Direct Ocean Front Home completely remodeled inside and out overlooking spectacular Kahalu’u Bay with views of surfers, dolphins, whales and sunsets. This one of a kind property features two Cottages with separate Master Suites. Amenities include two bathrooms, sun deck, covered Lanai, outdoor shower, private pool, direct ocean access, new furnishings and appliances . Remodel includes indoor /outdoor sound system, 3 big screen TVs and a gated entry system allowing space for 1 vehicle. Located on beautiful Ali'i Drive just 5 miles from downtown Kona and minutes from Keauhou shopping center.

**All guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Knutson & Associates Property Management**

**All Reservation Requests greater than 12 months in Advance MUST be approved in advance by the Broker In Charge. Rates are subject to change.**

This home is beyond perfect! The layout for our family was just right. We spent most of our time lazing by the pool, watching the surfers in the bay and the gorgeous sunsets. It was very clean and well stocked with supplies; towels etc. but Safeway (my recommendation) was only 20 minutes away for a grocery shop. We walked two minutes down the road to rent some surfboards and also snorkeled in the bay (snorkels are in the storage units by the gate). We will definitely be back to this gorgeous home in the most idyllic setting!

Fantastic property for 1 or 2 couples!Wonderful oceanfront location with waves crashing just feet away.The unit was very clean, and everything worked as it was supposed to.We found the unit completely equipped with all the kitchen, dining, snorkeling gear you would ever need. There was plenty of excess plates, silverware, etc. so we weren't having to do dishes often during our 12 day stay. We were planning on going to our condo on Kauai, but a hurricane shut that down. We were already on the Big Island, and were able to book Turtle Rock for the next day.The ease of booking the house, and the response from the host made a stressful situation a no-problem situation. Very much appreciated.The easy 5 minute walk to a great snorkeling spot, and medium surfing spot, was great. Not having to battle for parking is a big plus here!We will certainly come back.

All went according to plan, this lovely place is just as advertised. Definitely on the water, the crashing waves are loud.Worked well for two couples, although the pool house is just a bed and bath, no seating area, but a half fridge and a coffee station, plus the washer and dryer.The pool is cool and dreamy for floating in and the April sunsets were gorgeous.Very well appointed with dishes, cooking utensils, towels, pool floats, and the barbecue worked well.There’s not air-conditioning, but the trade winds and the fans kept us cool.Extremely responsive property management, we never had any issues or concerns, but knew we could contact them at any moment if necessary.We will be happily remembering this lovely vacation place for a long, long time.

Newly renovated, beautifully decorated, spectacular view, steps from the ocean; fully equipped, refreshing pool and outdoor shower, a true Hawaiian gem!

Senior trip

Me and my two teenage daughters booked this home. A trip of a lifetime! The view was amazing—the neighborhood felt safe and secure. I loved the gate for the added security. Everything is close-restaurants, beaches, rentals…We loved having our own pool with a view that could compete with any on the island. The communication was great and so friendly. We didn’t want to leave!!! Thank you for sharing your home!!!!

From the minute we walked into this beautiful home, I knew it was going to be a magical plane My two daughters joined my husband and I and the house was perfect for us 4. From waking up with the sun sipping coffee on the lanai, to falling asleep to the crashing waves… our stay was perfect. Tuttle Rock is a private oasis offering peace and tranquility!

Kahaluu Bay Paradise

Beautiful property with ocean views from every room . Foot steps from one of the best snorkeling spots on the island . If you are a surfer just hop out the beach gate and paddle out to one of the best surf spots . The pool is perfect if you are just looking to relax in the sun . The property manager is courteous and available for any of your needs .This property has everything for a perfect Big Island vacation . We used to always stay in Waikoloa but we definitely will be coming back here !

Beach supplies were a little lacking and kitchen could have had more (but we probably cook and bake more then most of vacation).
