BOOKING PROCESS
Once we received your request to book, we will email you our rental agreement for an electronic signature. Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment of 25% of the room rate and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you filled out and signed our rental agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY (PLEASE NOTE IT DIFFERS FROM VRBO)
25% of the room rate will be due upon reservation (once the rental agreement has been signed). The remaining balance will be due 30-60 days prior arrival (depending on the length of your stay). Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.

Located RIGHT ON THE SANDS OF MISSION BAY, our wonderful 3BR/2BA Pacific Sands Vacation home "Pacific Sands #2758" is the perfect place for a group of 9 people (up to 6 adults). These numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors.

HOUSE DETAILS
The absolutely stunning 1,860 sq. ft. sun filled beach home with its breathtaking bay views and AC provides all the comforts of home. This is truly a one of a kind vacation spot! The living area has high ceilings and a light & bright open floor plan. This home has a great feel. The living area is very spacious and offers windows from top to bottom allowing the most stunning views throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with nice appliances and a bar that seats 4 people. The dining table seats 6. Enjoy the luxury of central heating and TVs in most rooms. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first level. One bedroom offers a queen bed with TV and the other a bunk bed (double, double, twin) that sleeps up to 5 kids or 2 adults. The second level provides a nice open "hang out" area to watch TV or just enjoy the beautiful views. The Master suite with attached balcony and great bathroom is also on this level. The master suite offers a King bed, walk-in closet, TV, and a dresser. The attached bathroom has two sinks, a shower and a separate tub. There is shared laundry onsite (washer/dryer).

SUPPLIES
The house offers everything you might possibly need, including supplies such as: laundry, hand, dishwasher and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge and of course all fresh, spotless and clean linens and bath towels. Please note we do not replenish supplies.

Your can park 2 cars in the garage (a mid size SUVs and a small car).
Dimensions: 80 inch high, 16 feet (192 inches) wide, 17 feet (200 inches) long.

LOCATION
You will love this incredible beach retreat with its truly priceless location. You are only a short walk away from a variety of nearby stores, restaurants, bars and fun beach activities. You will have easy access to highway 8 and 5 and all major attractions are within 10-20 minutes by car.

PLEASE NOTE
For "friend" groups all must be over 35 years old (6 people total). We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house.

We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy.

Kindly understand that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available.

Stayed for a week in mid January and this house is perfect. Everything is impeccably clean and organized. The deck on the bay with the built in barbecue is perfect. It comes with a parking spot in the spacious garage and a remote opener. Outside the house, the bay is steps away and the beach is a short walk. The whole area has a great vibe and we canā€™t wait to return. The weather in San Diego was beautiful - itā€™s hard to believe this is the off season. Location is close to everything that we wanted to visit and even drove to L.A. for a day. I highly recommend this house!

This is a fantastic beach house on Mission Bay!Beautiful property, very quiet area, was great to have the sand and water so close. Saw dolphins and seals in the Bay every day. Loved watching the sun rise over the bay every morning. We are already checking our schedules to see when we can rent it again!

Incredible Patio Deck

Stayed here over the 4th of July holiday and loved the property. It's walking distance to the bars & convenience market, but still far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. The highlight are the slider doors that completely open up to the outside patio, which is right on the bay. Absolutely beautiful views the entire trip and great people watching along the boardwalk.Great property!

Just the most comfortable and beautiful home on the bay. We loved being able to see the children play from the patio or go down and sit in the sand with them. Easy evening strolls with our 2-6 year olds, biking easily on the strand or wagoning to grocery store, all made easy by location.

Everything itā€™s advertised to be and more

My family of eight thoroughly enjoyed this property! Right on the bay, the views are spectacular, so much so we never wanted to leave! We had a fire on the beach while watching Seaworld fireworks, grilled on the porch and hung out on the beautiful patio, and embarked on morning walks on the boardwalk right outside our door. Definitely will stay again!
