoke outside on balconies and in designated areas on the resort only - a $500 fine will apply if it has been determined that smoking has occurred in your villa.

Please note there is no trailer or RV parking permitted on site.

We'll need a security deposit for your stay on either a credit or debit card when you check-in.
