Farmhouse cabin with spectacular lake view

Welcome to our Rollins Lake Retreat! Nestled in the Sierra hills with sweeping views overlooking Rollins Lake, this cabin is perfect for a peaceful getaway with family or friends.

The entrance greets you with a sheltered courtyard garden that is a lovely space to enjoy a relaxing afternoon and a barbecue. The home has many other beautiful moments to offer, whether it's sipping a morning coffee on the wrap around deck or watching the sun set over the lake through the floor to ceiling windows.

The space:
We are in a quiet neighborhood in the woods, but there are a handful of neighboring homes in our cul-de-sac. The main home is a 2 bedroom / 2 full bath, and across the courtyard is a detached 1 bedroom / 1 full bath guest ensuite that provides more privacy. The home is newly furnished, and all bedrooms are equipped with queen beds.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.

Living room: Spacious with plentiful seating around the fire place and a 50 inch TV. We have two wood-burning fireplaces, a traditional fireplace and a vintage pot belly. There is also a dedicated desk workspace in the entryway.

Kitchen: Open concept with a gas range stove, microwave, dishwasher, and most key kitchen appliances and essentials.

Heating & Cooling: There is central heating and cooling in main home. The guest ensuite has an electric furnace and window AC unit.

Internet: High-speed internet that can accommodate several streaming devices or Zoom calls simultaneously.

Parking: There is one covered parking spot available in the carport. Additional vehicles can park directly in front of garage.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home with exception of garage.
Other things to note
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

The property is unfenced, so we do have wildlife (primarily deer) that periodically wander into the front yard.

Our neighbor has a friendly dog that occasionally visits the patio or front yard.
