Lakefront Combie with Private Dock and Beach

Come stay at a beautifully remodeled 2150 sf home on Lake Combie in the Sierra Foothills. Below the house sits a private flat sandy beach area with table, fire pit and sandbox. Bring your boat and tie up to the private dock. Explore in the canoe. This is a very private 2 acre oasis on a private lake.

The house sits on 2 acres, waterfront on Lake Combie.

There are 3 true bedrooms that sleep 5 in total:
- Room 1 is the master with a king bed.
- Room 2 has a queen bed and a crib.
- Room 3 has a twin size mini loft bed, accessible by a short ladder and slide :)

Common-ish areas can sleep an additional 4:
- The living room has a full-size futon.
- There is also an office that can hold a queen-size air mattress. Note that the office is walked through to access the master bedroom, so it is not totally private. The master bedroom does have its own exterior door, so guests in the master could walk outside to the main part of house and bypass walking through the office if desired (we do this if people are still asleep in the office, to give them more privacy).

Guests have use of the entire home, minus a few locked closets.
You’ll have access to the private Lake Combie. Home includes use of the dock and canoe (ski boat not included).
If you’re bringing a boat, we’ll provide access to the launch ramp up the street.
