Seachase Unit #703 East...This Coastal style 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit provides gorgeous views of the Gulf. It will be the perfect place to have fun with your family and friends during your next trip to Alabama's Gulf Coast! *Maximum Occupancy is 6 people.

The fully stocked kitchen is a wonderful area to cook with during your stay. It features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and provides extra dining space with bar seating for two. We also offer a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig! You can enjoy your meals at the dining table which provides seating for four. And for a truly relaxing dining experience, listen to the waves on your private balcony!

The living room is also a relaxing place, and it features lots of seating as well as a 55 inch flat screen.. For extra sleeping space, a the sofa transforms into a queen sized sleeper. This unit also features a full size washer/dryer, wi-fi, and cable connection for your use during your stay.

In the master bedroom, we have a king-sized bed and a 32-inch flat screen TV, as well as amazing views of the gulf! Connected to this spacious bedroom is a luxurious bathroom, supplied with a soaking bathtub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. Lots of closet space is also an added perk to this room!

The second bedroom hosts a queen-sized bed, 32-inch flat screen, and an adjacent bathroom. This is a full bath with a shower and tub combo and a great place to get ready for a night out at one of the fabulous restaurants that the Alabama Gulf Coast has to offer!

**A reservation includes ONE parking pass. If you plan to park a second vehicle, you will need to purchase a pass for that vehicle. No oversized trucks, RVs, campers, boats or trailers allowed on property.

***IMPORTANT*** The heating and cooling system and the hot water heater in this unit will automatically shut off if a door/window is left open for more than 60 seconds. The AC and hot water heater will remain off until the doors are closed. If you report an AC problem or a hot water problem and we send out the repairman (AC tech or plumber) and nothing is wrong other than you left a door or window open, you will be responsible for paying the call out fee.
