When it's time to get away to the beach, you want to feel completely at home in luxurious comfort. This is the house! Professional managed - Professionally Sanitized with On Site care. Recently upgraded with new carpet & tile, this house sleeps up to 14! King in the master bedroom, 2 guest bedrooms with Queen sized beds, and there is a 4th bedroom + bonus room with a separate entrance. We call it the "Kids Dorm", features a kitchenette, 3 sets of bunk beds, plus a Queen sofa bed, and a flat screen TV for the kids - making this an ideal family home of 2,700+ sq. ft. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera at the Entry Front Door.

Floor to ceiling bay windows make the living room & dining room bright and warm during the day. Our latest remodel includes new windows upstairs, bar area off the kitchen, new bedroom furniture and more! We added frame smart TVs to the living room & kids dorm, so enjoy your favorite streaming shows plus regular cable programming. Both the master & sun room also have TVs for everyone in the family to enjoy in different areas of the beach house. Our sun room has an electric fireplace that can be programmed to your heating desire while watching an evening movie with the family. We also have a regular wood burning fireplace in the main living room area. The house comes with beach chairs & towels and corn hole (must bring your own bags), sand toys and boogie boards. We offer toiletries; shampoo, conditioner, body wash in each bathroom. We can't wait to share our beach house with you! Please note our home is 2 stories.

This property fit the bill perfectly for a group of 12 adults experiencing a sea kayak clinic for military veterans. Easy access for paddling at Elkhorn Slough and Monterey Harbor. And of course, the beach access was fantastic.The place was spotless, roomy, and comfortable.The maintenance team was prompt in addressing some minor electrical and plumbing issues.What a great stay!

We had a lovely stay at this cozy and welcoming home just a short walk from the beach. The location is fantastic, perfect for morning strolls & sunset views. The house itself has a warm, lived-in feel that made us feel comfortable right away.One of the standout features was the incredible space for kids to hang out. There were plenty of games, a TV and just room to spread out. It was ideal for keeping them entertained and relaxed.While the home could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival, it wasn’t a dealbreaker, just a few details that could use a little extra attention. Overall, it was a great spot for a family getaway, and we’d consider staying again.

The property was good and we enjoyed our stay. The board walk leading into the house was in disrepair with caution, tape and plywood. It looked as if the cleaning crew had not quite finished as cleaning products were left out on the counter. Other than that, it was a very nice property for our family.

We had a great time staying here for my dad's 80th birthday. Everything was great but guests should know that there aren't any bathrooms on the top floor which was a little inconvenient for my older family members.

Fun time, but some issues

We were excited to be with family and enjoy the beach and beautiful weather, but we continually found some issues. The toilet paper holder in the master bathroom literally fell apart at the first use. We had to ask for another coffee pot because one coffee pot leaked and the other one didn’t work at all. Part of the dishwasher was secured with scotch tape. There is a place in the floor upstairs that looks like someone sawed a part of the floor. My son got 3 splinters in his finger when he went down the stairs because the wood underneath the railing is splinted and unfinished. There were scratches all around one of the pictures. The cooktop seem to be on all the time even when you turned it off. That concerned us a lot. It made cooking pancakes challenging. The place gave the feel that they were in the middle of making improvements while still renting it out. With all that said, we go to Pajaro Dunes every year and we love being with our family there.

Peaceful and beautiful location, but needs work

A group of family and friends rented this house for a weekend. The location is good and the beach is close by. There are a lot of beds and 3 bathrooms; the main complaint from all of us was: the dishwasher wasn't cleaning anything and the whole kitchen needs remodeling. Too small for the size of house and difficult to work in. They could also add a 1/2 bath upstairs to make that more convenient, but remodeling the kitchen is a needed thing. Otherwise we enjoyed staying there.

Simply beautiful

This is such a wonderful property. So close to a beautiful beach, wild flowers and interesting architecture as your neighbors, very clean and nicely decorated. Albeit a little remote, it is within a gated community that feels super safe, and the closest town is only10 minutes away for grocery and (limited) restaurants. One thing to note though is that the "bonus room" is within another room without its own direct door to the hallway, so can only be accessed through the other room, hence the name.

Great for family gatherings

Stayed here with multiple families and we had a great time there. We enjoyed the closeness of the beach as well as the place being well stocked in the kitchen. Make sure to bring your own toiletries since they do not provide you with soap/shampoo

Great house on the dunes

Really nice house with awesome location steps to the beach. The house is a nice layout but all three bathrooms are downstairs. Kitchen is small but functional. Needs a new can opener. The kitchen is well equipped, even for large groups. Overall a great rental if you can get past the high fees that cost more than the rental price per night. $1000 in fees for a two night rental is over the top.

Family Reunion after 2 1/2 years of Pandemic Existence

The perfect home for our 3 generation family of 9 adults, 5 children, (ages 2-7 years), from Michigan and California. So many areas of the home to entertain, together or apart. Five days of pure joy!

Great family vacation!

Our multigenerational family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. House was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Except for some groups walking by, we were the only ones around at the beach. We were glad to use some of the beach equipment in the outside storage area. Carts are provided to transport your luggage from the parking lot to the house up the path. Bar soap provided for bathing and hand washing, but bring your own shampoo!

Great getaway for a large group

My friends and family (a group of 13) had a blast staying at this location. It was perfect for our group. It had every essential item required for our 4 night stay. We plan to come back next year.

Family Gathering at Pajaro Dunes

We had a wonderful time with our two sons, and their 5 children, ranging from 10 months to 8 years. We put up a gate on stairs so that the baby wouldn't tumble down the stairs. The house was easy, the kids room fabulous. We did mostly take out and I'm glad, because it would have been difficult to cook a big meal in the kitchen, it's small and outdated. But the space, the location, the beach....perfect!

Great House

Perfect house for our annual get-together with friends. We had 8 adults and 7 kids and it was the perfect house with enough space for kids to play and adults to have space. The house was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable!

A perfect November get away!

We loved staying in this spacious house. Plenty of bedrooms. We hung out in the living room every evening, played games. Plenty of table space for all 10 of us. Short, nice walk to the beach. Luckily, we had four days of glorious weather! Definitely would come back.
